高技术产业创新能力是现代科技竞争的核心,而创新韧性又是推动高技术产业不断创新的重要因素之一。本文在对创新韧性进行深入研究和剖析的基础上,探讨了创新韧性对高技术产业创新的影响机制与特征,并提出了相应的建议。

Abstract
Innovationcapabilityofhigh-techindustriesisthecoreofmoderntechnologycompetition,whileinnovationresilienceisanimportantfactordrivingcontinuousinnovationinhigh-techindustries.Basedonthein-depthstudyandanalysisofinnovationresilience,thispaperexplorestheinfluencingmechanismandcharacteristicsofinnovationresilienceoninnovationinhigh-techindustries,andproposescorrespondingrecommendations.
Firstly,thispaperstartsfromtheconceptandconnotationofinnovationresilience,andsortsoutthecurrentdefinitionsandconstitutiveelementsofinnovationresiliencebyvariousscholars.Itisclarifiedthatinnovationresilience,asanorganizationalcapacity,includesmultipledimensionssuchasadaptability,responsiveness,learningability,andfuturity.Secondly,frommultipleaspectsincludingtheinternalandexternalenvironmentofinnovationinhigh-techindustries,innovationsubject,andinnovationcontent,thispaperanalyzestheinfluencemechanismofinnovationresilienceoninnovationinhigh-techindustries,andproposesthefollowingpoints:①Innovationresiliencecanenhancetheabilityofhigh-techindustriestocopewithuncertaintyandchange;②Innovationresiliencecanenhancethesustainabilityandadaptabilityofinnovationinhigh-techindustries;③Innovationresiliencecanimprovetheefficiencyandeffectivenessofinnovationinhigh-techindustries.Finally,thispapersummarizesthecharacteristicsofinnovationresilienceoninnovationinhigh-techindustries,includingemphasizingdynamism,openness,collaboration,andknowledgeinnovation.
