酒店星级标准Hotelrating酒店星级标准Hotelrating酒店星级标准HotelratingV:1.0精细整理,仅供参考酒店星级标准Hotelrating日期:20xx年X月Hotelrating"five-starsuperior"ratingatHotelVierJahreszeitenKempinski,Munich,GermanyHotelratingsareoftenusedtoclassifyhotelsaccordingtotheirquality.Thedevelopmentoftheconceptofhotelratinganditsassociateddefinitionsdisplaystrongparallels.Fromtheinitialpurposeofinformingtravellersonbasicfacilitiesthatcanbeexpected,theobjectivesofhotelratinghasexpandedintoafocusonthehotelexperienceasawhole.[1]Todaytheterms'grading','rating',and'classification'areusedtogenerallyrefertothesameconcept,thatistocategorizehotels.Thereareawidevarietyofratingschemesusedbydifferentorganizationsaroundtheworld.Manyhaveasysteminvolvingstars,withagreaternumberofstarsindicatinggreaterluxury.ForbesTravelGuide,formerlyMobilTravelGuide,launcheditsstarratingsystemin1958.TheAAAandtheiraffiliatedbodiesusediamondsinsteadofstarstoexpresshotelandrestaurantratingslevels.Foodservices,entertainment,view,roomvariationssuchassizeandadditionalamenities,spasandfitnesscenters,easeofaccessandlocationmaybeconsideredinestablishingastandard.Hotelsareindependentlyassessedintraditionalsystemsandrestheavilyonthefacilitiesprovided.Someconsiderthisdisadvantageoustosmallerhotelswhosequalityofaccommodationcouldfallintooneclassbutthelackofanitemsuchasanelevatorwouldpreventitfromreachingahighercategorization.[2]Inrecentyearshotelratingsystemshavealsobeencriticisedbysomewhoarguethattheratingcriteriaforsuchsystemsareoverlycomplexanddifficultforlaypersonstounderstand.Ithasbeensuggestedthatthelackofaunifiedglobalsystemforratinghotelsmayalsounderminetheusabilityofsuchschemes.Contents1StandardsofhotelclassificationHotelclassificationsinBritainEuropeanHotelstarsUnion2Worldhotelrating3SevenStars4Seealso5References6ExternallinksStandardsofhotelclassification[edit]Themorecommonclassificationsystemsinclude"star"rating,lettergrading,from"A"to"F",diamondorsimplya"satisfactory"or"unsatisfactory"footnotetoaccommodationsuchashostelsandmotels.SystemsusingtermssuchasDeluxe/Luxury,FirstClass/Superior,TouristClass/Standard,andBudgetClass/Economyaremorewidelyacceptedashoteltypes,ratherthanhotelstandard.Somecountrieshaveratingbyasinglepublicstandard—Belgium,Denmark,Greece,Italy,Malta,Netherlands,Portugal,SpainandHungaryhavelawsdefiningthehotelrating.InGermany,AustriaandSwitzerland,theratingisdefinedbytherespectivehotelindustryassociationusingafive-starsystem—theGermanclassificationsareTourist(*),Standard(**),Comfort(***),FirstClass(****)andLuxury(*****),withthemark"Superior"toflagextrasbeyondtheminimumdefinedinthestandard,butnotenoughtomovethehoteluptothenexttierranking.TheSwisshotelratingwasthefirstnon-governmentformalhotelclassificationbeginningin1979[3]ItdidinfluencethehotelclassificationinAustriaandGermany.[3]TheformalhotelclassificationoftheDEHOGA(GermanHotelandRestaurantAssociation)startedonAugust1,1996andprovedverysuccessfulwith80%ofguestscitingthehotelstarsasthemaincriteriainhotelselection.[4]ThisimplementationinfluencedthecreationofacommonEuropeanHotelstarsratingsystemthatstartedin2010(seebelow).InFrance,theratingisdefinedbythepublictouristboardofthedepartmentusingafour-starsystem(plus"L"forLuxus)whichhaschangedtoafive-starsystemfrom2009on.InSouthAfricaandNamibia,theTouristGradingCouncilofSouthAfricahasstrictrulesforahoteltypesgrantingupto5stars.InIndia,theclassificationofhotelsisbasedontwocategoriessuchas“Star”and“Heritage”.HotelsinIndiaareclassifiedbyHotelandRestaurantAssociationClassificationCommittee(HRACC),MinistryofTourism,India.[5]HotelclassificationsinBritain[edit]InGreatBritainhotelsareratedfromone-startofivestars.TheRACpulledoutofaccommodationgradingin2008sotheonlygradingschemesinoperationarethoseoperatedbytheAA(AutomobileAssociation)andthenationaltouristboards:VisitEngland,VisitWales,theScottishTouristBoardandtheNorthernIrelandTouristBoard.Theschemeswereall'harmonised'toensureconsistencybetweentheschemes.ThisappliestoallaccommodationtypesapartfromselfcateringthattheAAstartedofferingin2009.TheAAcriteriaareavailableonitswebsite.[Statedcriterianotfound:verificationneeded][6]Inadditiontotheusualblackstars(rangingfromone(thelowest)tofive(thehighest),theAAawardsredstarstothehighest-rated,whicharedeemed'Inspectors'Choice'.Eachofthenationaltouristboardshavegradingexplanationsontheirwebsites.EuropeanHotelstarsUnion[edit]TheHOTREC(Hotels,Restaurants&CafésinEurope)isanumbrellaorganizationfor39associationsfrom24Europeancountries.AtaconferenceinBergenin2004,thepartnersdraftedahotelclassificationsysteminordertoharmonizetheirnationalstandards.In2007HOTREClaunchedtheEuropeanHospitalityQualityscheme(EHQ)whichhassinceaccreditedtheexistingnationalinspectionbodiesforhotelrating.UnderthepatronageofHOTREC,thehotelassociationsofAustria,CzechRepublic,Germany,Hungary,Netherlands,SwedenandSwitzerlandcreatedtheHotelstarsUnion.[7]On14September2009,theHotelstarsUnionclassificationsystemwasestablishedataconferenceinPrague.ThissystembecameeffectiveinthesecountriesinJanuary2010,withtheexceptionofHungary,Switzerlan
