对于写作，想必大家或多或少都会有一些问题，今日，上海新航道托福培训我为大家总结了托福独立写作的三大提分点，并为大家解答一些问题。

1.是不是字数越多，高分越有保证?

是的。由于托福写作，主要考察考生在多大程度上，能就一个话题有效绽开。一般来说，假如写的越多，意味着考生对某一个话题的熟悉越深;也能从侧面反映考生的学问面很广、英文词句储备很大。

另外，500+的数字，能够冲淡你作文中的语言硬伤(拼写错误、语法错误等)。由于考官往往会假定，由于你表达的东西太多，而来不及检查错误，从而对你网开一面。

比如，许多新航道的线下课同学，每次批改作业都是语言错误不断(尴尬的中式表达、顽固的语法错误等等)但最终都能拿到28+。假如非要归纳共同点的话，那就是这类同学，往往在出考场后都会很兴奋地微信我说，老师老师，今日考了很熟识的话题，所以很有的写!

最终的最终，记住：“字数多、分数高”这一铁律建立在一个重要的前提下，那就是：你多出来的话必需要“扣题”和“言之有物”。字数多的文章表面上是赢在字数，然而实际起作用的是：海量的有效信息。

2.需不需预备名人名例?

比如贝多芬、罗斯福、孔子……

在绝大部分状况下，我的答案都是“不!需!要!”

由于ETS在OG中已经说的很清晰了，“exemplification(例证)”的好坏完全取决于，你所举的例子能够有效地支持前面的分论点和道理。

所以，只要能够恰到好处地支持前面的道理，例子本身不分贵贱。比如：父母是否应当严格管教孩子?

第一种举例方式：你可以拿贝多芬说事。由于贝多芬父亲对他的管教很严。“贝多芬在童年练琴时稍有懈怠，便是一顿暴打。父亲的教育方式虽然严苛，但也为贝多芬后期作曲事业的腾飞打下了坚实基础。”不过这个例子，也可以被自己任凭编的例子完善替换。

所以其次个的例子可以这么编：有一个人，这个人可以是你表哥、也可以是你邻居Jack，都无所谓。例子的正文可以说，“Jack是你们小区里的钢琴神童，年纪虽小，但钢琴造诣极高。但你知道，Jack之所以能取得今日的成就，就是由于父亲对他的管教极严。每天督促他学习，为他的钢琴技巧打下了坚实基础。”虽然后面这个例子一看就知道是编的，但其实无所谓。由于考官只看你的例子是否符合常识、以及能否支持前面的观点。

最终，倒是有一种特例，我会鼓舞同学使用名人名例。当这些名例考生已经烂熟于心了，比如有的考生刚刚考完GRE，为Issue预备了好几个名人名例。假如他们想把这些例子直接搬上托福考场，只要符合“扣题”的前提，我双手赞成。

3.需要不要模版?

不需要用“模版”，但需要有“模版意识”。

先解释为什么要有“模版意识”。由于一般来说，模版都会涵盖三个部分：开头、中间三段、结尾。而每一个中间段又会被进一步分为：分论点，道理，例子。这些部分，都是得分点，缺一不行。建立“模版意识”会保证我们不会由于缺失成分而丢分。

再说为什么不需要用“模版”。其实托福写作界各路前辈，都已经用亲身例子来反复论证过，“用模版既不加分也不扣分”。唯一的优势，可能就是：扩充字数，最多50字。所以说，这种做法最多是给那个“无话可说”的你买一个心安、聊以慰籍罢了。

相反，不如略微花一两个小时，学习怎样把分论点讲简洁、讲丰富的技巧。比如，笔者从US讨论生院习得的“桥梁概念”就特殊适用于托福独立写作(包括GRE的Issue)，这套方法论的精髓就是，能把任何一个观点拆成8句话。既可以把事情说的更清楚缜密，客观上也起到了扩充字数的作用。相较于背模版、使用模版，这是一个更务实、好处更多的选择。
