A 100 L aliquot of mixed amino acids solution orsample supernatant, 175 L of borate buffer solution, 200 L of acetonitrile and 25 L of NBD-F workingsolution are mixed in a 1.5 mL centrifuge tube. The well-mixed solution is allowed

7、 to react at 60C in thewater bath for 7 min, excluding light. NBD-F reacts with amino group and enables amino acids to be detectedwith UV detection.
