The passage tells a story about using body language in communication, and is mainly made up of conversations between the chara
2、cters Debbie, Simon and Mr Yang. Debbin and Simon are both students who have part-time jobs at a travel company of which Mr Yang is in charge. Simon wants to find out why customers usually ask Debbie for help instead of him, and Mr Yang tells him the reason lies in his poor body language. In the end
