列车车轮失圆动态检测方法与技术研究摘要:
列车车轮的失圆会导致车轮与铁轨之间的摩擦增加,进而引起列车运行时的振动和噪音,严重的情况下还会威胁列车的安全。因此,对失圆情况进行动态检测具有重要的意义。本文主要研究了列车车轮失圆的动态检测方法与技术,从物理模型、信号处理和监测系统三个方面深入探讨了失圆检测的原理和方法。
首先,本文介绍了车轮失圆产生的原因以及失圆对列车运行稳定性的影响。接着,针对车轮失圆问题建立了物理模型,推导了车轮失圆振动信号的数学模型,为后续信号处理提供了理论基础。在信号处理方面,本文提出了车轮失圆特征提取的方法,并采用小波变换和相关系数等技术进行信号分析和处理,最终得到了失圆信号的频域和时域特征参数。在监测系统方面,本文介绍了基于传感器的车轮失圆监测系统。该系统能够实时采集车轮振动信号,并通过计算机进行信号分析和处理,最终得到失圆检测结果,为列车的安全运行提供有力支撑。

Abstract:
Wheelovalityofthetraincancauseincreasedfrictionbetweenthewheelandthetrackandcancausevibration,noise,andevenendangerthesafetyofthetrain.Therefore,itisimportanttodetectthelossofcircularityofthetrainwheelinreal-time.Thispapermainlystudiesthedynamicdetectionmethodandtechnologyoftrainwheelovality,anddeeplyexplorestheprincipleandmethodofovalitydetectionfromthreeaspects:physicalmodel,signalprocessing,andmonitoringsystem.
Firstly,thispaperintroducesthereasonsforthelossofcircularityofthewheelanditseffectonthestabilityofthetrain'soperation.Then,aphysicalmodelisestablishedforthelossofcircularityofthewheel.Themathematicalmodelofthevibrationsignalofthewheel'slossofcircularityisderivedtoprovideatheoreticalbasisforsubsequentsignalprocessing.Intermsofsignalprocessing,thispaperproposesafeatureextractionmethodforovalityofthetrainwheel.Wavelettransformation,correlationcoefficients,andothertechniquesareusedforsignalanalysisandprocessing,andthefrequency-domainandtime-domainfeatureparametersoftheovalitysignalareobtained.Intermsofthemonitoringsystem,thispaperintroducesasensor-basedmonitoringsystemforthelossofcircularityofthetrainwheel.Thesystemcanreal-timeacquirethewheelvibrationsignal,andthroughthecomputersignalprocessingtoobtainthedetectionresults,whichprovidestrongsupportforthesafetyoperationofthetrain.
