张家口地区大气环境与急性心肌梗死发病的相关性研究摘要:本研究旨在探讨张家口地区大气环境与急性心肌梗死发病之间的相关性,并提供科学依据和参考建议。本研究采用回顾性病例对照研究设计,选取张家口市三甲医院2015年至2019年收治的急性心肌梗死患者作为研究对象,共计300例,并选取同期内无心脏病患病的居民300例作为对照组。通过病例对照分析,研究张家口市大气环境因素与急性心肌梗死的关系。

研究结果显示,张家口市大气环境因素与急性心肌梗死发病有明显的相关性,其中PM2.5、PM10、SO2、NO2等大气污染物浓度升高与急性心肌梗死的发生率显著相关。此外,气温和湿度等气象因素也对急性心肌梗死发病产生了显著影响。

结论:张家口市大气环境污染物浓度与气象因素与急性心肌梗死发病密切相关,其对急性心肌梗死的影响应得到高度关注和控制。建议政府加强大气环境治理和监管,采取有效措施减少大气污染物排放,避免天气极端情况下的健康风险。

Abstract:ThisstudyaimstoexplorethecorrelationbetweentheatmosphericenvironmentinZhangjiakouregionandtheincidenceofacutemyocardialinfarction,andprovidescientificbasisandreferencesuggestions.Thisstudyadoptsaretrospectivecase-controlstudydesign,selecting300patientswithacutemyocardialinfarctionadmittedtothetertiaryhospitalofZhangjiakoufrom2015to2019asthestudygroupandselecting300residentswithoutheartdiseaseduringthesameperiodasthecontrolgroup.TherelationshipbetweenatmosphericenvironmentfactorsinZhangjiakouandacutemyocardialinfarctionisanalyzedthroughacase-controlstudy.

TheresultsshowthatthereisasignificantcorrelationbetweenatmosphericenvironmentalfactorsinZhangjiakouandtheincidenceofacutemyocardialinfarction,andtheconcentrationofairpollutantssuchasPM2.5,PM10,SO2,andNO2issignificantlycorrelatedwiththeincidenceofacutemyocardialinfarction.Inaddition,meteorologicalfactorssuchastemperatureandhumidityalsohaveasignificantimpactontheincidenceofacutemyocardialinfarction.

Conclusion:TheconcentrationofatmosphericpollutantsandmeteorologicalfactorsinZhangjiakouarecloselyrelatedtotheincidenceofacutemyocardialinfarction,andtheirimpactonacutemyocardialinfarctionshouldbehighlyconcernedandcontrolled.Itisrecommendedthatthegovernmentstrengthenatmosphericenvironmentmanagementandsupervision,takeeffectivemeasurestoreduceairpollutantemissions,andavoidhealthrisksunderextremeweatherconditions.

Inconclusion,theatmosphericenvironmentandmeteorologicalfactorsarecloselyrelatedtotheincidenceofacutemyocardialinfarctioninZhangjiakou.Itisnecessarytotakeeffectivemeasurestoreduceairpollutantemissionsandimprovetheatmosphericenvironment,aswellastostrengthenmeteorologicalmonitoringandearlywarningsystemstopreventandcontroltheriskofacutemyocardialinfarction。Apartfromreducingairpollutantemissionsandimprovingtheatmosphericenvironment,thereareseveralothermeasuresthatcanbetakentoreducetheimpactofextremeweatherconditionsonpublichealth.
