ExaminationtechniqueshallbeperformedinaccordancewithENISO3452-1andadditionalrequirementsgiveninAppendixA.8.1.检测标准依据ENISO3452-1以及附录A.8.1的特殊要求Table1-B,NDTrequirementsforAluminum铝结构的无损检测要求FeatureSeveritylevel严重性等级SWP-EC-1-stdSWP-EC-1-HighSWP-EC-2-stdSWP-EC-2-HighSWP-EC-3-stdSWP-EC-3-HighPTAcceptanceLevels验收等级3X:ENISO232772X:ENISO23277ExaminationTechniques检测标准ExaminationtechniqueshallbeperformedinaccordancewithENISO3452-1andadditionalrequirementsgiveninWP-1’s12.0检测标准依据ENISO3452-1以及WP-111.0的特殊要求7.0MTInspectionprocedure磁粉检测工艺7.1SurfacePreparation表面准备Priortomagneticparticleexamination,thesurfacetobeexaminedandalladjacentareaswithinatleast25mm,shallbedryandfreeofanydirt,grease,oil,sand,rust,scale,weldingflux,spatteroranyotherforeignmaterial,whichwouldinterferewiththeexamination.Surfacepreparationbygrindingormachiningmayberequiredwhereirregularitieswouldmaskindicationsofunacceptablediscontinuities.磁粉检测前,检测区及邻近25mm区域的表面,应干燥没有污物、油脂、砂、铁屑、焊瘤、飞溅或其他影响检测的物质。当表面不规则会掩盖缺陷时检测表面应进行打磨或机加工。7.2magnetizing磁化TheyokeProdspacingshouldnotexceed200mmbutshouldbegreaterthan75mm.磁轭间距应在75~200mm之间。Themagnetizedareaoverlappingshallbeatleast25mmtoensuretheeffectiveareaofmagnetization.Seepicture1每次磁化应至少重叠25mm以确保有效磁化区域。见图1。图17.3ApplicationofParticles磁粉的施加Duringtheapplicationofthemagnetizingfieldcurrent,beforesprayingshouldshakingwell,wetmagneticparticlefluidisappliedbysprayingthesurfaceoftheparttobeinspectedfromthetopandworkingdown,thicknessmustbeappropriate.Beforeturningoffthecurrent,caremustbetakentopreventhigh-velocityflowovercriticalsurfacesandtocutoffthebathapplicationpriortoremovingthemagneticfield.在施加磁场电流的同时,喷施前应摇匀,湿磁悬液从上至下喷洒在工件表面,厚薄均匀。在关闭磁场电流前,必须小心防止高速的水流过关键表面而掩盖显示。7.4Usingofcoloreddetectionmedia反差剂的使用Whenacoloreddetectionmediaisusedfortheexamination,itisrequiredthatthezonetobeexaminedmustbecoveredwithalayerofwhitepaintwithamaximumthicknessof50μm.当使用反差剂时,反差剂应覆盖检测区域其最大厚度不应超过50μm。7.5Viewingcondition观察条件Aminimumlightintensityof500Lxisrequiredtoensureadequatesensitivityduringtheexaminationandevaluationofindications.在检测和评定时应至少有500Lx的光照度。8.0MTadditionalandmodificationsrequirements(asaminimum,beabletoindicateasensitivity2lines).尽可能靠近表面地测试切向磁场强度。使用嘉实多条形试片类型测试切向磁场强度(灵敏度要求至少两条线)。如果用基于相同理论的其他方法测试,需通过SWP书面同意。9.0MTAcceptanceStandards磁粉验收标准acceptancestandardsshallbeinaccordancewiththerequirementsgiveninTable2.