PLAN一个重要的公共集会场所应该是邻近地块和城市的“城市之窗”。广场应成为人们庆典的场所,并且是开发的中心焦点。为了与重要的标高变化相协调,广场将从街道向地下层过渡,以便为重大活动和集会提供场所。标高的转变给人一种隔绝了来自沿江路的各种活动和噪音的感觉,但是仍然与城市保持了非常紧密的联系,也非常容易从城市进入广场。Animportantpublicplaceforgatheringwillbethe“civicwindow”totheareafromtheadjacentdistrictsandthecity.
