英语论文的内容摘要,论文内容摘要与提纲ThistranslationreportactsasasummaryformyC-EtranslationprojectofTrademarkLawofP.R.China,anditsemphasesisonhowtotranslateintoEnglishtheChineseDestructureswithconditionalimplications.Thisprojectisasimulationpracticeforthepurposeofstrengtheningmytranslationability.TheTrademarkLawofP.R.ChinacontainslotsofDestructureswithconditionalimplicationswhichshouldbetranslatedintoconditionalclausesduetolinguisticdifferencesbetweenChineseandEnglish.Thegreatchangeposegreatdifficultytotranslation.Thefirstdifficultyliesinthediversifiedandcomplexstructureswithintricatelogicalrelations.ThesecondstemsfromDe,,structuresvacancyofconjunctionswhichshouldnotmissintheircorrespondingEnglishtranslationsandthechoiceoftheconjunctionisaffectedbythecomplexityofstructure.ThisprojectadoptsVermeersSkoposTheorytothetranslationof6Destructureswithconditionalimplications.ThetargetreadersofthetranslationareEnglish-speakingpeopleeagertogetacquaintedwiththetrademarklawofChina,andthepurposeoftranslationistoprovidethemwithacompleteandreadableEnglishversion.Theauthoradoptsthemethodofsyntacticlinearityforthephrasalverb+De,structures,themethodsofrestructuringanddisconnectingforsimpleclausesandcomplexclauses+6Destructures.TheconjunctioniforwhereischosenaccordingtotherulesoflegalEnglish.ThetranslatoradoptsdifferenttranslationmethodsinthisreporthopingthatthedifficultiesoftranslatingDestructureswithconditionalimplicationscouldbesolvedandatthesametime,couldprovidesomeenlightenmentforothertranslatorsconfrontedwithsimilardifficulties.ABSTRACTThispapermainlyexplorestheusagesofChinesenon-canonicalverbalclassifierphrases〔non-CVClphrasesforshort〕andthenmakesacontrastivestudyonChinesenon-CVClphrasesandrelevantEnglishconstructions〔RECsforshort〕thataresemanticallyandfunctionallysimilartotheChinesenon-CVClphrases.ThefeaturesofChinesenon-CVClphraseshavenotbeeninvestigatedsystematicallyinpreviousstudies.Thispapermakesadetailedanalysisofthesemanticfeaturesandsyntacticdistributionofthesephrases.Itisfoundthatinadditiontoquantifyingevents,non-CVClphrasescanalsoservetheindividuationfunctionoftransformingeventtypesintoeventtokens.Besides,non-CVClphrasesarealsoofanominalcharacter,whichaccountsfortheirrelativelystrongreferentialfunctionasopposedtotheirweakdeclarativefunction.Inaddition,thediversifiedsyntacticdistributionofnon-CVClphrasesisalsodiscussedinthispaper.WiththehelpofChineseandEnglishparallelcorpusandonlineresources,thispaperattemptstofindouttheRECssemanticallyandfunctionallyanalogoustoChinesenon-CVClphrasesandclassifytheseRECsintodifferentgroups:lightverbconstructions,cognateobjectconstructions,doubleobjectconstructionsandnominalandverbalexpressions.AnanalysisisalsomadeofthefeaturesoftheseclassesofEnglishconstructionsorexpressions.ItisfoundthatmostoftheRECsarerelatedtoeventnounstosomedegree.Groundedontheabovediscussion,thispaperconductsacontrastivestudyoftheChinesenon-CVClphrasesandtheRECs,aimingtobringoutthedifferencesbetweenthemintermsofphrasestructure,semanticmeaningandsyntacticdistribution.Thefactorsresultinginthesedifferencesareanalyzedfromacognitiveperspective.ItisproposedthatthedifferencesbetweentheChineselanguageandtheEnglishlanguageatlargeinperspectivepositioningandprominenceselection,cognitivemechanismandscanningmodeconstitutetheunderlyingreasonsforthedifferentwaysofquantifyingeventsanddenotingactionsinthetwolanguages.ABSTRACTFollowingthequickenedpaceofChineseculturesgoingouttotheworld,Chinesefilmsarealsostrivingtowalktowardtheworldtocompetewithothercountriesontheinternationalstage.Consequently,thesubtitlingofChinesefilmsintoforeignlanguageshasattractedincreasedscholarlyattentioninrecentyears.WhatroledoessubtitlingplayinpromotingChinesecultureexportation?Whatsubtitlingstrategiesshouldbeemployedtofulfillthisaim?TheanswertothesequestionscanperhapsbefoundinacasestudyofRedSorghum,thefirstmodernChinesefilmtohavewonaninternationalacclaim.MoYanswinningtheNobelPrizeforLiteraturein2020testifiestothisfilmswidepopularityamongEnglish-speakingviewersanditsfar-reachingimpact.ThisthesisaimstoexaminethestrategiesemployedintheEnglishsubtitlesofRedSorghumandtoanalyzewhysuchsubtitlingstrategiesaswereadoptedbythesubtitlersarebothjustifiedandinstrumentalinenhancingitswarmreceptionbyoverseasaudiences.Twotheoreticaltoolsareadoptedinthepresentstudy:oneissubtitlingtheoriesproposedbyGottliebanddevelopedbyDiaz-Cintasandothers;theotherisVermeersskopostheory.TheIntroductionstatestheresearchbackground,aim,scopeandrationaleofthisstudy.ChapterTwoisacriticalreviewoftherelevantliteratureonthetopic.ChapterThreesummarizesthemainpointsofWesternsubtitlingtheoriesandskopostheory.ChapterFourtriestodescribethegeneralshapeandfeaturesoftheEnglishsubtitlesofRedSorghuminthelightofsubtitlingstrategiesandconstraints.Itisfoundthatsuchstrategiesastransfer,paraphrase,condensation,decimation,deletion,expansion,imitationandresignationarefrequentlyemployedbythesubtitlers.Yetwhatistermedreductivedomesticationstrategy〔RDstrategy〕inthepresentthesisisthebasiconeadopted.ChapterFiveattemptstoexplainf
