摘要:稀土资源是国家重要的非金属矿产资源之一,离子型稀土矿是其中重要种类之一。然而,离子型稀土矿浸出过程中产生废水和尾矿渣泥不仅对生态环境存在威胁,而且直接影响到矿区土地的再利用和开发。为了探索离子型稀土矿浸出废水和尾矿渣泥淋洗机制及其对生态环境的影响,本文选取典型的稀土矿区进行实地调查和实验室模拟研究,研究结果表明:离子型稀土矿浸出过程中废水和尾矿渣泥中主要含有氢氧化镁和离子型稀土元素,废水酸碱度、离子型稀土元素浓度、水力压力等因素对尾矿渣泥淋洗效果有较大影响。本文旨在为离子型稀土矿场地的治理提供科学依据和技术支持。

Abstract:Rareearthresourcesareoneoftheimportantnon-metallicmineralresourcesinChina.Ion-typerareearthoreisoneoftheimportanttypes.However,thewastewaterandtailingsproducedduringtheleachingprocessofion-typerareearthorenotonlythreattotheecologicalenvironmentbutalsodirectlyaffectthereuseanddevelopmentofthelandintheminingarea.Inordertoexplorethemechanismofleachingofwastewaterandtailingsinion-typerareearthmininganditsimpactontheecologicalenvironment,thisarticleselectsatypicalrareearthminingareaforfieldinvestigationandlaboratorysimulationresearch.Theresearchshowsthatthewastewaterandtailingsproducedduringtheleachingofion-typerareearthoremainlycontainmagnesiumhydroxideandion-typerareearthelements.ThepHvalueofwastewater,concentrationofion-typerareearthelements,hydraulicpressureandotherfactorshavesignificantimpactontheleachingeffectoftailings.Thepurposeofthisarticleistoprovidescientificbasisandtechnicalsupportforthegovernanceofion-typerareearthminingsites.

Magnesiumsaltleachingisacommonlyusedmethodfortherestorationoftailings.Theprincipleofthistechnologyistoaddmagnesiumsalttothetailings,whichcanreactwiththecalciumionsinthetailingstoformmagnesiumhydroxide.MagnesiumhydroxidecaneffectivelyimprovethepHvalueofthetailingsandreducethesolubilityofheavymetals,whichcaneffectivelyreducetheleachingofheavymetalsandotherharmfulsubstancesinthetailings.
Inaddition,theconcentrationofion-typerareearthelementsinthewastewaterduringtheleachingprocessneedstobestrictlycontrolled.Whentheconcentrationofion-typerareearthelementsistoohigh,itmaycausesecondarypollutiontotheenvironment.Therefore,areasonableleachingprocess,includingthecontrolofreactiontime,temperatureanddosageofmagnesiumsalt,caneffectivelyreducetheconcentrationofion-typerareearthelementsinthewastewaterandlimittheenvironmentalimpactoftailingsrestoration.
Furthermore,hydraulicpressurealsohasasignificantimpactontheleachingeffectoftailings.Highhydraulicpressurecanincreasethemigrationofheavymetalsandotherharmfulsubstancesinthetailings,whichcancauseseriouspollutiontotheenvironment.Therefore,itisnecessarytocarryoutregularmonitoringandmaintenanceoftailingsdams,andstrictlycontrolthehydraulicpressureoftailingsduringtherestorationprocess.
Insummary,therestorationandmanagementoftailingsfromion-typerareearthoreminingsitesisofgreatsignificanceforprotectingtheecologicalenvironment.Theapplicationofmagnesiumsaltleachingtechnology,strictcontrolofwastewaterconcentrationandhydraulicpressure,andregularmonitoringandmaintenanceoftailingsdamsareeffectivemeasurestoachievethisgoalAdditionally,itisalsocrucialtoinvolvelocalcommunitiesandstakeholdersintherestorationandmanagementprocess.Theyshouldbeeducatedaboutthepotentialenvironmentalimpactoftailingsonthesurroundingecosystemandtheimportanceofsustainablemanagementpractices.Engagingthemintheprocesswillalsohelptobuildtrustandensurethattheirconcernsandfeedbackareaddressed.

Inconclusion,therestorationandmanagementoftailingsfromion-typerareearthoreminingsitespresentsignificantchallenges.However,withtheapplicationofmagnesiumsaltleachingtechnology,strictcontrolofwastewaterconcentrationandhydraulicpressure,regularmonitoringandmaintenanceoftailingsdams,andinvolvinglocalcommunitiesandstakeholders,theimpactoftailingsonthesurroundingecosystemcanbeminimized,andtheecologicalenvironmentcanbeprotected.Itisessentialtoadoptasustainablemanagementapproachthattakesintoaccountthelong-termimpactofminingactivitiesontheenvironmentandtheneedtopreservenaturalresourcesforfuturegenerationsInadditiontothemeasuresmentionedabove,theminingindustrymustalsofocusonreducingitswaterusageandminimizingitscarbonfootprint.Byinvestingininnovativewatertreatmenttechnologies,miningcompaniescanrecycleandreusewastewater,reducingtheirrelianceonfreshwaterresources.Similarly,byincorporatingrenewableenergysourceslikesolarandwindpowerintotheiroperations,theycanreducetheirgreenhousegasemissionsandminimizetheirimpactonclimatechange.
Anotherimportantaspectofsustainableminingisresponsiblesourcingofminerals.Thisinvolvesensuringthatmineralsareextractedandprocessedinanethicalandtransparentmanner,withoutanyhumanrightsviolations.Italsoinvolvespromotingfairtradepracticesandsupportingthedevelopmentoflocalcommunities,particularlythosethataredirectlyaffectedbyminingactivities.
Furthermore,theminingindustrymustalsoprioritizetherehabilitationofdegradedlandandecosystems.Thisinvolvesrestoringthenaturalhabitatandbiodiversityofthearea,aswellasmitigatingtheimpactofminingonsoilandwaterquality.Insomecases,thismayinvolvetheuseofphytoremediationtechniques,whereplantsareusedtoabsorbandremovecontaminantsfromthesoil.
Finally,sustainableminingalsoinvolvesengagingwithstakeholdersandpromotingtransparencyindecision-making.Byinvolvinglocalcommunities,Indigenouspeoples,andotherstakeholdersinthedecision-makingprocess,miningcompaniescanensurethattheiroperationsarealignedwiththeneedsandvaluesofthelocalcommunity.Thisalsohelpstobuildtrustandstrengthenrelationshipsbetweentheminingindustryandlocalcommunities.
Inconclusion,sustainableminingrequiresaholisticapproachthattakesintoaccounttheenvironmental,social,andeconomicimpactsofminingactivities.Byadoptingresponsibleandethicalpractices,prioritizingtheprotectionoftheenvironmentandthewell-beingoflocalcommunities,andpromotingtransparencyand
