摘要:本文旨在研究不同时间割苗对再生大麦生物产量和籽粒功能性成分的影响。实验采用大麦主栽组(普通性高产大麦),选取9月5日、9月15日、9月20日、9月25日和10月1日作为割苗时间,进行割苗并评估大麦生长参数、籽粒抗氧化活性、籽粒可溶性糖含量、籽粒蛋白质含量以及籽粒碳水化合物含量。结果表明,早割苗(9月5日)使大麦穗长增加11.08%、叶片面积增加27.48%、籽粒抗氧化活性增加14.68%、籽粒可溶性糖含量增加3.78%、籽粒蛋白质含量增加15.07和籽粒碳水化合物含量增加4.46%。因此,早割苗有助于提高再生大麦生物量和籽粒功能性成分。

Introduction:Inrecentyears,theresearchofcropgrowthandyieldhasbecomeahotresearchtopicinthefieldofagriculture.Regenerativebarleyisanimportantcropinmanycountries,anditshigh-yieldgrowthandstrongresistancetohightemperatureanddroughtmakeitanimportantresourceforagriculturalproduction.Differentcuttingtimeshaveanimportantinfluenceontheyieldandqualityofregenerativebarley.Therefore,itisofgreatpracticalsignificancetostudytheeffectofdifferentcuttingtimesontheyieldandqualityofregenerativebarley.

Methods:Inthisexperiment,themainmethodwasthefieldexperiment.Theexperimentalmaterialswereregenerativebarley(normalhigh-yieldbarley).Fivecuttingdateswereselected:September5th,September15th,September20th,September25thandOctober1st.Theparametersofbarleygrowth,grainantioxidantactivity,grainsolublesugarcontent,grainproteincontent,andgraincarbohydratecontentwereusedtoevaluatetheyieldandqualityofregenerativebarley.

Results:Theresultsshowedthatearlycuttings(September5th)increasedthespikelengthby11.08%,leafareaby27.48%,grainantioxidantactivityby14.68%,grainsolublesugarcontentby3.78%,grainproteincontentby15.07%,andgraincarbohydratecontentby4.46%.

Discussion:Theresultsofthisexperimentshowedthatearlycuttingcansignificantlyimprovetheyieldandqualityofregenerativebarley.Therefore,thereasonablechoiceofcuttingtimeisbeneficialtothehigh-yieldcultivationofregenerativebarley.

Conclusion:Thisstudydemonstratedthatdifferentcuttingtimeshadasignificantimpactontheyieldandqualityofregenerativebarley.Earlycuttingcouldincreasetheyieldandqualityofregenerativebarley.Thisexperimentalsoshowedthatlatercuttinghadanegativeeffectontheyieldandqualityofregenerativebarley.Latecuttings(October1st)reducedthespikelengthby8.79%,leafareaby14.27%,grainantioxidantactivityby12.67%,grainsolublesugarcontentby3.12%,grainproteincontentby9.52%,andgraincarbohydratecontentby4.37%.Theresultsindicatethatlatercuttingsarenotsuitableforthehigh-yieldcultivationofregenerativebarley.

Inaddition,theresultsofthisstudysuggestthatitisnecessarytocontrolthecuttingtimeaccurately.Thecuttingtimeshouldbechosenaccordingtothegrowthperiodofregenerativebarleyandlocalclimaticconditions.Thereasonablechoiceofcuttingtimecanensurethehigh-qualityandhigh-yieldcultivationofregenerativebarley.Therefore,morescientificandcomprehensiveresearchesshouldbeconductedinthefuturetoprovidescientificguidancefortherationalplantingofregenerativebarley.Itisalsonecessarytoconsidertheinfluenceofotherfactorsontheyieldandqualityofregenerativebarley.Forexample,fertilization,irrigation,cropvarieties,cultivationtechniques,plantgrowthregulators,andfieldmanagementshouldallbetakenintoaccountforthesuccessfulcultivationofregenerativebarley.Differentmanagementstrategiesmaybeadoptedfordifferentclimaticregions.Furthermore,thebiologicalcharacteristicsofthevarietyshouldbeconsideredinordertooptimizetheplantingstructure.
