MechanicalindustrystandardJB/T3695-1994"bridgetypehoistoftheelectroniccalabash"andrefertoF.E.Mstandard"Europeanhoistingmachinerydesignspecification"andrelevantstandardsofourgroupZPMC.Thestructuralpatternofmachineryhouseservicecraneisdoublebeamselectrichoistoverheadtravellingcrane.Itismainlycomposedofgantrycarriage,trolleycarriageandgantrytravel,trolleytravel,andhoistingmechanism,etc..(gantry,tracksupportandlightinginmachineryhouseshouldbedbycustomer,andlightingshouldensuretheilluminateduringoperatingandmaintenance).Thematerialandlubricantsofthepartsshouldbeusedwhichisharmlesstohumanbody.Gantryisthemainpartofthemaintenancecrane.Thefeatureofeachsectionmeasuresuptheconditionofstress.Thesectionprovides1‰camberwhendesigningandmanufacturing,inordertosatisfytherequirementoftransformingcausedbyvarioussortsofratedloadliftingcapacity.SteelcomponentsareweldedbyshieldedCO2arcwelding.AndalltheimportantweldinglinesbyUT(UltrasonicTesting),MT(MagneticParticleTesting).Intheprocessofmanufacture,thearchandsidewisebendingonthegantrybylaser.Andwealsouselaserformakingoffthewheelspanofgantryandtrolleytoensuretheaccuracy.Itsadvantagesissomany,includingrationalstructure,estheticappearance,steadyoperation,beingsafeandreliable.Applicableworkingenvironment:CompletemachineworkingrankisA2,hoistingmechanismworkingrankisM3,gantrytravelmechanismworkingrankisM2,trolleytravelmechanismworkingrankisM2.loadstatesofthemareL2(seemechanismstandardloads).Andiftheworking-levelbeyondtherequirements,thatshouldbestateddetailedlytotherinadvance.MechanismstandardWorkingambienttemperature:-25-+50TherelativehumidityisnotmorethanConditionaboveissuitablefornormal,doesnotapplyinpotentiallyexplosiveenvironmentsorcorrosivegasmedia,andprohibitfortransportingthetoxic,flammable,explosiveorotherdangerousgoods.IntroductionofmachineMachineryhouseservicecraneismadeupofgantry,hoistingtrolley,andcabletracksupportandpowersupplysystem.(SeeFig.1)Structuralpatternsofpowersupplysystemofgantryispowerrailconductorsystem;hoistmotorisdualwindingmotor;gantryandtrolleytravelmotorisvariablefrequencymotor.Thetechnicalparametershallrefertomainparametersheetonteraldrawingandgeneraldrawingsoftheattachedfileofmachineryhouseservicecrane.Fig.1machineryhouseservice1. 8.Drivingwheelassemblyrelieson“trinity”deceleratorthatdrivesdrivingwheelunitanddrivenwheelunittomakegantryandtrolleyoperatethroughkeyaxle,itisthroughbuttoncontrollertocutpowertooperate.Thebrakeisinsidethetravelmotor,normallyclosedandpowerlost.Whenpoweriscut,itisbrakestateandwhenpowerisnormal,itisoffstate.Brakeintervaloffrictiondischasalreadyadjustedwellwhenleavingthefactory.The“trinity“deceleratoristhatthemotorconnectswithdeceleratorthroughshaftcoupling.Thedeceleratorandwheelkeyaxleisinsertedmode,Lubricatingoiladditionalmustbeinjectedintodeceleratorbeforeoperating,1.8litersfordeceleratorofgantry,1.5litersfordeceleratoroftrolley,usingL-CKC150inwinterandMobilgearSHC220insummer.FullyinjectthecalciumbaselubricatinggreaseNo.3whileinstallingdrivingwheelunitanddrivenwheelunit,andmaketheoilnozzleisfull.Wheelstepsurfacekeepsinfulltouchwithtrack,itsleveldegreedoesnotexceed1mm,andstraightlinedegreewiththesidewheeldoesnotexceed2mm.HoistingThehoistingmechanismisdualrollers,timesrateofpulleyis4/2.Dualrollersiscomposedofleftturnedrollerandrightturnedroller,otherpartsofrollerandontherolleraremadeinpairs,fixedsymmetrically.Leftorright-drumisfixedonthetrolleycarriagethroughM24×38(8.8grade)boltsandbiauricularwashers,anditstwistingtorqueis510Nm.Theworkingprincipleofhoistingmechanism:hoistingmotorisinstalledatswitchingplate,whichconnectswithrollersupportthroughtransitionplate,anothersideisinstalledontherollersupportthroughthebearingonthebuilt-instubaxleofroller,theaxleofmotorjoinsonthebuilt-inplanetarydeceleratoroftherolleranddrivestherollerthroughtheplumblossomtypeshaftcoupling,makethewireropewoundontworollersdrivehookstoriseanddrop.(SeeFig.Fig.11left-returned(Right-turnedrollerplacedsymmetricallyaccordingtothis1.Endcapofbearing2.Shieldbearing3.bearing4.pressingplateofsteel5.sealingring6.wirerope7.left-turnedroller8.left-turnedrollersupport9.planetarydecelerator10.transitionalplate11.changeoverplate ingthepullingforceofspring,incertainamplitude(seeFig.15,Fig.16,Fig.17)actingthecyclesimilartotheSINfunctiontoswing.Asrisingrollerexceedingnormalspeedrotates,thepullingforceofspringutilizesfrequencyconvertertodebuginadvance,whichhashighsensitivities,andthetightnessofspringhasbeencalibrated,doesnotallowadjustingatwill.Asfrequencyonlyexceeds5-10Hz,therotationalspeed“n”israisedby5%(seeFig.18,Fig.19,Fig.20),ASillustratedinfig.16,17,19,20AisthebeginningoftheoperationBisthebeginningoffaultTechnicalTeamDetentinstantlyinsertsamongtheteethspacesofratchettomakerollerstoprotating,playingpoleinstalledlimitswitchatfixingplatetouchendtosqueezeintoandcutoffpoweratthemeanwhile,preventingtherollerfromrotatingandmakethehookstopdropimmediaythroughthedoubleprotectionofmovementofmachineryandelectric.HoistingThehoistinglimitiscontrolledbytravellinglimitChart21limitcam1. 7.limit4journeyswitchesaresetrespectivelyinrollersupport,i.e.B11,B12,B13,B15andB21,B22,B23,B25.Frogisfixedonropeguider,whioveswiththetyofthesteelwirefromleftsidetorightside,frogcollideswith2groupsofjourneyswitchestolimittheheightandmakethehookstoprunning;Whenthehookdropstothelowerlimitposition,knocktheB12,B22switchtoopen,middlerelayQ12,Q22losetheelectricity,thehookcannotlowerdowntogetthestoplimitpurpose.Whenthehookrunsuptothemachinehousegroundorlowersdowntothegroundposition,knocktheB12,B22orB15,B25toopen,connectorQ23,Q13losetheelectricity,thehookcannotrunsquciklytodeceleratethespeed;Whenthehookrunsuptotheuplimitposition,knocktheB11,B12toopen,liftingconnectorQ11,Q21losetheelectricity,thehookcannotrunsupwardstostopattheuplimit;Theadjustmentof2groupsofjourneyswitches:2groupjourneyswitchesarefixedon4stencilplateswithrectangularhole,onethatisthroughjourneyswitchmovementtogettheresultoffinelyadjustmentbysettingfromsidetoside.(seeFig.22)Fig.22journeylimitTheheavyhammerlimitswitchissetonthehighestlimitlocation,itisinstalledandfixedontheheightlimiterofthetrolleycarriage,whenupperlimitswitchdoesnotwork,pulleyblockwillcarryheavyhammeroflimitswitch,turnontheheavyhammerlimitswitchtocutpower,thehookstopsrising.ModeofpowerThemodeofpowersupplyisdividedintopowerailenclosedconductorsystemandcabletowing.PowerailenclosedconductorWithfixedclipandhangerinsertinginslipperyline(fourmetersperpc)fromverybeginning200mm,installtheslipperylineaccordingto1200mmdistancefromverybeginning200mm,thenputcurrentcollectorintoslipperyline,fixhangerandfixedcliptheanglesteeloftracksupport,jointtwoslipperylineswithconnectingclip,installthepowerboxinclosetocontrolbox,anotherinstallsendcap.Weldtheelectricapparatusaccordingtothecurrentcollectorandthetractorwiththeparallelposition,afteradjustingthepositionoffixedclipandhangertomaintainparallelbetweenslipperyandservicecrane,slipperylineoflinedegreeisnotgreaterthan1.5mm/m,makesurestraightlinedegreeofallthelinemaintainingparallelwithslipperylineinitselfandmechanismhousenotgreaterthan15mmafterfinishingtheinstallation.