zesmartcontrol.上位机控制采用显示器界面操作和上位机优化控制管理。在控制系统上能够对布袋除尘器清灰系统的各台设备以及差压、温度等参数进行监视和操作。通过设置相应的权限，来防止运行人员的误操作。在上位机画面上有工艺画面和棒状图、趋势图进行数据实时显示生产信息、设备状态和故障信息，制表打印及信息存储记录。并能够对控制系统必要的故障进行报警，通过激光打印机可以打印实时和历史曲线以及故障报警记录。Thedisplayinterfaceoperationandtheuppermachineoptimizingcontrolmanagementareadoptedfortheuppermachinecontrol,toconductsupervisionandoperationtovariousequipmentofthebag-typedustcollectorashcleaningsystemaswellasparameterssuchasdifferentialpressureandtemperaturethroughthecontrolsystem.Themisoperationofoperatorscanbeavoidedbysettingcorrespondingauthorities.Therearetechnologypictureaswellasbarchartandtendencychartontheuppermachinedisplay,todisplaytheproductioninformation,theequipmentstateandthefaultinformationinareal-timeway,anditisalsousedfortabulationprintingandinformationstoringandrecording.Itcangivealarmforthefaultsofthecontrolsystem;byutilizingthelaserprinter,itcanprintsthereal-timeandhistoricalcurveaswellasfaultalarmrecords.4.1.2脉冲喷吹阀：4.1.2ImpulseBlowingValve:布袋喷吹系统采用3‘淹没式喷吹阀，并采用电磁控制阀通过PLC进行程序控制；Byutilizingthe3‘submergedtypeblowingvalveandthesolenoidelectricvalve,thebag-typeblowingsystemconductsprogramcontrolthroughPLC;4.2机械(本体)部分4.2Machinery(MainBody)Part本体部分从结构来分可分为内件、外件和附属部件。Onaspectofstructure,themainbodypartcanbedividedintointernalparts,externalpartsandattachedparts.4.2.1内件4.2.1InternalParts布袋及笼骨Bagsandcagebone布袋位于布袋区的过滤室内，悬挂在花板上，布袋靠其内的笼骨进行支撑，笼骨口部固定于花板上，对布袋进行定位和固定。布袋除尘区的滤布材质为50%PPS+50%PTFE,PTFE基布，其特点是耐温性能好，耐受温度可长期在＜170℃，短期可达到200℃（每次5min,年累计＜3h）。滤袋拆装方便、密封性好、安装可靠性高。袋身采用PTFE缝线缝制。笼骨采用有机硅静电喷涂防护处理，笼骨采用分节式结构，运输和安装都很方便。Inthefiltrationroomofthebagregion,thebagishungontheceiling.Supportedbythecageinsidebone,thebagispositionedandfixedontheceilingwiththecagebonemouthpart.The50%PPS+50%PTFE,PTFEbaseclothisadoptedasthematerialforthefiltrationclothinthebag-typedustcollectionregion,withthecharacteristicsofpreferabletemperatureresistanceproperty,andthetemperaturetolerancecanachieve＜170℃foralongterm,and200℃forshortterm(5minforeachtime,andannualaccumulatedtimeof＜3h).Itisconvenientfordisassemblyandassemblyoffiltration,andwithpreferableleakproofnessandhighinstallationreliability.ThePTFEsutureisadoptedforthebagbody.Thecageboneisconductedwithorganosiliconeelectrostaticsprayingprotectiveprocessing,andthesegmentedstructureisadoptedforthecagebone,convenientfortransportationandinstallation.喷吹管Blowingpipe喷吹管位于布袋区过滤室花板上部，它将气包内的压缩空气在脉冲控制阀的动作下顺利导流至喷吹嘴口，顺利完成脉冲喷吹动作。Locatedontheupperpartofthecardofthefiltrationroomofthebagregion,theblowingpipeguidesthecompressedairintheairpockettotheblowingnozzleundertheactionoftheimpulsecontrolvalve,tofinishtheimpulseblowingaction.4.2.2外壳4.2.2Shell布袋的内顶主要是布置花板，布袋和笼骨就挂在花板上。外顶上布置喷吹储气包和盖板及检修人孔等。为了保护顶部设备及防止雨水渗入脉冲控制阀内部造成对布袋除尘器不能运行，我们在除尘器顶部脉冲控制阀处设置了雨棚设备。