2、ent such systems. Theories and models relevant to employee compensation from the sciences of economics, psychology, and sociology will be examined, particularly as they relate to certain personnel/human resource activities and outcomes including labor force attraction (recruitment), retention, occup

3、ational choice, job performance, and job satisfaction. Compensation management practices, including the analysis and evaluation of jobs, criteria and procedures for determining wage levels, individual wage determination, forms of pay, and incentive systems will be covered. 二、课程教学内容及基本要求(一)课程教学内容及知识模

The key points of this course include job evaluation,salary survey and pay structures. In this course, I would use some ca

15、se study and discussion as well as assignments so as to help students to understand and grasp the key content. 三、实验实践环节及基本要求1实验实践教学环节在本课程中的作用及要求The design of experimental teaching is to help students learn the fundamental knowledge of compensation management and combine theory with practice. In this

16、 part, students are required to know the design of compensation structure, the implement of different compensation practices.2实验项目实验一:金碟K/3人力资源管理软件的认知(The introduction of the software)(4学时)目的:对金碟K/3人力资源管理软件的各个模块进行介绍。基本要求:了解金碟K/3人力资源管理软件的各个模块,并能够对各模块进行操作与运用。实验二 :金碟K/3人力资源管理软件薪酬激励体系应用(The application
