1、第1章.维护、保养手册注意此部分所讲述的检查事项是针对于电弧焊应用。对于其他应用需分别讨论检查事项，特别是搬运作业时，建议检查频率2倍于焊接作业。定期的维护与检查是机器人正常运转所必需的，同时也确保作业时设备与人员的安全。（1）每日检查。（2）每500小时（每3个月）检查。（3）每2000小时（每1年）检查。（4）每4000小时（每2年）检查。（5）每6000小时（每3年）检查。（6）每8000小时（每4年）检查。（7）每10000小时（每5年）检查。检查间隔根据标准操作小时来设定，实际施行时请按小时或年月较短的一方来进行。在双工作台的系统中，正常情况下应每1.5个月进行一次500小时检查。检

2、查时间为控制柜处于闭合状态下的时间。进行每2000小时检查时，建议用户施行全面检查（包括我们所规定的检查项目在内）。如果您已经与我公司签订了检查合同，我们将按2000小时（每1年）的间隔进行检查。1- 1-1.日常检查闭合电源前需要检查的项目部件项目维修备注接地电缆/其他电缆松动、断开或损害再拧紧。更换机器人本体是否沾有飞溅和灰尘清除飞溅和灰尘请勿用压缩空气清理灰尘或飞溅，否则异物可能进入护盖内部，对本体造成损害。松动再拧紧如果原因不明的话，请联系我们。安全护栏损坏维修作业现场是否整洁闭合电源后需要检杳的项目注意确认无其他人员处于机器人工作范围内后才可闭合电源部件项目维修备注紧急停止开关立即断

3、开伺服电源维修，如有不明情况请与我们联系开关修好前请不要使用机器人原点对中标记执行原点复归后，看各原点对中标记是否重合。如果不重合请与我们联系按下急停开关，断开伺服电源后才允许接近机器人进行检查。机器人本体自动运转、手动操作时看各轴运转是否平滑、稳定（无异常噪音、振动）如果原因不明时请与我们联系修好前请不要使用此机器人。风扇查看风扇的转动情况，是否沾有灰尘。清洁风扇清洁电扇前请断开所有电源。1-2.定期检查间隔项目hr)方法/工具检查和维修3月(500hr1年)(2000hi2年)(400hr3年)(6000h4年)(8000hi5年)(10000o机器人固定螺栓扳手检查是否有松动，必要时再拧
