二OO八年五月箱梁计算采用大型有限元计算程序桥梁博士进行;并采用桥梁博士结合手算的方法对桥梁部分结构构件进行了验算,详述如下:一、箱梁纵向预应力的计算(一)计算说明:1、采用同豪土木桥梁博士3.0计算;2、基础资料:荷载等级:公路-I级;活载横向分布调整系数:皿=车道数*折减系数*1.15;对处于小半径曲线上的桥梁,考虑一定的抗扭系数;具体如下:箱梁荷载横向分布调整系数取用荷载横向分布系数小半径时分布系数桥面宽度(m)车道数车道折减系数<71.001.001.151.217-10.52.001.002.302.4210.5-143.000.782.692.8314-17.54.000.673.083.2417.5-215.000.603.453.6221-24.56.000.553.803.98材料:主梁混凝土:C50;预应力钢材采用符合国家标准(GB5224-2003)的钢绞线,钢绞线标准强度为1860Mpa,公称直径为15.2mm,公称面积为139mm2,弹性模量为1.9E5Mpa桥面二期恒载:混凝土桥面铺装容重取为26KN/立方,沥青混凝土桥面铺装取为23KN/立方,护栏单侧取为6KN/立方;张拉控制应力Ocon=0.75f=0.75*1860=1395MPapK锚具回缩变形单端6mm孔道摩阻系数U及孔道局部偏差的摩擦系数取为桥梁博士的默认值体系温度:取升温25°C(温1),降温25°C(温2);梯度温度:根据桥涵设计通用规范,10厘米沥青混凝土桥面铺装时,下面的顶板升温为T1=14C,10cm下为5.5C;本桥采用了混凝土铺装,箱梁顶板升温取为7C,降温取为-3.5°C(桥面铺装厚度较大);支座不均匀沉降取为10mm;3、施工及使用阶段应力计算:将设计的预应力束输入到模型中,使用阶段箱梁最大压应力控制在小于16.5Mpa,拉应力大于0Mpa;4、极限强度验算:按设计钢束情况进行验算,主要验算各支点断面及跨中断面的极限承载能力;5、 张拉伸长量计算:不考虑张拉工作段钢束的影响,所计算出的单端伸长量;6、 位移计算:活载及温度组合最大效应下的跨中挠度;7、 钢束应力验算:钢束组合最大应力应满足要求;8、 支反力计算:根据计算出的墩台顶反力选用支座;(二)结构概述本联桥上部结构采用为38+50+38m现浇预应力混凝土连续箱梁。采用单箱三室截面,桥面单向横坡2%,箱梁顶面全宽20.4m。箱梁采用变截面,跨中梁高190cm、端部梁高300cm。外侧腹板斜率为4:1。箱梁顶板宽20.4m,底板变宽。顶板厚为28cm、底板在支点附近厚度为40cm,跨中厚度为22cm。箱梁悬臂长250cm,悬臂端部厚15cm,根部变厚。跨中腹板厚40cm,加厚段60cm。箱梁跨中标准横断面见下图,各部尺寸详见设计图纸《箱梁一般构造图》。ir-.ir-.篇!Is."!.-I■•址!■£一本桥采用满堂支架整体现浇完成上部结构的施工。腹板内预应力束采用两端张拉。施工方法及施工工序详见相关图纸及说明部分。