Theinternaltopofthebagismainlyarrangedwithcard,wherethebagandthecageboneishung.Theexternaltopisarrangedwithblowingairpocket,coverplateandinspectionmanhole.Inordertoprotectthetopequipmentandavoidtherainwaterinfiltrationintotheinternalpartoftheimpulsecontrolvalue,whichmakesthebag-typedustcollectordonotwork,wesetthecanopyfacilityontheimpulsecontrolvalueontopofthedustcollector.喷吹气包Blowingairpocket喷吹气包位于布袋区外顶上，其通过连接弯管与喷吹管进行连接。其上布置有脉冲喷吹阀。喷吹气包完成喷吹用气的储存和平衡。Positionedontheexternaltopofthebagregion,theblowingairpocketisconnectedwiththeblowingpipethroughtheconnectingelbow.Itisequippedwithimpulseblowingvalve.Theblowingairpocketaccomplishesthestorageandbalanceofthegasusedforblowing.4.2.3附属部件4.2.3AttachedParts走梯平台Stairplatform走梯平台是为了方便除尘器的就地操作、日常维修保养之用，所有主要维修点皆可通过走梯平台到达。Thestairplatformisusedforthelocaloperationanddailymaintenanceofthedustcollector.Allthemainmaintenancepointscanbeaccessedthroughthestairplatform.支承Supporting支承位置在除尘器底梁柱和支架立柱（水泥柱或钢支柱）之间。由于除尘器是热体，支架立柱是冷体，因而支承除担负除尘器载荷外，还需有补偿热膨胀引起位移的功能。Thesupportingispositionedbetweenthebottombeamcolumnandthestandupright(concretecolumnorsteelcolumn)ofthedustcollector.Inconsiderationthatthedustcollectorisahotbody,andthesupportuprightisacoldbody,besidestheloadingofthedustcollector,thesupportingisalsoliableforundertakingthefunctionofcompensatingforthedisplacementcausedbythermalexpansion.保温结构Insulationconstruction为保证除尘器正常运行，防止烟气温度因散热而降至露点以下，必须对除尘器外壳进行保温。Inordertoensurethenormaloperationofthedustcollector,andavoidthefallingofflue-gastemperaturetothedewpointbecauseoftheheatdissipation,itisnecessarytoconductheatpreservationtotheshellofthedustcollector.保温的基本原则是减少热交换，保温的基本要求是保证烟气介质的最低温度必须在露点以上20~300C。Thebasicprincipleforheatpreservationistodecreaseheatexchange,andthebasicrequirementforheatpreservationistoensuretheminimumtemperatureofthemediumoftheflue-gas20-300Cabovethedewpoint.接地Earthconnection为保护设备和人身安全，必须对设备运行可靠接地。接地的基本要求如下：Inordertoprotecttheequipmentandpersonalsafety,itisrequiredtoconductreliableearthconnectionfortheequipment.Thebasicrequirementsforearthconnectionareasfollows:a、接地网应考虑全年均能达到2Ω以下；a.Itisnecessaryforthegroundinggridtoachieveunder2Ωforthewholeyear;b、接地网的设置，力求使周围对地电压均匀。b.Thesettingofthegroundinggridshallstrivetoachievinguniformvoltagetoearth.5、设备的检查调整5.InspectionandAdjustmentofEquipment5.1设备的安装应符合国家标准及相关设备安装规范《布袋除尘器安装说明书≥的要求。5.1Theinstallationoftheequipmentshallbeinaccordancewithnationalstandardsandtherequirementsofinstallationspecificationsofrelatedequipment,“InstallationInstructionsforBag-typeDustCollector”.5.2设备的检查调整5.2InspectionandAdjustmentofEquipment设备在安装完毕，投入生产以前应对机械部分和电气部分分别进行适当的调整和检查，使其能安全正常运行。Aftertheinstallationandbeforetheproductionoftheequipment,itisnecessarytoconductappropriateadjustmentandinspectiontothemachinerypartandtheelectricpart,tomaketheequipmentoperateinnormalmethod.5.2.1设备机械部分的检查调整5.2.1InspectionandAdjustmenttoEquipment布袋区的螺栓是否按要求拧好并作止转焊接。