AbstractThedesorptionofN18OadsorbedonthesurfaceofSrTiO3powderwasdeterminedbyTemperatureProgrammedDesorption(TPD).Thechangesofdesorptionamountwerediscussed.TheresultsindicatethatthemassofN16OdesorptionisfollowedwithN18OofadsorptiononSrTiO3.OtherwiseasmallamountofN2,N18OandN216Oalsodesorbedfromtheparticles.N16Oformedduetotheexchangeofoxygen
isotopesandescapedfromthesurfaceofSrTiO3particlesduringheatingtheparticlespretreatedwiththeabsorptionofN18Ogas.WithincreasingtheexposureamountofN18Ogas,thedesorptionamountofN16Oincreasedandthepeakdesorptiontemperaturedecreased.However,thedesorptionamountofN16OtendtobecomeconstantwhenthesurfacecoverageofN18Ogaswashigherthanacertainvalue.Characteristic特性,特征Adsorption吸附Desorption

massspectrometryAbstractAliquidchromatography-tandemmassspectrometry(LC-MS/MS)methodwasdevelopedforthedeterminationofcommonlyabuseddyesincandy,sirup,liquidmilkandfruitjuice.Thetestsamplewasdissolvedanddilutedwithwater,thencleanedupbypolyamidesolidphaseextration.TheLCseparationwasperformedonanAgilentXDB-C18columnwith20mmol/Lammoniumacetatesolutionandacetonitrileasthemobilepheseinagradientelutionmode.ThedyesweredeterminedbyMS/MSinnegativeelectrospray
ionizationmode,andquantifiedbymatrix-matchedexternalstandardmethod.Thecalibrationcurvesshowedgoodlinearityintherangeof0.5-50mg/Lwiththecorrelationcoefficient(r)greaterthan0.99.Thelimitsofquantitation(S/N>10)were0.5mg/kg,andthelimitsofdetection(S/N>3)wereo.1mg/kg.Therecoveriesofdyesinfoodsamplesatthethreespikedlevelsof0.5,5and50mg/kgwereintherangeof62.6%-115.3%withtherelativestandarddeviations(RSDs)of2.6%and26.3%.Themethodcanmeettherequirementsforthedeterminationofthedyesinfoodsamplesforimportandexportinspection.Determination检测liquidchromatography液相色谱massspectrometry质谱dye染料,着色剂dissolve溶解dilute稀释polyamide聚酰胺column柱子ammoniumacetate醋酸铵acetonitrile
