8、etimetostart;辅助乙方办理进驻施工现场所需人员证件、批件等相关手续；ToassistPartyBtoentertheconstructionsitepersonnelrequireddocuments,approvaldocumentsandotherrelevantprocedures;为乙方供应现场工程办公室和足够的现场库房；Toprovideon-siteengineeringofficeandsufficientfieldwarehouse;积极辅助乙方施工，协调施工时与各部门的配合，并负责供应工程所需的现场平面图及建筑构造图。ActivelyassistPartyBcon

10、交给甲方；PartyBbeforetheprojectbeginsshallorganizerelevantpersonneltostudyandbefamiliarwithdrawings,involvedinthedesignwork,arrangementofconstructiongeneralscheduleplanandsubmittoPartyA;向甲方或项目监理供应所购各样产品、设施的技术资料，接受进场检验；TothepartyAorprojectsupervisiontoprovidethepurchaseavarietyofproducts,equipment,techni

11、calinformation,acceptentryinspection;恪守甲方或监理方对施工现场的相关规定；Abidebythepartyorthesupervisiononconstructionsiteoftherelevantprovisions;准时达成乙方所肩负的施工任务，保证工程施工质量。TimelycompletionofconstructiontasksundertakenbyPartyB,toensureconstructionquality.施工与工程设计改正Constructionandengineeringdesignchange4.1乙方在施工中要依照国家颁发的施

12、工查收规范和质量检验标准，以及设计要求进行，要求所有工程达到合格标准。OntheconstructionofPartyBaccordingtothecountryissuedconstructionacceptancenormsandqualityinspectionstandards,aswellasthedesignrequirements,allprojectachievethequalifiedstandard.4.2在施工中，要坚持依照设计文件和施工图纸施工，任何一方不得任意改正设计，如出现窝工、返工和资料损失，以及增加劳动力成本等，由于甲方的原因造成的，损失由甲方肩负，由于乙方的原

14、byPartyB.4.3在施工中，若甲方A有改正设计文件的要求，应书面通知乙方；若乙方发现设计文件有错误或严重不合理的地方，也应书面通知甲方，双方约定并改正设计文件和图纸后方可连续施工。Duringtheconstruction,ifthepartyAtochangethedesigndocument,shallgiveawrittennoticetoPartyB;ifPartyBisfoundthedesigndocumentsarewrongorseriousunreasonableplace,shouldalsobewrittennoticetoPartyA,bothsidesagree

15、dandmodifydesigndrawingsanddocumentsbeforeitcancontinuetoconstruction.4.4在施工过程中，如遇以下情况，需顺延工期，双方应及时进行磋商，并经过书面形式确定顺缓限时：Intheprocessofconstruction,incaseofthefollowingcircumstances,beextendedperiod,bothpartiesshalltimelyconsultations,andthroughthewrittenformtodeterminetheextensionofthetimelimit:因天灾或人力不

16、可以抗拒的原因被迫歇工的；Becauseofnaturaldisasterorthemanpowerirresistiblereasonsforcedshutdown;因甲方提出改正计划或改正施工图而不可以连续施工的；BecausepartyAproposedchangestotheplanorchangetheconstructiongraphthereforecannotcontinueconstruction;乙方不可以如期供设施或所供资料或许设施不合规格要求，被迫歇工或不可以顺利施工的；PartyBfailstosupplyequipmentorforthematerialsorequ

17、ipmentofdifferentspecifications,wasforcedtoshutdownornotsmoothconstruction;竣工查收与售后服务Finalacceptanceandafter-salesservice5.1乙方必定严格履行隐蔽工程查收制度，凡隐蔽工程达成后，必定经过查收并作好记录(隐蔽工程指墙内、吊顶内的管线施工等）。PartyBmuststrictlyenforcethehiddenworksystem,wherethehiddenworkhasbeencompleted,mustpassinspectionandmakerecords(hiddenw

18、orksreferstothewall,theceilinginsidethepipelineconstruction,etc.).5.2整体工程竣工后，乙方向甲方提交竣工文档并提交书面查收申请。甲方接到申请后7日内组织相关人员依照合同内容和早先约定的查收条款进行项目查收，并出具双方署名的验收报告。如甲方不可以如期组织查收，须提早通知乙方，并与乙方另行约定查收日期，但甲方必定认同乙方的竣工时间。甲方推迟查收，此间所发生的管理费和各项损失均由甲方负担。假如提交查收申请后一个月仍未能达成查收，则以竣工之日作为系统的保修开始日期。Whenthewholeprojectiscompleted,Part

20、izeacceptance,shallinformPartyBinadvance,andPartyBtobeagreeddateofacceptance,butpartyAmustacknowledgepartyBcompletiontime.partyAdelayedacceptance,duringwhichoccurredinthemanagementfeesandalllossesshallbebornebyPartyA.Ifthesubmissionofacceptanceapplicationonemonthafterfailedtocompleteacceptance,theco

21、mpletiondateasthesystemwarrantystartdate.5.3工程查收合格后进入质保期。质保期为查收合格之日起12个月。在质保期内，乙方应对系统除人为因素外的所有故障负责免费维修或改换。Projectafteracceptanceintothewarrantyperiod.Warrantyperiodfromthedateofacceptanceof12months.Duringthewarrantyperiod,PartyBshallsysteminadditiontohumanfactorsallfaultisresponsibleforfreerepairorr

