还记得几年前上高中的时候，每天把发条上的足够紧，不给自己任何的空闲时间，每天想的就是努力学习，努力、努力、再努力，这一切的努力不就是想让自己能够考上大学，实现自己的梦想吗，我感觉大学的校门时那样的遥远，我感觉压力很大。不过一切都已经明了了，我已经通过高考考上了大学，这在我收到大学录取通知书的时候，我才意识到，我是一名大学生了，这简直是一场梦一样，我多年的刻苦努力换来的就是这么一张通知书，而这张通知书改变了多少人的命运啊。进入高等学府深造，成为一名跨世纪大学生，这是我儿时以来的愿望和梦想。在跨入大学校门的那一刻，我儿时的理想终于实现了，也圆了我的大学梦。大学里浓厚的文化气息和广阔的自由天地让我有了更好的发展机会和空间。我就象一块渴水的海绵，贪婪地吸收着知识；就象一只久困的鸽子，在广阔的天空中自由飞翔。正是从那时起，我便立志要成为一名思想上进，政治合格，素质过硬，在德智体诸方面全面发展的合格大学生。我不断朝着这个目标努力学习，踏实工作，努力提高自身素质，争当一名德、智、体全面发展的合格大学生。今年是我进入大学的第三年。两年来，在各级领导和同学们的关心、帮助下，通过自身不断努力，各方面均取得一定的进步。回顾这两年来的大学生活，深感本人在各个方面都得到锻炼和发展，特别是在党、团组织领导的帮助下，本人的学习成绩、政治理论水平等都有了进一步的提高。我有了写一下这两年个人生活总结的想法：一、日常生活方面：尽量与舍友、同班同学搞好关系。结识一些高年级的师哥师姐，向他们请教学习、工作、生活上的问题。广交朋友，朋友遍布各院系、各省份。二、思想政治方面：一个人无论成功与否，他首先必须是一个思想正派的人，一个爱国的人。我深深地意识到：要成为一名合格的大学生，必须从培养和提高自身思想素质开始。只有树立了正确的人生观、

价值观，树立了为人民服务，为社会主义事业奋斗终身的远大志向，才能为大学四年以及今后的学习工作指明方向、提供动力。因此，我在刚入学不久便向敬爱的党组织郑重递交了入党申请书，并从那时起，我就以一名的标准严格要求自己，以的标准规范自己的学习和工作。针对自己思想政治素质和理论水平不高的问题，我在日常的学习工作中就不断认真学习党的各项方针政策，研读各种理论在实践中运用的原理，并通过参加华侨大学党校和系定期的党章学习小组的学习，使自己的政治理论水平有了显著提高，从中继承做得好的方面改进不足的地方，使自己回顾走过的路，也更是为了看清将来要走的路。三、知识学习方面：学习刻苦，态度认真，只是在学习方法和能力上有些欠缺，在今后的学习中需要改进。作为21世纪的接班人，新世纪在悄悄降临之际也给我们带来了新的要求，经济日新月异，科技翻天覆地，所以更多、更快、更广的吸收新知识即成了放在我们面前必须解决的一个问题，我通过这两年的大学学习，对于专业方向、节奏、程度、难易度等等，也有所了解，投入了不少时间再学习上，每次考试也发挥的可以。在大学的后两年中，对学习任务有了更高的要求，在这样的关键时刻，我会加倍努力学习，把更好的成绩带进大四。所以，如果说这是对我的压力，到不如说是对我的考验，我一定会全力以赴。四、社会实践能力方面：社会实践能力有了很大提高。大学中，我参加了不少的社会实践活动，从中继承做得好的方面改进不足的地方，使自己回顾走过的路，也更是为了看清将来要走的路。我的学习成绩不是非常好，但我却在学习的过程中收获了很多。首先是我端正了学习态度。在我考进大学时，脑子里想的是好好放松从重压下解放出来的自己，然而很快我就明白了，大学仍需努力认真的学习。看到周围的同学们拼命的学习，我也打消了初衷，开始大学的学习旅程。其次是极大程度的提高了自己的自学能力。以上是我对大学生活个人总结，我将结合这个小结回顾过去，确定未来的发展目标，我对未来充满信心。过去的两年，是不断学习、不断充实的两年，是积极探索、逐步成熟的两年。由于参加党校的时间不长，政治思想觉悟还有待提高；对大学学习的规律仍需进一步适应，方法也尚需改进；在学生会

