6、tomakeeverydepartmentworkinharmonyduringtheseatrialandfinishtheseatrialsuccessfully.Thisplanisbasedoncorrelativedocumentofproductionmanagementdepartment,accordingtoMooringandseatrialtestscheduleandcorrelativetestprocedure.ThisplanisusedasprogrammaticdocumentandbasisduringtheseatrialofL0025.当船舶基本完工,以
7、及所有试航所需的系统的试验和调试完成后,进行正式的海上试航。所有的设备包括锚、舵、救生、消防、污水、压载和航行通信系统等都要满足航行的需要。本次试航的计划要提供给船东和船级社的驻厂办公室。试航的试验项目要按照本大纲执行。船厂QC部门应作好试验记录。试验完成后船厂整理出的试验报告将作为交船资料的完工文件。Whentheshipissubstantiallycompleted,officialseatrialsshouldbecarriedoutwithallsystemstestedandadjustedandreadyforsuchtrials.Alltheequipmentsconditio

9、debyQCDepartmentoftheYard.Aftertrialfinished,thetestsreportstobepreparedbyYardandsubmittedasitemsasthefinisheddocumentofdeliveryofthevessel.二试航项目-总体性能SeaTrailItems-Performanee1测速试验SpeedTrail测速试验是利用四次往返航行测定主机在四个分别为50%75%85%及100%SMCR勺功率下的主机转速、轴功率以及相对应的航速,试验速度用DGPS己录。1.1测试条件天气状况及海况测速试验的天气条件要求风力尽可能不大于蒲氏
10、4级,并考虑船厂的建造进度。要求水深大于8倍船舶平均吃水。船舶状况测速试验在试航压载吃水下进行,允许小尾倾,主机功率分别设为约50%75%85%试验准备测速试验之前,船舶的首吃水/平均吃水/尾吃水,海水比重和水温,气温,风向角要经过船厂和船东代表的测量和记录。测速航程包括助航距离和测量距离,测速航向根据记录风向设定为逆风和顺风。为了得到一个稳定的测量速度,助航距离和测量距离分别不能小于2.0海里1.2测速试验测速试验在试验条件被确认后进行。总共进行四次往返测量,每个主机功率包括一次往返,主机四个功率点见表表1序号主机负荷输出功率(KW)转速(r/min)试航压载吃150%SMCRabt.513
11、0水(首吃水约5.5米,尾吃水约7米)275%SMCRabt.7695385%SMCRabt.87214100%SMCRabt.10260注:如果在主机已经达到100%SMC而螺旋桨未达到110.2RPM以主机功率达到100%SMCR准。在测速过程中,船舶航向偏离不超过2度,操舵舵角不大于土5度。1.3测量在每个往返中,用DGPS测量船舶速度,用轴马力测试工具测量轴马力及其转速。1.4试验结果测速结果要进行修正,根据由TaniguchiandTamura发表的“关于船舶测速结果的风阻修正的一种新方法”修正至没有风和潮流时的航速。压载吃水下测出的速度和轴功率应与船模试验结果比较,以此作为检验设计

14、onoftrimmaybeacceptable,andthemainenginepowersetinfourpointsabout50%,75%,85%and100%ofSMCRrespectively.TestpreparationPriortospeedtrial,thevesselsdraftsatfore/amidships/aft,thespecificgravityandtemperatureofseawater,airtemperature,winddirectiontobemeasuredandrecordedbyYardtogetherwithOwnersSupervisor
15、intestarea.Thecourseofspeedtrialtobewithauxiliarynavigatingandmeasuringdistances,andthecoursedirectionisheadwind/downwindaccordingtherecordedwinddirection.Inordertoachieveasteadyspeedinspeedmeasuring,thevoyagedistaneeofauxiliarynavigatingandmeasuringarenotlessthan2.0nm.SpeedtrialThespeedtrialtobegin

