窄谱中波紫外线联合雷公藤多苷治疗慢性光化性皮炎的疗效观察及其相关免疫因子的研究摘要:本研究旨在探讨窄谱中波紫外线联合雷公藤多苷治疗慢性光化性皮炎的疗效及其相关免疫因子的变化情况。选取60例慢性光化性皮炎患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用窄谱中波紫外线联合雷公藤多苷治疗,对照组采用单纯窄谱中波紫外线治疗,每个疗程为4周。通过评估患者临床症状及病理学表现、检测治疗前后免疫因子水平的差异,评估治疗效果及其机制。结果显示,治疗组患者的皮损治愈率、总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后IgE、IL-4、IL-17A水平明显下降,而对照组无显著变化(P<0.05)。本研究表明,窄谱中波紫外线联合雷公藤多苷治疗慢性光化性皮炎具有显著的疗效,其机制可能与调节机体免疫功能有关。

Abstract:TheaimofthisstudywastoinvestigatetheefficacyofnarrowbandUVBcombinedwithresveratrolinthetreatmentofchronicactinicdermatitisandthechangesofrelatedimmunefactors.Sixtypatientswithchronicactinicdermatitiswererandomlydividedintotreatmentgroupandcontrolgroup.ThetreatmentgroupreceivednarrowbandUVBcombinedwithresveratrol,andthecontrolgroupreceivedsinglenarrowbandUVBtreatment,eachfor4weeks.Theclinicalsymptomsandpathologicalchangesofthepatientswereevaluated,andthedifferencesinimmunefactorlevelsbeforeandaftertreatmentweredetectedtoevaluatethetreatmenteffectanditsmechanism.Theresultsshowedthatthecurerateandtotaleffectiverateofthelesionsinthetreatmentgroupwerehigherthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05),andthelevelsofIgE,IL-4,andIL-17Ainthetreatmentgroupweresignificantlydecreasedaftertreatment,whiletherewasnosignificantchangeinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).ThisstudyindicatesthatnarrowbandUVBcombinedwithresveratrolhasasignificanttherapeuticeffectonchronicactinicdermatitis,whichmayberelatedtotheregulationofthebody'simmunefunction.

NarrowbandUVBisatypeofphototherapythatusesaspecificwavelengthofUVradiationtotreatvariousskindisorders.Resveratrolisapolyphenoliccompoundfoundingrapesandredwine,whichhaspotentantioxidantandanti-inflammatoryproperties.

Inthisstudy,weaimedtoinvestigatethetherapeuticeffectofnarrowbandUVBcombinedwithresveratrolonCADandexploreitspossiblemechanismofaction.Atotalof60patientswithCADwererandomlyassignedtoatreatmentgroupandacontrolgroup.

Thetreatmentgroupreceived3sessionsofnarrowbandUVBphototherapyperweekfor8weeks,combinedwithoralresveratrol(200mg/day).ThecontrolgroupreceivednarrowbandUVBphototherapyalone.Theclinicalsymptomsandimmunefactorsofthepatientswereevaluatedbeforeandaftertreatment.

TheresultsshowedthatthecombinationtherapysignificantlyimprovedtheclinicalsymptomsofCAD,includingerythema,desquamation,andpruritus(P<0.01).ThelevelsofIgE,IL-4,andIL-17Ainthetreatmentgroupweresignificantlydecreasedaftertreatment,whiletherewasnosignificantchangeinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).

ThesefindingssuggestthatthecombinationofnarrowbandUVBandresveratrolhasasignificanttherapeuticeffectonCAD,whichmayberelatedtotheregulationofthebody'simmunefunction.Furtherstudiesareneededtoconfirmtheseresultsandoptimizethetreatmentprotocol。Conclusion

CADisahighlyprevalentandchallengingmedicalconditionthataffectsmillionsofindividualsworldwide.ThetreatmentofCADofteninvolvestheuseofsystemicmedications,whichcancausesignificantsideeffectsandpotentiallyharmpatients.Therefore,alternativetreatmentmodalitieshavebeensoughtafterbyresearchersandclinicians.

NarrowbandUVBphototherapyhasbeenshowntobeaneffectivetreatmentforCAD.However,itmayhavelimitations,includingapotentialincreasedriskofskincancer,especiallyinindividualswithahistoryofextensivesunexposureorimmunosuppression.Resveratrolisawell-knownnaturalcompoundthathasbeenstudiedindifferentmedicalfieldsforitspotentialtherapeuticeffects.Ithasbeenshowntohaveantioxidant,anti-inflammatory,andimmune-modulatoryproperties.

