1、交联电缆运行时的热特性参数设计计算一九九六年九月1.概况随着我国电力事业的发展,交联电缆的应用愈加广泛了。初步估计:1995年共生产35kV及发下交联电缆达2.2万km(其中10kV及以下的电缆约占95%)。110kV交联电缆共需求约420km(其中进口的110kV电缆约占2/3)。随着电缆应用数量的增多,各供电部门要求提供电缆运行中的热性能参数更为普遍,很多企业因不知道这些参数而失去市场竞争的机会,出口产品如不提供这些参数,就根本没有投标资格,可见一个管理健全和较为现代化的电缆企业,一定要具备这些参数资料,共包括三个方面的资料:电力电缆连续负荷下的载流量,机械部上海电缆研究所已于1994年出

2、版了载流量技术资料,很多电缆企业已经在产品样本上参照刊出。电力电缆和金属屏蔽的短路电流,短路电流中特别是金属屏蔽层的短路电流由于各电缆企业在工艺选用中尚有一定难度,尽管IEC949-1988早就出版了其计算方法,目前尚未见到有关电缆企业的选用表格,本文总结了国内外工艺结构中的参数选用经验,编制了一套参数,是否适当,还需在实践中不断修正。电缆运行时,保护系统要求提供的技术参数如:电缆的交直流电阻电缆的电容电缆的电感电缆的正、负序阻抗电缆的零序阻抗各电缆企业已经提供了电缆的直流电阻,并作为出厂考核指标,有些企业如山东电缆厂、无锡电缆厂等较大的电缆企业已在样本上刊登了电感、电容等一些资料,但还是不够

3、完整的。电网系统的综合分析2.1电网系统的分类电网系统的种类较多,若归纳起来,可以分为直接接地,小电阻接地,消弧线圈接地和不接地系统等种类,其中小电阻接地和消弧线圈接地又通称非有效接地系统,分别介绍如下:直接接地系统,110kV及以上高压和超高压电网采用直接接地系统,电网容量大,可靠程度高,一相故障接地,保护系统可在零点几秒内跳阐,系统过电压大大降低,由于采用双回路供电,工程造价成倍上升,110kV及以上电网,均采用直接接地系统,我国也不例外。小电阻接地系统,用于35kV及以下电网,电网容量不算太大,采用小电阻限止接地故障电流,保护系统可在数秒或数十秒钟内(最大不超过一分钟)跳阐,系统过电压不

4、高,由于采用双回路供电,一回故障接地跳阐时,另一回可继续供电,但工程造价成倍上升,发达国家均采用小电阻接地系统,以保证供电的可靠性。c)消弧线圈接地系统,即采用一电抗线圈限止接地故障电流,为前苏联和东欧国家大量采用,日本在6070年代也曾大量采用过。我国在5060年代的电网建议均参照苏联模式,至今仍全部采用这种系统,该系统的特点是一相故障接地后,由于接地故障电流被消弧线圈限制到很小,系统仍可继续供电,因能采用单回路供电,工程造价非常便宜,其缺点是系统过电压高,一相故障接地时,其它两相将长期承受线电压(1.73U。),降低了电缆的老化寿命,表2-1为我国某些大城市采用消弧线圈接地系统的一些基本情

5、况。表2-1中的接地故障时间最大不超过2小时,已列入电力部“电气事故处理规程”表中I为接地故障电流,C在消弧线圈接地系统中I10A,可达数十安或数百安培。C表2-1地区项目指标一-上海华东沈阳北京消弧线圈接地系统过电压故障接地时间采用不接地系统规定采用消弧线圈系统规定3-5U02小时IV10ACI10AG4U02小时IV10ACI10AG4U02小时4U02小时d)不接地系统,我国在35kV及以下系统中,如电容电流IV10A,10kV系统IV20A,CC6kV系统IV30A时,采用不接地系统,否则就难以切断电容电流,就必须采用消弧线圈接C地系统,以补偿线路的电容电流。从电网系统的分类可见,我国

