乙酰孕激素类药物是一类常见的动物激素类药物,广泛应用于畜禽养殖中。然而,这些药物在动物源性食品中多有残留,给人类健康带来潜在的风险。鉴于此,建立一种准确、简便、高灵敏度的乙酰孕激素类药物残留检测方法具有重要的现实意义和应用价值。

本文通过文献资料搜集和实验室检测,综述了目前国内外乙酰孕激素类药物残留检测方法的研究现状。在此基础上,我们设计了一种基于荧光共振能量转移(FRET)技术的乙酰孕激素类药物多残留检测方法,通过设计荧光探针和检测仪器,实现了对受检样品中多种乙酰孕激素类药物的高灵敏度、高特异性的检测。

本方法在实验室中进行了验证实验,结果表明:该方法可以对肉类、奶类、蛋类等动物源性食品中的激素类药物进行同时检测,且具有高度的准确性和稳定性。该方法不仅检测灵敏度高,在检测速度和检测效果方面也具有明显优势,适用于动物源性食品的质量监测和安全评估。

Abstract:

Acylestrogensareacommontypeofanimalhormonedrugswidelyusedinlivestockandpoultrybreeding.However,thesedrugsoftenleaveresidualinanimal-derivedfood,posingpotentialhealthriskstohumans.Therefore,itisofgreatpracticalsignificanceandapplicationvaluetoestablishanaccurate,simple,andhighlysensitivedetectionmethodforresiduesofacylestrogendrugs.

Inthispaper,basedonliteraturereviewandlaboratorytesting,wesummarizetheresearchstatusofacylestrogendrugresiduedetectionmethodsathomeandabroad.Onthisbasis,wedesignedamulti-residualdetectionmethodforacylestrogendrugsbasedonfluorescenceresonanceenergytransfer(FRET)technology.Bydesigningfluorescentprobesanddetectioninstruments,high-sensitivityandhigh-specificitydetectionofmultipleacylestrogendrugsinthetestedsamplesisachieved.

Themethodwasverifiedinthelaboratory,andtheresultsshowedthat:Themethodcansimultaneouslydetecthormonedrugsinanimal-derivedfoodssuchasmeat,milk,andeggs,andhashighaccuracyandstability.Itnotonlyhashighdetectionsensitivitybutalsohasasignificantadvantageindetectionspeedandefficiency,makingitsuitableforqualitymonitoringandsafetyevaluationofanimal-derivedfood.

Furthermore,theuseofhormonedrugshasbeenfoundtocontributetothedevelopmentofantimicrobialresistanceinanimals.Thiscanhaveseriousconsequencesforpublichealthasitcanmakethetreatmentofbacterialinfectionsinhumansmoredifficult.Monitoringtheuseofhormonedrugsinanimalhusbandrycanhelptoreducetheriskofenvironmentalpollutionandthedevelopmentofantimicrobialresistance.

Anotherpromisingtechnologyisblockchain,adigitalledgersystemthatprovidesasecureandtransparentrecordofeverytransactioninthefoodsupplychain.Bytrackingthemovementofanimalsandanimalproductsfromfarmtotable,blockchaincanhelptoidentifythesourceoffoodborneoutbreaksandfacilitaterapidrecallofcontaminatedproducts,minimizingthepotentialharmtoconsumers.

Furthermore,thereisongoingresearchintothedevelopmentofnovelfoodpreservationtechniques,suchascoldplasmaandultraviolet(UV)light,thatcanbeusedtoreducemicrobialcontaminationinanimal-derivedfoodwhilemaintainingqualityandfreshness.Thesetechnologieshavethepotentialtoreplacetraditionalmethods,suchaschemicaltreatmentsandirradiation,whichmayhavenegativeimpactsonfoodqualityandsafety.

Inconclusion,thesafetyandqualityofanimal-derivedfoodisacomplexissuethatrequiresamultifacetedapproachinvolvinggovernmentregulation,advancedtechnologies,andgoodanimalhusbandrypractices.Asconsumers,wecanplayanimportantrolebybeinginformedaboutthesourcesandproductionmethodsoftheanimalproductsweconsume,andbyadvocatingforpoliciesthatprioritizeanimalwelfareandfoodsafety.Byworkingtogether,wecanensurethatthefoodweeatissafe,healthy,andsustainablyproduced。Anotheraspectthatwecanfocusonisreducingourconsumptionofanimal-derivedfood.Thiswillnotonlyhaveapositiveimpactonanimalwelfarebutalsoontheenvironmentandourownhealth.Animalagricultureisamajorcontributortogreenhousegasemissions,deforestation,andwaterpollution.Byreducingourintakeofanimalproducts,wecanhelpmitigatetheseissuesandpromoteamoresustainablefoodsystem.
