8、gure 1.在系统工具/配置下选择传感器配置，然后会出现如图1所示的对话框。Select appropriate sensor configuration according to measurement requirement. Gently wipe in one direction to move dirt off scales do not wipe back and forth to redistribute existing dirt.用无尘布清洁每个光栅尺的表面。不允许任何的杂质和污点残留，轻轻地用无尘布