本文为Word版资料，可以任意修改编辑。如果你看到我上传的资料这个后缀，请删除后使用。高效学习方法和技巧学习需要方法，找到适合自己的方法，学习才能事半功倍。接下来，我结合我自己的学习情况，给大家总结的高效学习《五部曲》一、预习是学习的重要环节上课前充分预习，考试前充分地复习，与“打有准备之仗”有同曲之道。预习效果好，听课才能有针对性；听课有针对性，复习才能顺利进行；复习深刻，作业、考试才能得心应手。所以说预习是学生学习过程中一个必不可少的环节。二、掌握好高效的听课方法课上集中精力听课，是掌握知识的捷径。听讲时，思想上必须与老师讲解的思路保持一致，听老师对事物是怎样分析、推理；听老师解决问题是用什么方法、技巧；听老师对问题有哪些提问和解释。这样才能把握住听课的重点。听讲中，要把自己在预习中的理解，和老师讲解的相比较，看自己和老师有哪些相同点和区别点。三、合理安排复习时间很多科学家通过研究发现，有几个时间段有利于巩固记忆：一是学习后最初几分钟内，电生理活动引起蛋白质的合成；二是学习后在48小时内复习；三是一周之后脑突触发生永久性变化。根据人在学习过程中这一生理变化，采用复习加强记忆就显得特别重要了。如果我们能够在学习的内容即将忘记时进行复习，那么复习的效果最好，效率也最高。著名的心理学家艾宾浩斯通过实验发现了人的记忆与遗忘规律。实验证明：在学习仅过了20分钟后，就忘记记忆内容的42%，1天后忘却量已经达到了66%，到了第31天，忘却量高达79%。他根据实验结果，画成了著名的遗忘曲线。并表明遗忘的规律是“先快后慢”。这条规律提示我们，—定要尽早、及时地对所学知识进行复习，以便在知识还在大脑内时就加深印记，否则大脑中已经没有痕迹了，只能再费精力重学。合理安排复习时间特别重要并且必要，制定复习计划，严格按精英特计划执行，并力求形成习惯，是我们每一位学生都应该力求努力做到。我们为什么要复习呢？因为我们记忆效果没有那么好，不可能过目不忘，所以需要重复、增强记忆。同时，复习的进展也有利于学习效率的提高。四、做作业的科学方法这里有七种做作业的技巧：1、先复习后做作业。复习是做好作业的关键，只有复习得好，作业才能做得好。做作业前先把老师这一节课所讲的内容认真地看一看，弄清楚基本原理和概念后再去做作业，作业才能做得既快又好。2、认真审题。做作业最关键的—步就是审题，连题都判断错了，作业内容就全错了。首先第—步要弄清楚题目的内容，所给的条件，什么要求，需要联系哪些知识等等；其次是考虑好解题思路、方法、步骤，要善于把—道题分成几部分，化大为小、化难为易、分清其中的已知和未知，弄清各部分的联系，设计好整个解题步骤，—定要让自己做到不明白题意不做题，不清楚方法步骤不下笔。3、细心的做题。做题是表达思路的全过程，这个过程要求既动脑、又动手。做题的关键是要保证“规范”、“准确”。要做到这两点就要求学生认真的抄好题，书写格式必须正确、规范，严格按照各类题的解题要求，仔细演算解题的每—步，得出正确的结果。只有平时做题认真细致，步骤完整，思路正确，表达严密，准确无误，考试时才能按照这种良好的习惯进行五、重视错题积累在学习的过程中，同学们可能遇到过一错再错的现象
