LTMC系列除尘器操作规程OperatingInstructionforLTMCSeriesDustFilter一、安装及调试InstallationandDebugging1Installation为便于运输，设备均按汽车发运条件进展解体发运交货〔其构造只刷防锈漆，面。需方收到设备后，先按设备清单，检查是否缺件，然后检查在运输过程中是否有损坏，对运输过程造成损坏应准时修复。同时对到货设备做好防损防窃等保管工作。For the convenience of transportation, all equipments were disassembled anddeliveredaccordingtothebustransportconditions(thestructureonlypaintinanti-rustpaint,thecustomercouldentrusttheinstallationunittopaintthefinishingcoat).Whenthebuyerreceivedtheequipment,firstly,checkiftherearemissingcomponentsaccordingtotheequipmentlist,then,checkifthereisdamageintheprocessoftransport,repairthedamagedpartsintime.Atthesametime,protecttheequipmentswellagainstdamageandtheft.减速机箱内要注入润滑油，使机件正常动作。Makespecialinspectionforthedrivemechanismanddevice.Lubricatetherotatingorslidepartbeforepreliminaryoperation;Pourthelubricatingoilintothecabinetofreducer,sothemechanicalpartscouldrunnormally.安装设备前应对根底进展校对，合格后才能进入安装工作。安装工作应严格按图确保安装质量。Checkthefoundationbeforeinstalltheequipment, begintoinstallafteritmeetsthestandard.Makeinstallationaccordingtotherequirementsofdrawingstrictly.Generally,installtheequipmentfrombottomtoup,firstly,installandfixthepartsatbottom,suchassupport,ashhopperwell,thenhoistingthemedium boxanduppercase,finally,installtheairmanifold,pipingandelectricsignalsystem.Inordertoguaranteetheinstallationquality,3thebagcageandfilterbagmustbeinstalledafterfinishtheinspectionfortheinstallationqualityofwholemachine,andmustbeguidedon-spotbymentorsfromtheseller.安装压缩空气管路时，管道内要除去污物防止堵塞，安装后要先清洗管路再进展试压，将减压阀调至规定压力。Wheninstallthecompressedairline,cleanoutthedirtinthepipeforavoidingblock;afterfinishtheinstallation,cleanthe pipesfirstly,thenmakepressuretestandadjustthereducingvalvetotheauthorizedpressure.按清灰把握器或把握柜的接线要求安装电源及把握线路，然后进展整机试车。Install the power and control wiring according to requirements of connection ash-cleaningcontrollerorcontrolcabinet,thenmakefinishedmachinetesting.由于技术的不断进步，所以本说明书所注的尺寸如与实物稍有差异，恕不再另行说明。Forgiveusnofurtherinstructionforthedifferencebetweentherealobjectandlistedsizeonthisinstructionbecauseoftheadvancingtechnology.2、设备调试Debugging〔1〕除尘器本体局部：Bodyofdustfilter动零部件是否灵敏，并注以相应的润滑剂。Afterfinishtheinstallation,cleanoutthesundriesinthebaghouse,intakechamberandashhooper,checkifeachtransmissionpartsisflexibleornot,andoilproperlubricant.整形或更换密封填料。Checkifeachfiltercylinderpackedwellornotandtheintakeholetightornot.Thefiltercylindershouldstrainandhanginstraight.Ifitisnottight,truingitorchangesealingfiller.下程序调试试车。Checkiftheconnectionbetweeneachinstrumentandeachelectricexecute componentiscorrectornot.Maketestrunaccordingtothefollowingprocedureafterfinishallinspection.·接通压缩空气，检查压缩空气各管道接头、截止阀、滤气器、调压器、油雾器、电检查各气动元件是否正常工作。Connectthecompressedair,checkiftheinstallationofpneumaticcomponents,suchaseachconduitjoint,cut-offvalve,airfilter,voltageregulator,oilmistfilter,magneticvalveandcylindertightornot,thencloseuptheswitchofelectriccontrolsystem,supplyactuatingsignaltomagneticvalve,checkifeachpneumaticcomponentisinproperworkingorder.·启动主风机，留意观看除尘器空载运行的工作状况。Startupthemainairblower,andobservethestatusofno-loadrunofdustfiltercarefully.·逐室检查脉冲清灰的状况，确定清灰效果良好。Checkthestatusofpulseash-cleaningroombyroomandensurethegoodash-cleaningresult.·在进出风口总管路上测定风量、风速、阻力等数据，以便与设计数据比较。Measureairvolume,airvelocityandresistanceatairinletandoutletofmainpipeline,soastocomparewiththedesigndata.·100mm水柱以后再开动清灰装置，进展脉冲清灰。经过一段时间后，可以将反复试验所得最正确效果的把握参数，固定在微机数据库内，实现正常把握。Whenthedustfilterbeginsloadrunning,afterthedustaccumulatedonthesurfaceoffiltercylinderforaperiod,whenthepressuredifferencebetweeninsideandoutsideofcylinderislargethan100mm,startuptheash-cleaningdeviceforpulseash-cleaning.Afteraperiod,keepthecontrolparameterwith bestresultthroughmanytimesexperimentsinthedatabaseofcomputer,soitcouldbecontrollednormally.〔2〕电控局部Electricalcontrol作，使各部件工作正常后，可依据除尘器的风量、粉尘状况〔浓度、干湿度〕选定清灰程序灰的微机自动把握操作。Afterfinishtheinspectionforconnectinglineandinstrument,andtheyarefoundcorrect,regulatetheupperlimitalarmvalueofwarner,connectthepower,operatethemachinemanually.Aftereachcomponentrunsnormally,selectash-cleaningprocedure(Selectthebest procedure to control according to different technical parameters, theory andexperienceatprimarydebuggingofequipment)accordingtotheairvolumeofdustfilterandstatusofdust(Concentration,dryandwetdegree),somicro-computerautomaticcontrolforcylinderdustcollectingandashcleaningrealized.接通气源开启电控装置接通气源开启电控装置2～3开启清灰装置清灰完毕空载降压启动引风机翻开风门工艺系统停顿后保持除尘器和引风机工作一段时间除尘器正常工作状态渐渐增加引风机负载2～3关闭引风机周期后关闭清灰装置关闭电控装置切断气源period
