计划+教案+教学反思人教版八年级英语上册教学计划教师姓名任教科目英语任教年级八任教班级课标要求本学科的课标总体要求:三个目标、四个任务和五个标准,三个目标即以培养学生的语言综合运用能力为总体目标,以培养学生的语言知识,语言技能,情感态度,学习策略和文化意识为具体目标;以促进学生个性发展为根本目标。四个任务即以培养学生的学习兴趣,培养语言综合运用能力,培养创新能力和培养跨文化意识为任务。五个标准即语言知识、语言技能、情感态度、学习策略、文化意识。教材分析八年级上册全书必掌握的单词有:250多个,共10个单元,每个单元共分三步,即:SectionA,SectionB和Selfcheck,其中SectionA中包括:单元的重点词汇,语法结构与功能,任务型听力练习, 结对练习核心对话,各种听力练习,不同任务的结对活动,SectionB中包括:词汇扩展,新旧语言知识综合应用,各类同步阅读,循序渐进的写作练习,创造性活用所学语言的各类课堂活动,Selfcheck中含有自我评价,词汇知识的评价,语言应用能力的评价等。本套教材中的语法结构有一般现在时,现在进行时表示将来时,一般将来时,一般过去时,形容词,副词的比较级,最高级以及情态动词的用法。班级情况本期我担任八年级一班,本班英语教学工作,学生基础有点参差不齐,本班有几个学生根本没有学习目标,两三个完全放弃学习,这成了班级英语成绩的总体提高的拦路虎。另外,有些学生在情感态度、学习策略等方面还存在诸多需要进一步解决的问题。例如:很多学生不明确英语学习的目的;有些学生在学习中缺乏小组合作、举手回答意识;大多数同学没有养成良好的学习习惯,不能做好课前预习课后复习,学习没有计划性和策略性;不善于发现和总结语言规律。教学措施1、认真钻研教材,提高自己驾驭教材的能力。2、准确引导优秀生,抓好中等生,辅导好学困生。3、作业批改到位,发现问题及时反溃或单独辅导。4、认真备课,认真上课,尽量提高课堂的效率。5、要求学生背诵并默写部分对话,培养语感。6、对学困生进行专门辅导,布置单独的作业,让他们在小进步、小转变中体味学习的快乐,树立学习的自信,尽快成长起来。7、加强对学生学习策略的指导,为他们终身学习奠定基础。8、要充分利用现代教育技术,利用计算机和多媒体教学软件,探索新的教学模式,开发英语教学资源,拓宽学生学习渠道,改进学生学习方式,提高教学质量。