Iftheboltinthebagregionistightenedandconductedwithspliningweldingaccordingtorequirements.清除布袋区存有的异物。Cleartheforeignmattersexistinginthebagregion.各润滑部位是否已加油。Ifvariouslubricatingpartshavebeenappliedwithlubricatingoil.检查本体各部位及人孔门等处密封性是否良好，并作密封性试验。Checkifthepartsonthemainbodyandthemanholedoorhavepreferableleakproofness,andleakagetestshallbeconducted.5.2.2设备电气部分的检查调整5.2.2InspectionandAdjustmentonElectricPartoftheEquipment测量本体接地电阻，要求小于2Ω，电气设备的接地电阻小于0.5~1Ω。Measurethemainbodygroundingresistance,whichisrequiredtobelessthan2Ω,andthegroundingresistanceoftheelectricequipmentshallbelessthan0.5-1Ω.用500伏兆欧表检查电缆绝缘情况，其绝缘电阻不低于0.5兆欧。Checkonthecableinsulationconditionwith500Vmegger,withtheinsulationresistancenolessthan0.5megohm.按规定程序批准的产品图样检查各部位接线是否正确。Inspectiftheconnectionofvariouspartsiscorrectaccordingtotheproductdesignapprovedbyestablishedprocedures.6、设备的安全规程6.SafetySpecificationsofEquipment布袋除尘器操作人员及临时上布袋除尘器工作的人，除了熟悉一般的安全意识外，还必须严格遵守JB6407规定，并要有专人负责安全工作。Exceptforbeingfamiliarwithgeneralsafetyawareness,theoperatorortemporaryoperatorofthebag-typedustcollectormuststrictlyobservetheJB6407provisions,andspecially-assignedpersonshallbedispatchedtobeinchargeofthesafetywork.6．1人身安全6.1PersonalSafety6.1.1布袋除尘器是属高空运行设备，供人员上下的走梯、平台、栏杆必须牢固可靠，不允许积水、积雪及禁止过道上堆积杂物和无需用的材料设备。6.1.1Inconsiderationthatthebag-typedustcollectorbelongstohighaltitudeoperationequipment,andthestairs,platformandhandrailsusedforpersonnelmustbefirmandreliable,anditisprohibitedforponding,snowcover,stackingofforeignthingsandnotnecessarymaterialsorequipmentontheaisle.6.1.2凡在外壳高空检修或在布袋区进行作业检查、维修、测定时，施工人员必须戴上安全帽，系上带有缆绳或自动闭锁装置的安全带。6.1.2Duringthehighaltitudemaintenanceontheshell,orinspection,maintenanceandmeasurementinbagregion,itisrequiredfortheconstructorstowearthehelmet,andfastenedwithmooringropeorsafetybeltwithautomaticblockingdevice.6.1.3布袋除尘器是属高温负压多尘的危险作业设备，故在运行期间不得用手或身体其他部位接触高温部位，检查时必须停机打开人孔门通风冷却，使温度降至400C以下时方可进入布袋区作业。6.1.3Inconsiderationthatthebag-typedustcollectorbelongstothedustyhazardousoperationequipmentwithhightemperatureandnegativepressure,itisnotallowedtotouchwiththehightemperaturepartwithhandsorbodies;duringtheoverhaul,itisrequiredtoopenthemanholedoorforventilationandcooling,tomakethetemperaturefallunder400Cbeforeenteringintothebagregionforoperation.6.1.4布袋除尘器运行时处于负压状态，若当人孔门开着时，人接近人孔门有可能会被吸入布袋区造成损伤，，所以人孔门必须安全连锁。6.1.4Thebag-typedustcollectorisinnegativepressureduringoperation;thepeoplewhoisneartothemanholedoormaybeabsorbedintothebagregiontoleadtodamageinconditionthatthemanholedoorisopened;therefore,itisrequiredtoconductsafeinterlocktothemanholedoor.6.1.5停机后，人员有必要进入布袋区时，必须佩带安全帽和密封良好的保护工作服、靴子和手套等。