19、ringtotheshipmodelresult,thiswillbethebaseofcertifyingthespeedandBHPofthedesigndraftcondition.Thetransformmethodshallbeactasfollow:Vfa=VftWba/Vbt)VfaThecalculateddesigndraftservicespeedforthefullscaleshipVft.ThedesigndraftservicesdobtainedfromthemodeltestVbaTheballastspeedobtainedfromtheseatrialVbt.
20、TheballastspeedobtainedfromthemodeltestThecorrectedresultstobesubmittedtoOwnerforsigning.2操纵性试验ManeuveringTest操纵性试验在试航压载吃水下进行(可接受小尾倾)。试验要求在风力不超过蒲氏5级,水深大于4倍船舶平均吃水,记录好风向和风速。紧急倒车试验主机在约85%SMCR下前进时,当航速及航向稳定后,下令停车,倒车时应按照螺旋桨厂家建议操作。由GPS测定从下令停车至计程仪显示速度为0时的滑行距离、滑行时间和航向角偏差值。惯性试验本试验在全速前进(约85%SMCR)和半速前进时进行,当航速及航
21、向稳定后,下令停车。由GPS测定从下令停车至计程仪显示速度为5kn时的滑行距离、滑行时间和航向角偏差值。回转试验1)本试验在全速前进(约85%SMCR)和半速前进时进行,当航速及航向稳定后,利用小舵角操作保持船舶直线航行。2)当船舶航向及航速稳定约3分钟后,开启DGPS发令“左(右)舵35”,直到船舶航向角变化值达到540。该次试验结束。3)利用DGPSfe制回转圈图,回转圈图应包含在试航报告中。4)左右各做一次。Themaneuveringtesttobecarriedoutundertrialballastdraft(smallsterntrimmaybeacceptable).Thete

23、owtherecommendationofpropulsionMaker.Stoppingdistance,stoppingtimeandchangingofcourseanglearetobemeasuredbyDGPSfromthetimeofstopordergiventothevesselstopping(speed0isshownonthelog).StoppingtestThetesttobeperformedatfullaheadspeed(abt.85%SMCR)andhalfspeed,whentheshipspeedandcoursestable,giveanorderto
24、stop.ThestopoperationwillfollowtherecommendationofpropulsionMaker.Stoppingdistance,stoppingtimeandchangingofcourseangletobemeasuredbyDGPSfromM/Estoppingtothevesselspeedfallsto5knots(shownonthelog).TurningcircletestThetesttobeperformedatfullaheadspeed(abt.85%SMCR)andhalfspeed,whentheshipspeedandcours
25、estable,straightcoursetobeholdedbysmallrudderangleoperating.StarttheDGPSrecorderwhenthevesselrunsataconstantspeedabout3minutes,andgiveanordertomovetherudderhardover(35P&Srespectively),afterthevesselhasalreadysailingoveradegreeabout540)onetestisfinished.ThesailingtrackofvesseltoberecordedbyDGPS,andth

38、下工作。TheM/Emustkeeprunningover1htomakesurethatthepipelineandM/EworkwithD.O.totallyafterchangeover.2.3辅机柴油/重油转换试验ChangeovertestofA/ED.O./HeaveOil操纵燃油进/出口手动转换阀,确认功能正常。操作方法参照主机柴油/重油转换试验。在下列情况下,必须转换成柴油:OperatetheF.O.inlet/outletmanualchangeovervalve,andmakesurethefunctionisnormal.Theoperationprocedureref
39、erstothechangeovertestofM/ED.O./HeavyOil.D.O.mustbeusedinthefollowingsituation:长期停车前BeforestoppingM/Eforalongtime.燃油系统停车检修前BeforestoppingM/EtochecktheF.O.system.3耐航试验及燃油消耗量试验EnduraneeandFuelOilConsumptionTest3.1耐航行试验EnduraneeTest耐航试验在正常的主机输出功率下进行,该试验使用重燃油进行4小时。试验中,进行每步60分钟的主机和辅机燃油消耗量记录(燃油流量计读数)。每间隔1