22、eplacement.5.4在质保期内，乙方做到对甲方求援电话2小时内响应，8小时内到达现场并着手解决问题。质保期结束后，乙方对系统进行有偿保护。有偿保护的花销由双方磋商。Duringthewarrantyperiod,PartyBshalldotohelptelephoneresponsewithin2hours,8hourstoarriveatthesceneandsetaboutsolvingtheproblem.Aftertheendofthewarrantyperiod,PartyBonthesystempaidmaintenance.Paidmaintenancecoststhro

23、ughconsultationbythetwoparties.技术服务和培训Technicalserviceandtraining6.1由乙方按技术培训纲领负责对甲方的相关操作人员和维修人员进履行用级培训。经过培训，使甲方的受训人员能掌握系统设施的配置，能进行正确操作和平常保护及一般常有故障排查。接受培训的人员由甲方确定，日期由甲乙双方共同约定。PartyBaccordingtothetechnicaltrainingprogramforPartyAsoperatorsandrepairpersonneltouseclasstraining.Throughtraining,thetrainee

24、scangraspthepartysystemequipmentconfiguration,cancorrectoperationandroutinemaintenanceandcommontroubleshooting.TrainedpersonnelwereidentifiedbythepartyA,thedatemutuallyagreedbybothparties.6.2在保修期内，乙方供应两次上门巡检服务，包括各系统运行情况的查察、记录，以及必要的设施保护。Duringthewarrantyperiod,PartyBshallprovidetwoon-siteinspectionse

25、rvices,includingthestatusofsystemview,recording,andthenecessaryequipmentmaintenance.6.3乙方为甲方免费供应网络综合布线系统和数据中心的技术咨询服务。PartyBshallprovidefreenetworkcablingsystemanddatacentertechnicaladvisoryservices.违约责任Theliabilityforbreachofcontract7.1乙方供应货物的质量或规格不符合合同约定，行业规格或政府的法律法例的要求的，甲方可以依照货物的性质以及损失大小，要求乙方肩负维修，

26、改换，退货，减少价款等责任。PartyBshallprovidethequalityorspecificationsofthegoodsdoesnotconformtothecontractspecifications,industryorgovernmentregulatoryrequirements,PartyAmayaccordingtothenatureofthegoodsandthelossofsize,Bshouldbeartherepair,replacement,return,reducecost.7.2乙方除因受中华人民共和国合同法规定的不可以抗力因素影响外，假如未能按计划施

27、工，则乙方在竣工之日前，每天应按甲方所支付合同款的1（大写：千分之一）赔偿甲方损失。PartyBexceptduetoP.R.CContractLawprovisionsofforcemajeurefactors,iftheconstructionnotonschedule,thenPartyBinthecompletiondate,dailyshouldbepaidbyPartyAcontractto1(inwords:1/1000)compensationforthelossofPartyA.7.3在履行合同过程中，假如乙方提早获知有不可以准时交货或供应服务的情况，应及时以书面形式将不可以

28、准时交货的原因、预期延缓时间通知甲方。甲方收到乙方通知后，认为其理由正当的，可酌情延伸交货时间。Duringperformanceofthecontract,ifPartyBknowaheadoftimehasnotdeliveredontimeortoprovideservice,shouldbepromptlyinwritingofthereasonsfornotdeliveredontime,anticipateddelaytimenotifyparty.PartyAreceivednotification,thinkitsreason,couldbeappropriatetoexten

29、dthetimeofdelivery.7.4若由于甲方改正设计需求、未确认资料或设施型号、未确认施工方案而以致设施订货周期推迟，所以致使的延缓交货，乙方不负担当何责任。IfduetoPartyAtochangethedesigndemand,didnotconfirmmaterialmodels,unrecognisedconstructionschemecausedbyequipmentordercyclethuscausingthedelayofdelivery,PartyBdoesnotbearanyresponsibility.orequipmenttimedelay,7.5甲方在合同

30、规定的付款限时内未能及时付款，视为甲方违约。甲方每天按合同款项的千分之一赔偿乙方损失。PartyAinthecontractpaymentperiodfailedtotimelypayment,regardedofcontract.PartyAaccordingtothecontractsum1/1000dailycompensationforanylossofPartyB.asabreach7.6甲乙任意方因第三者的原因造成违约的，应向对方肩负违约责任。Anypartyforthethirdpartyreasonsfordefault,shallbeliabletotheotherparty

31、forbreach.合同的改正ThemodificationofContract合同需在甲乙双方公正磋商，达成一致的条件下进行改正，改正的内容需以文字正本形式经双方授权人署名并盖印后见效。所有改正内容作为附件存在与合同正本拥有相同的法律效力。Anymodificationmustonthebasisoffairnegotiationandbeacceptedbybothsides.Theformalfileofmodifiedcontractshouldbevalidatingaftersignedandstampedbyauthorizedpersonofbothsides.Allchangetothecontentasanattachmentwiththeoriginal