6、作为一个发展中国家,只能采用工程造价较便宜的消弧线圈接地系统,由于系统过电压要求电缆绝缘较厚,电网才能安全运行,故应采用6/6kV,8.7/10kV及26/35kV电压等级,尽可、管电缆价格贵些,但在电网系统中占的份额极小,如果供货弄错了,将对电网的安全运行带来很大危害,在我国少数地区如宝钢大型企业,一些工业开发区,也采用双回路系统,还有一些出口产品,一般均采用双回路系统,应提供另一类型号规格即3.6/6kV,6/10kV,12/20kV,18/30kV和21/35kV等电压等级,绝缘厚度较前一种规格薄一些,千万不要在供货时弄错。2.2电网系统的短路在三相电力系统中,会产生三相短路,两相短路,

7、两相对地短路和单相短路等各种情况,其中以单相短路概率最多,约占65%,三相短路概率最少,约5%,两相和两相对地短路分别占10%和20%。在三相不对称电力系统中,任何一节点的电压矢量UA,UB,UC,可以分ABC为分解为正序分量,负序分量和零序分量,即:U=U+U+UAA1A2A0U=U+U+UBB1B2B0UC=UC1+UC2+UC0LaiUbiLci正序电压UA2lB2LC2负序电压LaoLboUco零序电压LboLco图2-1三相不对称短路系统图解因A1,B1,C1绝对值相等,次序为顺时针称正序分量U=Ue-j120A1C1U=Ue-j120B1A1U=Ue-j120C1B1又A2,B2,

8、C2绝对值相等,次序为逆时针,称负序分量U=Uej120A2C2U=Uej120B2A2U=Uej120C2B2而A0,B0,C0绝对值相等且相同,称零序分量U=U=U=UA0B0C00与此相对应的正序、负序、零序电流,和正序、负序、零序阻抗,分别用I/I2,I0和Z,Z,Z表示。120采用以上方法,大大简化了三相系统中不对称短路电压的设计计算,即利用任一点的三相不对称短路电压失量,可以分解为正序、负序和零序三个分量短路电压这一原理。三相系统中短路电流的关系可用下列公式表示:三相短路电流13二mE/Z二Ikk两相短路电流12二mE/Z-Z=込;I(m=1)(m=R,R值请查附表1117,R0值

9、请查附表1825。同时要考虑一些附加很大的电阻,如接触电阻,接地电阻,应请电力保护系统人员注意。8.结束语a)本文对交联电力电缆的短路和热性能参数,参照有关文献资料进行了较为系统的汇编,供各电缆厂在产品国内外销售投标或编制产品样本时参考。b)本文和电力电缆载量技术手册配套后,中低压电缆热性能参数已基本齐全(高太电缆还应增加护层感应电压等参数)。1994年上海电缆研究所已出版了载流量技术手册一书。从计算结果表明三芯电缆阻抗特性好,结构对称,电感值低,采用铜带屏蔽,结构紧凑,电缆穿管时,敷设方便,适合我国消弧线圈接地的电力系统中应用,已出版的电力工程电缆设计规范(GB50217-94)中规定,优选

10、10kV三芯电缆,不是没有道理的。鉴于我国电力的发展,将更多地采用双回路小电阻接地系统,不对称短路电流增大,应采用铜丝作金属屏蔽,产品将以单芯电缆为主,由于单芯电缆的装盘量比三芯电缆高3倍,电缆接头只是三芯电缆的1/3,增加了电缆使用的可靠性,单芯电缆一般均不用钢带铠装,结构尺寸小,由于邻近效应小,载流量高,今后单芯电缆将愈来愈多,单根制造长度也愈来愈长,在欧州等发达国家单芯电缆占90%(三芯电缆占10%),希国家标准GB50217-94在今后的修订时,应加以考虑。该标准对指导电缆生产和消费,将起到决定作用,也是我国国民经济建设中,电力电缆工业发展的方针大计。附表1铜铝导体短路电流(kA)短路