磁粉验收标准见表2Table2,Acceptancelevelsforindications磁痕验收等级TypeofindicationAcceptancelevel验收等级123Linearindicationl=lengthofindication线性磁痕l≤1.5mml≤3mml≤6mmNon-linearindicationd=majoraxisdimension非线性磁痕d≤2mmd≤3mmd≤4mmAcceptancelevel2and3maybespecifiedwithasuffix“X”whichdenotesthatalllinearindicationsdetectedshallbeassessedtolevel1.However,theprobabilityofdetectionofindicationssmallerthanthosedenotedbytheoriginalacceptancelevelcanbelow.验收等级2和3加上X表示,所有线性显示应按1级验收。但小于原验收等级所示值的显示,其检出率可能较低。凡间距小于相邻显示中较小尺寸的多个显示,应作为单个连续显示评定。密集显示应按应用标准评定。10.0PTInspectionprocedurePT检测工艺10.1SurfacePreparation表面准备Thesurfaceofaparttobeinspectedandtheadjacentareawithin25mmshallbecleananddry,andfreeofanyrust,scale,weldingflux,weldspatter,grease,paint,oil,lint,dirt,andotherextraneousmatterthatcouldinterferewithpenetration,ormightobscuresurfaceopenings.检测区及邻近25mm区域的表面,应清洁、干燥没有污物、油脂、毛屑、砂、铁屑、焊瘤、飞溅以及其他影响渗透或掩盖表面开口的外部物质。10.2Pre-Cleaning预清洗Allpartsorareasofpartstobeinspectedshallbecleananddrybeforethepenetrantisapplied.施加渗透剂前,表面应清洁干燥。10.3PenetrantApplication施加渗透剂Penetrantcanbeappliedeffectivelybysprayingtothesurfaces.Thepenetrationtimeshallbe10~15min.CareshallbetakentoensurethatthetestSurfaceremainscompletelywettedthroughouttheentirepenetrationtime.渗透剂可喷于表面,渗透时间为10~15分钟。确保在整个渗透时间保持渗透剂润湿。10.4RemovalofExcessPenetrant去除多余渗透剂Excesspenetrantsshallberemovedbywipingwithlint-freematerial(suchasclothorabsorbentpaper),repeatingtheoperationuntilmosttracesofpenetranthavebeenremoved.Theremainingtracesshallberemovedbylightlywipingthesurfacewithclothorabsorbentpapermoistenedwithsolvent(suchasDPT-5).Tominimizeremovalofpenetrantfromdiscontinuities,careshallbetakentoavoidtheuseofexcesssolvent.用不脱毛的材料如布、纸擦除多余渗透剂,重复擦直到大多数的渗透剂去除。还剩的一些渗透剂可用浸有清洗剂(DPT-5)的布或纸轻轻得擦除。应小心避免过清洗而去除掉缺陷的显示。10.5DryingofParts表面干燥Forthesolventremovabletechnique,thesurfaceshallbedriedbynormalevaporation.去除多余渗透剂后,表面自然晾干。10.6Developerapplication显像剂的施加Applydevelopertothepartbysprayinguniformly,givingathin,uniformlayerassoonaspossibleaftertheremovalofexcesspenetrant.Thedeveloptimeshallbe10to30min.在去除多余渗透剂后快速的、均匀的喷显像剂使形成薄而均匀的一层。显像时间为10到30分钟。10.7Viewingcondition观察条件着色渗透用在自然光或白光下进行。表面的最小照度为500。10.8Temperature温度渗透检测剂及工件的表面温度应在11.0PTadditionalandmodificationsrequirements渗透附加要求11.1Productfamily渗透系统Onlyapprovedfamilies,orproductfamiliesreleasedbySWP,shallbeused.渗透系统应由西门子风电释放后方可使用。11.2TestingproductsThetestingproductisⅡC-d,,whichmeans:UseofPenetrantdesignatedas“TypeⅡ”—Colourcontrastpenetrant.UseofCleanerdesignatedas“C”—Solvent(liquid).UseofDeveloperdesignatedas“d”—Solvent-based(non-aqueouswet)检测产品类型为ⅡC-d,即:使用TypeⅡ—着色对比渗透剂使用C—溶剂(液体)清洗剂使用d—溶剂基(非水基)显像剂11.3Sensitivity灵敏度Theapprovedproductshall,asaminimum,beabletoindicateasensitivity3pointsforpenetranttypeⅡ,achieved