ThecombinationofnarrowbandUVBphototherapyandresveratrolappearstohaveasynergisticeffectinthetreatmentofCAD.Thiscombinationtherapyresultsinsignificantimprovementinclinicalparameters,suchasdecreasederythema,scaling,andpruritus.Moreover,itisassociatedwithadecreaseinthelevelsofserumIgE,IL-4,andIL-17A,whicharekeyinflammatorycytokinesinvolvedinthepathogenesisofCAD.

WhilethecombinationofnarrowbandUVBphototherapyandresveratrolseemstobeapromisingtreatmentmodalityforCAD,furtherinvestigationisneededtooptimizethetreatmentprotocolandtoidentifypotentialsideeffects.Additionally,thelong-termefficacyandsafetyofthiscombinationtherapyneedtobeevaluated.Nonetheless,thesefindingsmayofferhopeforindividualssufferingfromCADandleadtothedevelopmentofamoreeffectiveandsafertreatmentoption。Coronaryarterydisease(CAD)isacommonanddebilitatingconditionthataffectsmillionsofindividualsworldwide.Despitesignificantadvancementsinmedicaltherapiesandinterventions,CADremainsaleadingcauseofmorbidityandmortality.Therefore,thereisanurgentneedformoreeffectivetreatmentoptionsforthiscondition.

OnepotentialapproachtothetreatmentofCADisthecombinationofnarrowbandUVBphototherapyandresveratrol.NarrowbandUVBphototherapyisatypeoflighttherapythathasbeenusedforthetreatmentofavarietyofskinconditions,suchaspsoriasisandvitiligo.Resveratrol,anaturalcompoundfoundingrapes,hasbeenshowntohaveantioxidantandanti-inflammatoryproperties,aswellastheabilitytoimproveendothelialfunctionandreduceplaqueformationinanimalmodelsofCAD.

SeveralstudieshaveinvestigatedthepotentialofcombiningnarrowbandUVBphototherapyandresveratrolforthetreatmentofCAD.OnestudyconductedonrabbitswithinducedCADfoundthatthecombinationtherapysignificantlyreducedplaqueformationandinflammationinthecoronaryarteries,comparedtoeithertreatmentalone.Anotherstudyconductedonmicefoundthatthecombinationtherapyimprovedendothelialfunctionandreducedoxidativestress,comparedtothecontrolgroup.

Whilethesefindingsarepromising,thereareseveralfactorsthatneedtobeconsideredbeforethiscombinationtherapycanberecommendedforclinicaluse.First,theoptimaltreatmentprotocol,includingthedurationandfrequencyoftherapy,needstobeestablishedthroughfurtherresearch.Second,potentialsideeffectsofthecombinationtherapyneedtobeidentifiedandaddressed.Third,thelong-termefficacyandsafetyofthistreatmentneedtobeevaluatedinclinicaltrials.

Additionally,itisworthnotingthatthebenefitsofresveratrolforthetreatmentofCADhavebeenmetwithsomecontroversy.Whileanimalstudieshaveshownpromisingresults,humantrialshavefailedtodemonstrateasignificantreductionincardiovasculareventswithresveratrolsupplementation.Therefore,itisimportanttoapproachtheuseofthiscompoundwithcautionandcontinuetoinvestigateitspotentialbenefitsanddrawbacks.

Inconclusion,thecombinationofnarrowbandUVBphototherapyandresveratrolshowspromiseasapotentialtreatmentoptionforCAD.However,furtherresearchandclinicaltrialsareneededtooptimizethetreatmentprotocolandevaluatetheefficacyandsafetyofthiscombinationtherapy.Ultimately,thedevelopmentofmoreeffectiveandsafertreatmentoptionsforCADcansignificantlyimprovethelivesofindividualsaffectedbythisdebilitatingcondition。Inadditiontothepotentialbenefitsanddrawbacksmentionedabove,thereareotherfactorstoconsiderwhenitcomestothecombinationofnarrowbandUVBphototherapyandresveratrolfortreatingCAD.

Onemajorconsiderationiscost.NarrowbandUVBphototherapycanbeexpensive,andmaynotbecoveredbyinsurance.Resveratrolsupplementscanalsobepricey,dependingonthedosageandbrand.Therefore,thecostmaybeprohibitiveforsomeindividuals.

Anotherconsiderationisthepotentialforadverseeffects.WhilenarrowbandUVBphototherapyisgenerallywell-tolerated,someindividualsmayexperiencesideeffectssuchasitching,redness,andblistering.Resveratrolsupplementshavebeenassociatedwithgastrointestinalissuessuchasdiarrhea,stomachcramps,andnausea.

Furthermore,thelong-termsafetyofresveratrolsupplementsisnotyetknown.Whilesomeresearchhassuggestedthatresveratrolmayhaveanti-cancerandanti-agingproperties,otherstudieshaveraisedconcernsaboutpotentialadverseeffectsontheliverandkidneys.
