Monthly6panelchartsthatgraphicallydisplaythedatacontainedinGQTS.Chartsdisplaythefollowing:MajorDisruptions(Spills,Downtime,Stockouts)PRRsDiscrepantPartsPPMSourcingMetricsSupplierevaluationsystemthatrankseachsuppliermanufacturinglocationintermsofoverallqualityinoneofthreecategories:green,yelloworred.Therankingcriteriaarebasedonthehistoricalcommodityperformance.(Example–EnhancedMetricBidList)ChangestoGP-5DefinitionsaddedtoGP-5ChangestoGP-5PackagingPRRs(section4.2.2)PackagingPRRsarenowdefinedaspackagingissuesthatcausepart/specificationnonconformity,oreffectsalabilityofthepart.Examples:
