9、于水利、电力、给排水等各类泵站的水泵出口,替代止回阀和闸阀的功能。工作时,阀门与管道主机配合,按照水力过渡过程原理,通过预设的启闭程序,有效消除管路水锤,实现管路的可靠截止;特殊工况下还可实现无电紧急关阀,起到保护管路系统安全的作用。阀门关闭储备能源为压缩气体势能。本公司可根据现场特殊要求单独进行设计,多方位满足广大用户对该类产品的需要。This series of hydraulic butterfly check valve , installed in the main pump outlet water conservancy, electricity , water supply a

20、e碳素钢Carbon steel产品结构说明Structures本产品主要由阀门本体、传动单元、液压控制单元,电气控制单元等部分组成。The product consists of valve body , drive unit, the hydraulic control unit , electric control unit and other components. 阀门本体Valve body阀门本体由阀体、蝶板、阀轴、滑动轴承、密封组件等主要零件组成。Valve body mainly composed by body, disc, shaft, bearing and seali

23、主要由齿轮齿条传动箱、油缸、行程开关盒等组成,是液压动力开、关阀门的执行机构。传动行程限位采用油缸缸盖限位的方式,油缸行程及限位出厂时均已调好。若设备检修后位置发生变化导致行程不够,需拆下传动箱尾盖,旋转油缸活塞杆头部的六方进行调整。The drive consists of a rack and pinion gearbox , fuel tanks , limit switch boxes and other components, hydraulic power to open and close the valve actuators .Transmission oil cylinde

All the buttons , knobs function as follows:远程/解除/就地功能转换旋钮:旋至 “就地”,此时电控系统切换到本地控制箱控制盘上控制,远程控制信号不起作用;旋至中间位“解除”,此时本地和远程控制信号均不起作用;旋至“远程”,此时控制系统切换到远程操作状态,本地控制盘不起作用。Remote / off

Commissioning perform the following steps :操作准备operation preparation正式调试操作前,应作如下准备工作:Before the formal commissioning operations , should make the following preparations:按安装布置图及 (10.3 安装) 要求,检查阀门安装方向是否正确; P

44、ress and requirements, check valve mounting direction is correct;清理设备上的灰尘及包装、安装残留物,检查阀门及其他电液元件是否有损坏;Clean up dust and packaging device, install residue check whether electro-hydraulic valves and other components are damaged ;核对电气原理图与控制箱实物是否相符,若正确则连接电源线及其他控制线;Check are consistent with the physical co

45、ntrol box , if it is properly connected to the power cord and other control lines ;按液压系统图连接高压油管;Press Connect high-pressure tubing ;油箱加油,第一次加油量应至液位计满刻度。且在完成一个开阀及自动保压动作后,检查液位应在50%刻度以上,不够需进行补充;The fuel tank , the first to gauge the amount of fuel to be full scale. 48、. 自动保压Auto pressure keeping.接通电源,电液系统进入“自动保压”状态,即:当蓄能器压力低压力开关K1设定点(约12MPa)时,电机C启动给蓄能器N充压;直至达高压力开关KP2设定点(约16MPa)后停机。在“自动保压”过程中,按“停止”,可在大于KP1设定点的任意压力位置暂停电机。可以手动慢慢打开常闭截止阀L,检测自动保压功能。初次启动电机时检查电机旋向:从上往下看,顺时针旋转为正;若是反转,切断电源更改相序。初次运行或蓄能器拆卸后首次“自动保压”时,应松开蓄能器上排气螺塞,直至渗油后拧紧。Power on, electro-hydraulic system into

51、the power to change the phase sequence .After initial operation or accumulator disassemble first automatic pressure keeping should release the accumulator vent plug until the oil leakage after tightening . 油路排气Exhaust passage第一次运行“开阀”时,松开主油缸O尾盖上的排气螺塞;短暂按下“开阀”按钮后“停止”,以“点动”方式开阀,直至螺塞处渗油后,拧紧螺塞。同理,第一次运行“

53、 release the exhaust plug on the master cylinder head exhaust O . 开阀Open the valve按下“开阀”按钮油泵电机C启动一次后继续保持“自动保压”状态;电磁阀G1、快开电磁阀G3、电磁滑阀S开阀线圈YV1得电蓄能器内压力油经电磁阀G1、S、液控单向阀T、流量阀E1、电磁阀G2、高压胶管X进入油缸O无杆腔,推动活塞开阀,有杆腔内液压油经高压胶管Y、电磁阀G3、回油箱阀门快速开启;快开阀时间可通过流量控制阀E1开阀端手轮进行调整。当阀门开启到约15度位置,行程开关压合快开电磁阀G3失电,油缸有杆腔继续通过流量控制阀E3回油,

56、nd wheel on valve opening E1.After valve opening to apprx.15 degree, travel switch nip solenoid valve G3 lose power, rod cavitiy of oil cylinder continue flow vale E3 ,valve into slow opening state, adjust the speed by E3. 关阀Close valve按下“关阀”按钮油泵电机C启动一次后继续保持“自动保压”状态;保压电磁阀G1、快关电磁阀G2、电磁滑阀S关阀线圈YV2得电蓄能器

57、内压力油经电磁阀G1、S、液控单向阀T、流量阀E1、电磁阀G3、高压胶管Y进入油缸O有杆腔,推动活塞关阀,无杆腔内液压油经高压胶管X、快关电磁阀G2回油箱阀门快速关闭;快关时间可通过流量控制阀E1关阀端手轮进行调整;Press the close valve button oil pum C started and maintain automatic pressure keeping state ; holding pressure valve G1, fast off solenoid vale G2, solenoid spool valve S close valve coil YV2
