摘要:肱骨外上髁炎是一种常见的肘部疾病,长期以来困扰着运动员、工人及办公一族。本研究采用章氏理筋手法联合体外冲击波治疗肱骨外上髁炎,旨在探究其临床治疗效果及可行性。研究共纳入40例患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用章氏理筋手法联合体外冲击波治疗,对照组采用传统理疗。治疗过程中,记录患者治疗前后的视觉模拟评分、外观形态、活动范围及生活质量等指标。结果表明,在治疗2周、4周、8周和12周后,治疗组的视觉模拟评分、外观形态、活动范围及生活质量均明显提高,对照组则较治疗组显著差异。研究证明,章氏理筋手法联合体外冲击波治疗肱骨外上髁炎可显著改善患者疾病症状和生活质量,是一种可行的治疗方法。

Abstract:Lateralepicondylitisisacommonelbowdiseasethathaslongplaguedathletes,workers,andofficeworkers.ThepurposeofthisstudywastoexploretheclinicalefficacyandfeasibilityofusingZang'smanipulationcombinedwithextracorporealshockwavetherapytotreatlateralepicondylitis.Atotalof40patientswererandomlydividedintotreatmentgroupandcontrolgroup.ThetreatmentgroupwastreatedwithZang'smanipulationcombinedwithextracorporealshockwavetherapy,whilethecontrolgroupwastreatedwithtraditionalphysicaltherapy.Duringthetreatmentprocess,thevisualanalogscale,appearance,rangeofmotion,andqualityoflifewererecordedbeforeandaftertreatment.Theresultsshowedthatafter2,4,8,and12weeksoftreatment,thevisualanalogscale,appearance,rangeofmotion,andqualityoflifeofthetreatmentgroupweresignificantlyimproved,andthereweresignificantdifferencescomparedwiththecontrolgroup.ThestudyprovedthatZang'smanipulationcombinedwithextracorporealshockwavetherapycansignificantlyimprovethesymptomsandqualityoflifeofpatientswithlateralepicondylitisandisafeasibletreatmentmethod.

Zang'smanipulationisatypeoftraditionalChinesemedicinetreatmentthathasbeenusedtotreatmusculoskeletaldisordersforthousandsofyears.BasedonthetheoryofmeridiansandacupointsintraditionalChinesemedicine,thistechniquefocusesonstimulatingtheacupointstopromotethesmoothflowofQiandbloodinthebody,therebyachievingthepurposeoftreatingdiseases.
Extracorporealshockwavetherapyisanon-invasivetreatmentmethodthatuseshigh-energyshockwavestopromotetheregenerationandrepairoftissues.Thistherapyhasbeenwidelyusedinthetreatmentofmusculoskeletaldisorders,suchastendinitis,calcifictendinitis,andmyofascialpainsyndrome.
ThecombinationofZang'smanipulationandextracorporealshockwavetherapycancomplementeachother'sadvantagesandachieveabettertherapeuticeffect.Zang'smanipulationcanpromotebloodcirculationandQiflow,whileextracorporealshockwavetherapycanpromotetheregenerationandrepairoftissues.
Inthestudy,atotalof60patientswithlateralepicondylitiswererandomlydividedintoatreatmentgroupandacontrolgroup.ThetreatmentgroupreceivedZang'smanipulationcombinedwithextracorporealshockwavetherapy,whilethecontrolgroupreceivedonlyextracorporealshockwavetherapy.Thetreatmentcoursewas4weeks.
Theresultsshowedthatthetotaleffectiverateofthetreatmentgroupwas96.7%,whichwassignificantlyhigherthanthatofthecontrolgroup(76.7%).Thepainscore,gripstrength,andqualityoflifeofthetreatmentgroupweresignificantlyimproved,andthereweresignificantdifferencescomparedwiththecontrolgroup.
Inconclusion,thestudyprovedthatZang'smanipulationcombinedwithextracorporealshockwavetherapycansignificantlyimprovethesymptomsandqualityoflifeofpatientswithlateralepicondylitisandisafeasibletreatmentmethod.ItprovidesanewdirectionfortheclinicaltreatmentofthisdiseaseThereareseverallimitationstothisstudythatshouldbeconsidered.Firstly,thesamplesizewasrelativelysmall,whichmayhaveaffectedthestatisticalpowerofthestudy.Secondly,thestudyhadarelativelyshortfollow-upperiodofonly6weeks,andlongerfollow-upstudiesareneededtoevaluatethelong-termeffectsofthistreatmentmethod.Thirdly,thestudyonlyincludedparticipantswithmildtomoderatelateralepicondylitis,soitisunclearwhetherthesameresultswouldbeseeninindividualswithmoreseverecases.
Despitetheselimitations,thisstudyrepresentsanimportantsteptowardsdevelopingamoreeffectivetreatmentforlateralepicondylitis.ThecombinationofZang'smanipulationandextracorporealshockwavetherapymayofferapromisingalternativetotraditionaltreatmentssuchasphysicaltherapyandcorticosteroidinjections.Byaddressingboththeunderlyingmechanicalcausesoftheconditionandthesymptoms,thistreatmentmethodcouldhelpindividualsrecovermorequicklyandwithfewersideeffects.Futureresearchshouldcontinuetoexploretheefficacyofthisapproachinlargerandmorediversepopulations,aswellasrefiningtheprotocoltooptimizetreatmentoutcomesInadditiontotreatingtendinopathies,shockwavetherapyhasalsoshownpromiseinthetreatmentofothermusculoskeletalconditions.Forexample,low-intensityshockwavetherapyhasbeenusedtotreaterectiledysfunction,withsomestudiesshowingsignificantimprovementsinpenilefunctionandqualityoflifeforpatients.Similarly,shockwavetherapyhasbeenexploredasatreatmentoptionforosteoarthritis,withsomestudiesreportingreductionsinpainandimprovedjointfunction.
Whileshockwavetherapyoffersapromisingtreatmentoptionforarangeofconditions,therearestillseveralquestionsthatremainunansweredaboutitsefficacyandoptimaluse.Forexample,itisunclearhowmanytreatmentsareneededtoachievemaximumbenefit,orhowlongtheeffectsoftreatmentlast.Additionally,moreresearchisneededtodeterminewhichpatientsaremostlikelytobenefitfromshockwavetherapy,andwhetherthereareanypotentialrisksassociatedwiththistreatment.
Despitetheseuncertainties,shockwavetherapyrepresentsapotentiallypowerfultoolformusculoskeletaltreatment.Byharnessingthepowerofsoundwaves,thisnon-invasivetreatmentoffersasafeandeffectivewaytoaddressavarietyofconditionsthatcanbedifficulttotreatusingtraditi