6.1.5Aftertheshuttingdown,andinconditionthatitisnecessaryforthepersonneltoenterintothebagregion,itisrequiredtowearthehelmetandtheprotectiveworkingclothes,bootsandgloveswithpreferableleakproofness.6.1.6施工完成后，应该及时清洗人体和保护工作服，以免所粘带灰尘感染人体。6.1.6Afterthecompletionoftheconstruction,itisnecessarytocleanhumanbodyandprotectiveworkingclothesintime,toavoidtheinfectionofhumanbodybytheadhesivedust.6.1.7施工人员进入布袋除尘器内腔时，如烟尘太多应戴上防毒面具。6.1.7Whenenteringintotheinternalcavityofthebag-typedustcollector,theconstructorsshallweargasmaskinconditionofthereistoomuchdust.6.1.8当进入布袋区灰斗进行检修时，应确保在停炉时将布袋上的积灰清打干净，以免因灰量过大造成人员呼吸和健康。6.1.8Whenconductingmaintenanceintheashhopperinthebagregion,itisnecessarytoensuretocleanuptheaccumulatedashonthebagduringtheblowingdownoftheboiler,toavoidthedamagetobreathorhealthbecauseoflargeamountofash.6.2设备的安全检查6.2SafetyCheckonEquipment6.2.1定期检查接地线和接头情况，导电性能是否良好，其他所有保护装置是否都完好无损。6.2.1Conductperiodicalcheckontheconductivityofthegroundleadandthecontactsituation,toensurethatalltheotherprotectivedevicesareingoodcondition.6.2.2检查所有继电器箱和开关箱的锁是否保险，无关人员不可随意打开箱锁。6.2.2Checkifallthelocksofrelycabinetsandswitchboxesareinsured,andirrelevantpersonnelshallnotopentheboxlockarbitrarily.6.2.3布袋除尘器内所使用的手用照明灯的交流电压不超过12伏。6.2.3Thealternatingvoltageofthemanuallampheadlampusedinthemap-typedustcollectorshallnotbegreaterthan12V.6.3进入布袋除尘器内部检修的安全规程6.3SafetySpecificationsforInternalOverhaulinBag-typeDustCollector6.4.1在控制屏显眼的地方挂上一块写有“布袋除尘器内有人工作”字样的标牌。6.4.1Hangalabelwrittenwith“OccupiedinBag-typeDustCollected”onanobviousplaceonthecontrolscreen.6.3.2进入布袋除尘器内的检修人员至少要有两人，其中一人担任负责工作（监护），检修人员必须熟悉布袋除尘器结构和各部件的作用，还必须充分了解烟气和灰尘的性质，可能造成的危害以及有效的安全保护措施。6.3.2Thereshallbeatleasttwopeopleenterintothebag-typedustcollectorforoverhaul;oneofthemisresponsibleforworking(supervision),andthepersonnelforoverhaulmustbefamiliarwiththestructureofthebag-typedustcollectoraswellasthefunctionofvariousparts,andshallsufficientlyunderstandthenatureofflue-gasanddust,aswellasthepossiblehazardandeffectivesafetyprotectivemeasures.6.3.3进入布布袋除尘器内部，具体应遵守如下规程：6.3.3Thefollowingstipulationsshallbeobservedwhenenteringintotheinternalpartofthebag-typedustcollector:严格按照6.1条的有关规定。a.StrictlyobserverelatedstipulationsonArticle6.1.将布袋除尘器的送、引风机开关拔在关闭位置，并用锁保险。b.Turntheswitchesforforcedraftfanandinduceddraftfanofthebag-typedustcollector,andapplylockforinsurance.关闭引风机的风门，关掉风门电动操作装置并加锁保险。c.Closetheairdooroftheinduceddraftfan,andturnofftheairdoorelectricoperatingdeviceandapplylockforinsurance.打开所有人孔门（检修门），使室内通风，等温度降至400C以下时人员方能进入。若要加速降温，可以打开出口烟道上的风门，开启引风机，这时人孔门必须锁定在开启位置，以防突然关闭。d.Openallthemanholedoors(accessdoors),toprovideventilationintheroom,andthepersonnelcanenterintotheroomafterthetemperaturedropstobelow400C.Inordertoacceleratetemperaturedrop,itisavailabletoopentheairdoorontheexitflue,andstarttheinduceddraftfan;atthistime,themanholedoormustbelockedatopenpositiontoavoidsuddenclosing.