Forteachers,theroletheyplayshouldbemoreinclinedtohelpingstudentsinlearningwithefficiency.Thisiswhyweneedteacherstoguideusinacademiainspiteofthefactthattheymightnotbelikedbymostofthestudents.Learningprevailsoverpopularityatschoolforteachers.Thus,inmyopinion,itisreallyarduousforteacherstomaketheirstudentslikethemandmeanwhilealsobeabletoassistthemineffectivelearningatschool.

Tobeginwith,effectivelearningisalwaysinvolvedwiththehardtime.Ifateacherhelpshisorherstudentstolearneffectively,itmeanstheaimoftheteachingcanbemeasuredinacertainperiodoftime.Inotherwords,studentsneedtobeconcentratedandserious,stoppingmakingfunofeachotherlikemostyoungstudentsdo.Thismeansteachershaveanobjecttocompleteandusuallywithinasetperiodoftimeduringwhichstudentswillbeforcedtolearnandperceivetheclassmaterial.Undersuchlearningenvironment,itisnotprobabletomakestudentsliketheteachers.Takemathasanexample.Moststudentsdislikethissubject;ifteacherswantalltheirstudentslearnmultiplicationtableeffectively,theyneedtopressurestudentsintopayingattentiontotheclass,admonishingthemtolearnitbyheartintheclasstime.Withstress,amajorityofstudentswillnotagreemuchwithwhattheteacherdoesintheclass.Studentswillcertainlygrumbleanddislikewhattheteachersdo.Moreover,iftheyhavehardtimefinishingthisclasstaskontime,theymightbepunished.Thecomplaintstheyhavecaninturngototheteachersintheend.Thus,itisnoteasyforateachertobeabletoeffectivelyassiststudentsandtobepopularatthesametime,ofwhichthetwobehaviorsarecontradictoryinmanyaspects.

Secondly,studentsalwaysliketeacherswhocanmakethemfeelatease.Itisalmostimpossibleforteacherstohelpstudentseffectivelyfortheirlearninginahappyway.Tobemoreconcise,learningisnotallfunandrelaxingbecauseweareabsorbingnewthings,whichmightengageusinmemorizingandinfocusing.Takehighschoolandelementaryschoolstudentsasexamples.Moststudentsgotoschoolforfun,formeetinguptheirfriendsandformakingfriendstheylike.Ofcourse,theyalsogotoschoolforlearningnewthings;however,iftheteacherwantstoeffectivelyhelpthestudentslearnnewthingsintheclass,thefunandrelaxingtimewillbeshrunk.Forinstance,inthemid-termsorfinals,teachersaremoreseriousandaffirmative.Studentsdonotlikesuchlearningenvironmentaswellastheteachersatthatspecificperiodoftime.Therefore,howcanateacherbepopularamongstudentsifheorshecarriesouttheeffectivelearningtargetintheclass?Thetwoelementsaredifficulttobeachievedatthesametime.

Admittedly,somepeoplemayclaimthatitisnotdifficultforteacherstobelikedbystudentsandstillbeabletohelpthemeffectivelyinlearning.Agreatteachercanalsoproduceawayinwhichstudentscanbehelpedeffectivelyandtheteachercanalsobeliked.Itistheteachingapproachtheteacheradoptsthataffectsthewholelearning.Humanbeingshavebeenmadeattemptstocomeupwithasolutionthattheycan,astheproverbputsit"Killtwobirdswithonestone'Anobleideaitis,theambitionofreachingaperfectoutcomeisthepowerofcivicadvancementforsure.However,itdoesnotfitintothecategoryofeducation.Peopleneedtomakesacrificesinleaning.Whenthemissionofsuchlearningfallsonteachers,theywillofcoursetrytomakeiteasilyabsorbedtostudents.Yetwhenthelattermissioncannotbereached,theteacherhastotargetonhelpingstudentslearneffectivelynomatterstudentsthemornot.Thus,Iagreewiththeprompt-Itisdifficultforteacherstobebothpopularandeffectivetohelpstudentsinlearning.

1、压缩审题时间

对于写作片面,一般考生都会花个好几分钟来留心审题,做个构思。但是,托福考试的独立写作,实际上相当于是开卷考试了。首先题库公开,它的题型和题材都不会超出题库的范围,考生可以在题库中找到类似的题目,加之机经的强大气力,使得托福独立写作真的成了开卷考试。既然是开卷考试,那么考生在平日的备考中,就应练一练各类型的写作题,使自己对任何一种考试话题都很熟谙,这样在考试过程中,考生就能压缩一下审题时间,尽量在1分钟内完成。那些完成不熟谙的话题,一下子考生是很难写出总分值的作文的。总分值不是临场发挥出来的,而是打定出来的,
