市岗夏河园片区设计竞现这一16.4公顷的项目现场位于商务区(CBD)东南角处,地处福田区内。现场以深南大道、路、三路和菜田路为界SiteThe16.4hectaredevelopmentsiteislocatedinthesoutheastcorneroftheCentralBusinessDistrict(CBD)ofShenzhen,inFutianDistrictofShenzhenSEZ.ThesiteisenclosedbyShennanDaDao,JintianLu,FuHuaSanLuandCaitiaLu.区域平面CBD由两条相交轴线界定。现场西侧与一组名为“东方舞龙”的相对。莲花山公园位于CBD北面,并为市中心提供了绿色的山野背景DistrictTheShenzhenCityCBDisdefinedbytwobisectingThecentralnorth-southaxisalignswiththeCivicCentre,theExhibitionCentreandLianHuaShan.Shennanocreatestheeast-westThedevelopmentsitetakesupalargeportionofthesoutheastcorneroftheCBD.ItisplannedforprimarilycommercialandbusinessTheareanorthofShennanoisforBusinessandAdministrativeServices.Thewesternsideofthedevelopmentsiteisalignedwithaclusteroftowersknownasthe“EasternDancingDragon”.TheLianHuaMountainParkliestothenorthoftheCBDandprovidesagreenmountainbackdroptotheCivicCentre.GANGXIAHEYUANTRACTOFSHENZHENCITYDESIGN mendedthatthehobelocatedonthesouthsideofFuHuaYiLuandadjacenttheofficetower.Thisprovidesthehowithasiteareaof10,000m2,asrequiredbythebrief.ThehowouldhaveobliqueviewsoftheCivicCentreandgoodaccesstotheretailprecinct.Theservicedapartmentsare modatedintwotowersandlocatedonthecornerofJinTianLuandShennano.TheypresentfaçadesandbuildingformsappropriatetoaddresstheCitizensCentre.GANGXIAHEYUANTRACTOFSHENZHENCITYDESIGN 设计原 Design小学之间的近距离。紧靠中学布置可以为关键设施的共享PrimaryTheprimaryschoolislocatedonthesouthernedgeofthedevelopmentsite,toensuregoodsolaraccessandproximitytothemiddleschoolfurthersouth.Closeproximitytothemiddleschoolcreatesopportunitiesforsharingkeyfacilities.Whilsttheprimaryschoolisanimportantcommunityfacility,itshouldnotbeattheverycentreoftheGangxiaprecinct.Theschoolmustbesecure,lowriseandwithlargeplayingareas.Thistypeofbuildingfunctiondoesnotcreateagoodcentralfocusattheheartofadistrict.GANGXIAHEYUANTRACTOFSHENZHENCITYDESIGN市岗夏河园片区设计竞市岗夏河园片区设计竞空拟建于路下面的地铁通道为零售场所的建设带来很大的街道的直接视野之内,从而起到活跃通道和零售区的作用。路两侧的零售设施均直接面向地铁通道。尤其重要的整个现场的室被设计成独立的设施,用于提供充足的小汽车和自行车停车空间,满足民防以及上方建筑物的服务需求。由整个9m通用规划网格,以确保必要时可方便地连通各室。UndergroundTheproposedsubwaypassagebeneathFuHuaLucreatesagreatopportunityforsubstantialbasementretailandincreasedconnectivityacrossthesite.ThesubwaypassagelinksHuiZhanZhongXinStationwithGangxiaStationanddeliverssubstantialpassengerflowsfromtheMetrotothesite.Theschemecapitalizesonthesubwaylinkbyopeninglargevoidsfromgroundleveltothesubwayfloor.Thesevoidsactivatethesubwayandbasementretailbyprovidingnaturaldaylightanddirectsightlinesfromthestreetabove.TheretaildevelopmentsonbothsidesofFuHuaLuaddressthesubwaydirectly.Importantly,thelargevoidsprovideastrongpedestrianconnectionbetweentheverticalmallonthesouthsidewiththeretailprecinctonthenorthside.Flexibilityinphasingisacriticalissueforsuchalargedevelopment.Basementsacrossthesitearedesignedasindependentfacilitiesprovidingsufficientcarparking,bicycleparking,civildefenseandservicesforthebuildingsabovethem.Thisallowseachbuildingtobedeveloped,leasedorsoldAgeneralplanninggridof9metresisappliedacrossthesite,toensurebasementscaneasilybelinkedifrequired.GANGXIAHEYUANTRACTOFSHENZHENCITYDESIGN
