3.3.1OnreceiptofaReeferbookingfromacustomer,CustomerServicePersonnelmustrequestthecustomertofillintheRequisitionFormofReeferContainerorRequisitionFormofReeferContainer(HumidityControlReefer)formakingappointment.3.3.2OnreceiptofaRequisitionFormofReeferContainerorRequisitionFormofReeferContainer(HumidityControlReefer)fromcustomer,CustomerServicePersonnelmustcheckandensureRequisitionFormofReeferContainerorRequisitionFormofReeferContainer(HumidityControlReefer)isfilledcompletelybythecustomer.3.3.3IftheRequisitionFormofReeferContainerorRequisitionFormofReeferContainer(HumidityControlReefer)isnotfilledcompletely,CustomerServicePersonnelmustclarifywithcustomerbeforeproceeding.3.3.4CustomerServicePersonnelmustthencheckequipmentavailabilitywiththeOperationsDepartmentpriortoacceptance.Iftherequestisdeclinedduetoshortageofequipment,CustomerServicePersonnelmustadvisethecustomer,statingthatbookingcannotbeacceptedorofferalterative.3.3.5IftherequestisacceptedbytheOperationsDepartment,CustomerServicePersonnelmustfax/emailtheActiveReeferDailyBookingListtotheOperationsDepartmentforconfirmationofpre-tripinspectionorpre-coolingofcontaineratleastoneworkingdaybeforepickuptimeifrequired,thenadviseshipperaccordingly.3.3.6UponreceiptconfirmationofloadedReeferContainerreturnstoterminal,CustomerServicePersonnelmustprepareaTemperatureContainerControlledListtoOperationDepartmentforfollow-up.

3.4Hazardous(DG)CargoApplication3.4.1UponreceiptofHazardousCargobooking,CustomerServicePersonnelmustcheckdetailsdeclaredbythecustomeratDGEnquiryModuleofInforNet.IfthereisanyvariancebetweencustomerdeclarationandinformationwithintheDGCommodityEnquiryscreen,CustomerServicePersonnelmustclarifywithcustomerpriortoproceeding.3.4.2CustomerServicePersonnelmustapplyandobtainDGacceptance,ifaccepted,thenaskcustomertoprovideaShipper’sCertificate.3.4.3UponreceiptofShipper’sCertificate,CustomerServicePersonnelmustcheckiftheShipper’sCertificateiscorrectlycompletedornot.Ifnot,he/shemustclarifywithcustomer.

3.4.4IftheHazardousCargoisnotaccepted,CustomerServicePersonnelmustinformthecustomerstatingthatbookingcannotbeacceptedorofferalternatives.3.4.5ForcargoT/SatHongKong,TheCustomerServicePersonnelmustinformtheRating
