25、uality standard(CSQS).All measuring instruments must be approbated by a metering division. Before test check the correctness of installation and the correctness wire of the electric equipment. All equipment (motor, starter, cables etc.) to be megger-tested before any tests are carried out and the in

27、 main diesel generatorAutomatic alarm and safety stop device of main diesel generator plant shall be submitted for acceptance before test Insulation resistance testBefore and after run test, to use 500V megger to measure the insulation between main generator and main switchboard. Value of insulation

The difference bet

32、ween active power load which each generator undertakes actually and shared value should be less than 15% of rating proportion of each sets by total load to be met the requirements of the rules and regulations. 各发电机实践承当的无功负荷与总无功负荷按机组定额比例分配值之差也应符合规范要求。此时,总功率因数为0.8滞后。其计算公式如下:机组所负担的有功负荷的偏向值:机组所负担的无功负荷的偏

35、ing and shifting testBetween each two generatorsOne generator shall be set at about 80% of rated load, at the rated voltage, frequency and another generator shall be set at no load, then the load shall be shifted to the unloaded generator step by step. During the load shifting, it shall be ascertain

36、ed above mentioned load shifting is carried out reliably. Between three generatorsEach two generators shall be set at about 60% of one generators rated load, at the rated voltage, frequency. The third generator shall be set at no load, and to be connected to main bus bar after parallel running anyon

37、e of two previous running generator shall shifts the load to another two generators, and then itself shall be decreased to no load. During the load shifting, it shall be ascertained above mentioned load shifting is carried out reliably.实验结果记入表格:A1-07。主配电板 功能检查检查配电系统对地绝缘电阻,绝缘电阻值应不小于1兆欧;实验结果记入表格:A2-01
