Oneofthemainadvantagesofplasticartificialjointsisthattheyarelesslikelytocauseimmunereactionsandinfectionscomparedtometalorceramicmaterials.Thisisbecauseplasticmaterialsarechemicallyinertanddonotcorrodeorreleaseanyharmfulsubstancesintothebody.Inaddition,plasticartificialjointshavebettershockabsorptionandprovidemorenaturalmovement,whichcangreatlyimprovepatientcomfortandqualityoflife.