进入人员应注意布袋区部各部件冷却程度的不一，以免受伤。e.Thepersonnelwhoenterintotheroomshallnoticethedifferentcoolingdegreesofvariouspartsinthebagregion,toavoiddamage.进入布袋区后，应先检查一下有否危险隐患的灰尘堆积层，如有应先设法清除，以免发生意外，并应查明积灰原因。f.Afterenteringintothebagregion,itisnecessarytocheckifthereisdustaccumulationlayerfordangeroushazard,andshalltrytoeliminateifthereis,toavoidaccident,anditisnecessarytodetectthereasonfordustaccumulation.检修结束后，要清点带进布袋区的检修工具，以免遗留在布袋区，影响运行。g.Aftertheoverhaul,itisnecessarytomakeaninventorytotheoverhaultoolsbroughtintothebagregion,toavoidleftinthebagarea,havinginfluenceonoperation.进入布袋区，应严格控制随意的电焊及气割工作，以免火星或焊渣或割渣对布袋造成的损坏。若因需要则必须做好必要的防护措施。h.Inthebagregion,itisnecessarytoforbidarbitraryelectroweldingandgascuttingworks,toavoidthedamagetobagcausedbyspark,weldingslagorcuttingslag.Necessaryprotectivemeasuresmustbetakenifnecessary.7、设备的试运转7TestRunofEquipment7.1为保证设备运行的可靠性，设备在安装调整完毕后和正式投运前或设备长期不用后再重新使用前，都必须进行投运前的试运转。7.1Inordertoguaranteethereliabilityoftheoperationofequipment,thetestrunmustbeconductedbeforethemachineisputintooperationinconditionthataftertheinstallationandadjustmentofmachine,orbeforethereuseafterlongtermofnonuse.7.2设备试运转的步骤7.2ProceduresforTestRunofEquipment7.2.1试运转需有一名有经验的工程师任总指挥，并按本条规定制订检查项目，有严格的现场记录，指定专人登记。为防止启动期间因烟气中水份和未对各部件进行检查而造成对设备的损坏，须进行以下主要检查：7.2.1Anexperiencedengineershallbeassignedasthecommander-in-chiefforthetestrun,anditemsfortestshallbeformulatedaccordingtothestipulationsinthisarticle;thereshallbestrictfieldrecord,andspecially-assignedpersonshallbedispatchedforregistration.Inordertoavoidthedamagetotheequipmentcausedbythewatercontentintheflue-gasduringthestartperiodandfailureofcheckonvariousparts,thefollowingmaintestshavetobeconducted:检查确认5.2条中所有检查调整项目都已落实解决合格。a.Checkandconfirmthatalltheitemstobecheckedandadjustedin5.2havebeenimplementedandsolved.锁上人孔门投入安全连锁。b.Lockthemanholedoor,andapplythesafetylock.若有进、出口烟道风门，检查进、出口烟道风门开启情况，手动、电动是否灵活。c.Checkontheentranceandexitfluedooropeningsituationifthereis,andcheckifthemanualandelectricoperationisflexible.检查电气控制板上报警装置的功能是否正常，可揿压每块控制板上标有“试验”字样的按钮来模拟报警。d.Checkifthefunctionsofalarmdeviceontheelectriccontrolboardareinnormalconditions;itisavailabletosimulatethealarmbypressingthebuttonmarkedwith“test”letteroneachcontrolplate.确认所有的人都已离开布袋除尘器内部。e.Confirmthatallthepeoplehaveleftfromtheinternalpartofthebag-typedustcollector.确认压缩空气系统已启动。f.Confirmthatthecompressedairsystemhasbeenstarted.确认各管路系统密封不漏气；g.Confirmthatallthepipelinesystemsaresealedwithoutairleakage;确认管路已吹扫；h.Confirmthatallthepipelineshavebeenblown;确认喷吹阀喷吹清脆，完好，无漏气；i.Confirmthattheblowingvalveisclearandingoodstate,withoutairleakage;确认气缸动作干脆，无漏气；j.Confirmthattheaircylinderisclear,withoutairleakage;7.2.2在确认设备已进行过试运转前的所有各项检查并正常后将气体通入净气室。