1、拍门安装时，注意保证拍门安装角和设计一致。基础预埋件的法兰尺寸和螺孔分布应与拍门法兰件的法兰尺寸、螺孔分布一致。2、当实际工况需基础预埋时，我司可先行约定交付预埋制件和图纸，不影响施工进度。3、当拍门安装于封闭型压力水箱时，拍门吊装入口尺寸应大于拍门的最小外形尺寸为宜。4、拍门安装于基础同一立面时，两拍门之最大外形间距应保持≥10cm为宜。5、泵站更换拍门时，请在订货时一并提供原预埋件法兰尺寸和螺孔分布图1、Valveinstallation,paycloseattentionto-doortoinstallthesameangleanddesign.Basedembeddedpartsandscrewtheflangesizedistributionshouldbefilmgateflangepartsoftheflangesizedistributionofthesamescrewholes.2、Whentheactualtake-basedembeddedoperatingconditions,IamtheSecretarymayagreetodeliverembeddedfirstworkpieceanddrawings,doesnotaffecttheconstructionschedule3、Whentheclosed-doorinstalledinthepressuretankwhentheentrance-doorliftingdoorsizeshouldbelargerthanthesmallestfilmdimensionisappropriate.4、Valvesidebysideinstalledonthebasisofthesameelevation,thetwo-doorappearanceofthemaximumspacingshouldbemaintained≥10cmsuitable.5、Pumpstationreplacementmakingthevalveoftransformation,shouldbeincludedintheorderoftheoriginalsize,andscrewflangeembeddeddistribution.九、安全警告:1、请使用符合安全规定的起重机及钢丝绳吊装拍门，按起吊安装程序执行。2、如在使用液压顶升设备校正拍门位置时，应使用符合安全规定的液压顶升设备。3、请注意不要将身体任何部位停留在门座上。门瓣在开启和关闭时，能对人身造成碰伤。最小安全距离为门瓣运行行程尺寸。九Caution:1、Pleaseusecomplywiththesafetyrequirementsforcranesandhoistingrope-door,byliftinginstallationprocedures.2、Suchastheuseofhydraulicjackingequipment,calibration-doorposition,shouldbeusedtomeetthesafetyrequirementsofthehydraulicjackingequipment.3、Pleasenotethatanypartofthebodydonotstopatthedoorseat.Gatevalveintheopeningandclosing,theycancausebumpsontheperson.Minimumsafedistancerunningforthegatevalvestrokesize.十.拍门调试实验:当拍门安装完毕以后，请按照下列步骤进行启闭运行实验。A、清理完拍门现场周围安装设备，保证拍门出口无障碍物。B、检查门铰及法兰连接螺栓是否紧固。C、拆除拍门拉手锁止铁丝。D、用手或者其他外力侧向拉动门瓣，打开到85°时，解除拉力后，门瓣应自动闭合，不自动闭合的视为初检不合格。E、初检合格后，再启动水泵带负载试运行2小时（试验介质为常温清水）。F、带负载试运行2小时后，停泵检查节能型侧开式拍门门铰及螺栓是否有松动脱落现象，确认无异常松动脱落后，方可正式交付使用。十、DebuggingExperiment:Aftershootingthedoorwheninstalled,pleasefollowthestepsbelowtoopenandc
