及利用电话群发短信平台举行家校安好互动与信息交流。3、积极完善校园配套创办，提升校园育人空气。多渠道筹集资金135万元，完成新教学楼教室、教师宿舍、厨房等配套建设及校园绿化美化工作，优化教导资源配置，提高专用室使用率；组织开展班级文化创办评比活动，提升班级、学校文化建设空气，完成新教学楼班级及专用配套室的文化与设施创办，提升服务育人空气。4、结合“植树节”“清明节”“劳动节”等相关节日组织学生举行校园绿化、爱国主义、爱校如家等相关教导活动，在第61个“六一国际儿童节”组织开展学生表彰、少先队员入队、师生文娱等相关活动，努力营造校园文化艺术空气。5、持续落实校本教研常规，提升校本教研质量，促进校本教研工作的有效实施。在专心做好教导教学研究工作的根基上，全面落实“校本教促教学”的战略。以校本教研为载体，以诚明小学博客网平台为载体，开展探究“餐桌式”教研模式的实效性及开展每周三教研活动，进一步推进课程创办步伐，本学期开展教研活动计14次，发表教研博文及教导故事48篇，并有相应评论。6、持续探索校本教研之路，催进创办学习型学校。我校属于基层小规模学校，各方面都很薄弱，但师生的成长需求一致。学校本学期进一步创设条件，通过相关活动及培训工作，促进教师学习各种教导书籍、刊物，转变观念，变更教导方式，提升教师专业素质，在《小学生良好习惯养成教导策略的探索》主题下开展各项活动，构筑主题活动方式，形成立足本校、基于本校、服务于本校的校本教研制度方略，有力促进校本教研联动方案的实施，着力提升校本教研质量。7、结合薄弱校和危房改造创办，按照“整体规划、合理布局、积极推进、稳妥实施”的思路和“办学标准、模范程度、资源优化、效益提高”的目标，结合我校及潘山村的实际情况，有效促进诚明小学新教学楼的建筑创办及配套工作。根本落实危房改造方案及新教学楼图纸设计方案。8、按相关要求落实普及九年义务教导措施。切实保证入学率、巩生率、普及率达成相关标准。做好学籍及普教资料的管理工作，把关转学、休学、借读的审批工作，学生学籍等各种资料举行有序整档，模范学校内部的自身管理。9、加强教学管理，努力提高办学质量。专心贯彻实施《小学管理规程》，加强教学管理力度，模范教师教学行为，定期、