7.2.2Makethegasgointothegaspurificationroomafterconfirmingthattheequipmenthaspassedallthechecksbeforetestrun.7.2.4再次检查壳体、检查门等处的漏风情况。7.2.4Checktheairleakageconditionsonshellanddoorsagain.7.2.5应对布袋除尘器布袋进行预喷涂工作，以保护布袋和延长其使用寿命。7.2.5Conductpre-spraytothebagofthebag-typedustcollector,toprotectandextendtheservicelifeofthebag.7.2.6停车（停车步骤详见8.5条）。7.2.6Parking(pleasereferto8.5forproceduresforparking).7.2.7打开布袋气室或人孔门，观察布袋表面积灰情况，检查是否有布袋掉袋和损坏现象；7.2.7Openthebagairroomorthemanholedoor,andobservetheashaccumulationconditiononthesurfaceofthebag,andcheckifthereisfallingdownordamageofbag;7.2.8消除在负载试运转中出现的全部故障。7.2.8Eliminateallthefaultsappearingintheloadingtestrun.7.2.9检查贮气罐压力是否达到工作压力，阀门是否打开，管路是否畅通；7.2.9Checkifthepressureinthegasholderhasachievedtheworkingpressure,andifthevalveisopened,andifthepipelineissmooth;8、设备的操作规程8.OperatingInstructionsforEquipment8.1布袋除尘器应有专业人员进行操作管理，专业人员必须对本设备性能、操作要求、安全和维护保养知识有较全面的了解，并熟悉本说明书。操作管理前应由企业对管理人员进行考核，合格后方可参加操作。8.1Thereshallbeprofessionalpersonneltooperateandmanagethebag-typedustcollector,whoarerequiredtohavecomprehensiveunderstandingtotheperformance,operatingrequirements,safetyandmaintenanceknowledgeabouttheequipment,andshallbefamiliarwiththisManual.Themanagementpersonnelshallbeassessedbyenterprisesbeforetheoperationandmanagement,andthepersonnelcanparticipateinoperationonlyafterpassingtheassessment.8.2开车前必须对设备再一次进行严格的检查，逐项做好检查纪录，并经现场运转总负责人签字认可。除尘器操作的正确与否直接关系到滤袋是否能达到其最佳性能和有效防止滤袋的过早失效。8.2Itisrequiredtoconductstrictinspectionontheequipmentbeforedriving,andmakeinspectionrecords,andshallobtainthesignatureoftheprincipalofthefield.Thecorrectoperationonthedustcollectorhasadirectinfluenceonifthefiltrationbagcanachieveitsbestperformanceandeffectivepreventionfortheearlyfaultofthefiltrationbag.8.3、启动准备工作：8.3PreparatoryWorkforStartup:如果布袋是第一次投入使用或使用过但已离线清灰过了，为防止滤袋的堵塞，就必须对滤袋进行预喷涂。如果布袋已经投入使用了，而除尘器只在一小段时间处于离线状态，且没有清过灰，那么布袋上还会有残余的灰层，就不需要预喷涂；Ifitisthefirsttimetousethebag,orithasbeenusedandconductedwithofflinedustcollection,itisrequiredtoconductpre-spraytothefiltrationbagtoavoidtheblockingonit.Ifthebaghasbeenused,andthedustcollectorisinofflinestateforaveryshortterm,andnodustcollectionhasbeenconducted,thereisresidualdustlayeronthebag,inwhichcondition,nopre-sprayisneeded;检查各指示灯及报警控制板的功能是否良好；a.Checkifthefunctionsofalltheindicatinglightsandalarmcontrolpanelareingoodcondition;排灰系统出灰有否故障；b.Checkifthereisfaultonashdischargeoftheashdischargesystem;经常检查各气路是否密封无漏气；c.Checkifallthegascircuitsaresealedwithoutairleakageataregularbasis;调整喷吹压力、脉冲频率、脉冲宽度；d.Adjusttheblowingpressure,impulsefrequencyandimpulsewidth;检查布袋顶部减压阀后压力表显示是否正常；e.Checkifthepressuregageofthereducingvalveontopofthebagisinnormalcondition;8.4、除尘器启动8.4StartupoftheDustCollector8.4.1、打开储气罐及喷吹管路上的阀门，起动引风机，启动控制系统8.4.1Openthevalvesontheairstoragetankandtheblowingpipeline,andstartuptheinduceddraftfan,andstartup
