疏肝健脾养神针刺法治疗肝郁脾虚型失眠症的临床疗效观察摘要:目的:探究疏肝健脾养神针刺法在治疗肝郁脾虚型失眠症中的临床疗效。方法:选取106例符合入选标准的患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用疏肝健脾养神针刺法,对照组采用传统中药疗法,比较两组患者治疗前后的汉密尔顿失眠量表(HAMA)分数、体质量表(TCM-QOL)评分、睡眠质量评分以及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗组治疗后HAMA评分(9.20±1.83分)、TCM-QOL评分(90.35±6.13分)及睡眠质量评分(83.12±5.98分)均明显高于对照组治疗后的评分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率(2.83%)低于对照组(9.43%)。结论:疏肝健脾养神针刺法能够改善肝郁脾虚型失眠症患者的睡眠质量,提高生活质量,且不良反应发生率低,是一种可行的治疗方法。

Abstract:Objective:ToexploretheclinicalefficacyofShuganJianpiYangshenacupuncturetherapyinthetreatmentofliverdepressionandspleendeficiencytypeinsomnia.Method:Atotalof106eligiblepatientswererandomlydividedintotreatmentgroupandcontrolgroup.ThetreatmentgroupreceivedShuganJianpiYangshenacupuncturetherapy,whilethecontrolgroupreceivedtraditionalChinesemedicinetherapy.TheHamiltonInsomniaScale(HAMA)score,TraditionalChineseMedicineQualityofLife(TCM-QOL)score,sleepqualityscore,andadversereactionratebeforeandaftertreatmentwerecomparedbetweenthetwogroups.Results:Aftertreatment,theHAMAscore(9.20±1.83),TCM-QOLscore(90.35±6.13),andsleepqualityscore(83.12±5.98)inthetreatmentgroupweresignificantlyhigherthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Theincidenceofadversereactionsinthetreatmentgroup(2.83%)waslowerthanthatinthecontrolgroup(9.43%).Conclusion:ShuganJianpiYangshenacupuncturetherapycanimprovethesleepqualityandqualityoflifeofpatientswithliverdepressionandspleendeficiencytypeinsomnia,andtheincidenceofadversereactionsislow,makingitafeasibletreatmentmethod.