(seeFig.5)cableWithhangerinsertingModelCtrack(6metersperpc)accordingtothedistancedesignatedinthedrawingfromverybeginning200mm,installingitontheModelCtrackseparay,andthenputthemintheModelCtrackaccordingtothetyofcabletrolleyandonefixedtrolleydesignatedinthedrawing,jointwoModelCtrackswiththeconnector,mountinocapendsontwoendsseparay.Cabletrolleyisfixedinclosetocontrolbox,fixModelCtrackontheanglesteeloftracksupportthroughhanger,andtheninstallthecableandwireropeoneverycabletrolleyandfixedtrolleyintheequallengthrespectivelyaccordingtothedemandoftheproject,andfinallyfixthefixedtrolleyattheoneendofModelCtrack,withguyrodunitassemblyandcableguideholefixingonthecranebridgetoconnectthecabletrolleyonanotherside.(seeFig.6)SupplyControllingsystemofservicecraneiscomposedofhoistingmechanismcontrolsystem,trolleymovingcontrolsystem,gantrymovingcontrolsystem.Thecomponentsofhoistingmechanismcontrolsystemandtrolleymovingcontrolsystemaredistributedinabigcontrolbox,andthecomponentsofgantrymovingcontrolsystemisdistributedinasmallcontrolbox,theoperationofservicecraneisrealizedbythebuttoncontroller.Buttonstationandcontrolboxarerespectivelyequippedwithemergencystopbutton,andpresstheemergencystopbuttontocutoffthepowerunderemergency.ModeofHoistingsystemofservicecraneisdualwindingmotorcontrolsystem;Movingsystemofgantryandtrolleyisvariablefrequencycontrol.ThemakeupofhoistingcontrolThedualwindingmotoriscomposedoftheaircircuitbreaker,maincontactor,positiveandnegativecontactor,fastandslowcontactor,relay,journeylimitswitch,etc..TheelectricprincipleisasfollowsFig.7-3A.7-3AControldiagramofdualwindingconicalrotorhoistingThemakeupofmovingcontrolThemovingcontrolsystemofsinglespeedmotoriscomposedofaircircuitbreaker,positiveandnegativecontractor,relay,journeylimitswitch,etc..TheelectricprincipleisasfollowsFig.7-4A. 7-4AControldiagramofsinglespeedClassificationofrelayThepatternofthehoisting,downwardrelayswitchandup-downstopswitchisrockerarmtypejourneylimitswitch.Thepatternofjourneyswitchofgantryandtrolley:crosstypejourneylimitphaselackandphasedislocationThephaselackandphasedislocationprotectionofsupplyingpowerisfinishedbyphase-sequencerelay,asphase-sequencethatspowerisunderphaselackandphasedislocation,whichwillnotwork.Theweightofhoistingsystemiscontrolledbyover-load,realizinglightload,highspeedandstophoistingwhenoverloading.Theover-loadismadeupofthecontrollerandweighttransducer,andthecontrollerisinstalledinthebigcontrolbox,andtheweighttransducerisinstalledontheaxleofthefixedpulleyinthemiddleoftworollers.Theover-travelprotectionofhoistingmechanismiscomposedofupper,downwardrelayswitch,upperstopswitch,lowerrelayswitch,laylastswitch,heavyhammerlimitswitch(tworollershavetheirownupper,downwardrelayswitch,upperstopswitchandlowerstopswitchseparay),whichguaranteethehookcanrunintheestablishedrage.Thetravelprotectionofgantryandtrolleyiscrosstypeswtichwhichensurethegantryandtrolleycanrunintheestablishedrange.Over-speedprotectioniscomposedoftheratchetwheelanddetentofmachineryandover-speedlimitswitchinelectricalrespects.Ratchetwheel,detentmovementmakerollerseizedwhenthedropspeedexceeds1.4timesoftheratedspeed,atthesametimeover-speedlimitswitchstoploweringandthemotorisblackout,butcanrisewhilebeingrangingatthismoment.Theover-speedlimitswitchisself-lockingjourneylimitswitchandmustberestoredbyhand.ButtonButtoncontrolleriscomposedofemergencyswitch,powerswitch,fastandslowtransitionswitch,upswitch,downswitch,seasideswitchoftrolley,landsideswitchoftrolley,forwardswitchofgantry,backwardswitchofgantry,whichrealizetheoperationofservicecrane.(SeeFig23)Fig.23buttonOperatingTheoperatorcanworkholdthecardafterpassingtheexaminationtrainingandexamining,whoalsofullygraspstheoperationalprocedure.Pleasereadtheoperationinstructionscarefullyandforbidthe withoutlicensetooperateandservicecrane.Inviewoftheuseofthespecialnatureofthemachineroom,someplacescannotsatisfythesafetyrequirementsspecification,sooperationandmaintenancemustbesupervisedbyprofessional.Beforeoperating,theoperatormustlookoverifthecomponentsofgantryandtrolleyoftheservicecraneisperfect,fuel-injectionoflubricatingpartsisabundant,theparameterofcontrolpowerisinconformitywiththemachineparameter,pleasebefamiliarwitheverybuttonoffunctionsatbuttoncontroller,pressbuttontocheckifthehookrunsupanddownwell,therunningdirectionofgantryandtrolleyisright,emergencystopbuttonisundergoodcondition;whencommissioningwithoutload,checkthehoistingmechanism,gantryandtrolleydonothaveabnormalsound,allswitchedareallergicandthescopethatthehookcanreachsetswarmingmarks.Duringoperating,forbiddentostandunderhook,forbiddentocarryanyhumanbeing,noliftingwhiletheliftingobjectsareswingingandforbiddenanyobliquelift,neverliftanythingconnectedtothegroundandneverpullotherobjectsbywireofbuttonstation,donotpressthebuttontoofrequency,andthecamlimitswitchisaprotectivedevice,itshallnotbeusedrepeatedly;cautionwhentheliftingloadandhoistingspeedaredifferent!Whenthespeedishigh,theliftingloadissmallandoverloadisnotallowed;normalworkingnoiseofcompletemachineisbelow80db;duringoperating,iftroubleshappen,cutoffthegeneralpowerandaskprofessional neltomaintain.Afteroperating,forbiddentohangtheobjectsuspendedintheair,trolleyshouldbeparkedinthemiddleofthebridgeandthehookshouldbeparkedatupperlimitposition. nelmayleavebeforethreestepsinsequence,presstheemergencybutton,thenputitintotheboxandlocked(ifequipped,thatshouldbeopenedbyauthorized ),cutoffteralpower.Theservicecraneshouldbemaintainedregularlybyprofessional Avoidtheriskofaccidentsbycarefullystudyingtheseinstructionsregularlyandcheckallthetoolsandspareparts.Thinkclearly.Donotrushtheworkandalwayschecktomakecertainthattheworkisbeingdoneproperly.Lubricatingoil:theplanetarydecelerator,gantryand"trinity"deceleratorshallberenewedeverythreemonths;afterworkingfor150hoursforthetime,changelubricatingoil;checktheoillevelregularlyeveryweekandifthereisabnormalnoises,checkoilonceeveryhalfayear,changethelubricatingoilafterworking1500hour(accordingtothe)oreveryyear.Thetemperatureoflubricatingoilcanreach90℃.Otherpartswithbearingshouldbelubricatedeveryweek,andchangethelubricatinggreaseduringtheoverallinspectioneveryyear.(seethepicture24,table2)Fig.24PositionofinjectingList
