2、发动机设计课程设计是在我们学习了一些基础制图知识和汽 车以及发动机的整体知识框架后所给我们的一次很好的锻炼,众所周知现代汽车工业发展 越来越快,而作为汽车心脏的发动机自然也成为了发展的重中之重,发动机的结构和性能 对汽车起着决定性的影响,比如汽车的行使速度、加速性能、爬坡度、牵引力等等都取决 于发动机,因此来说设计发动机是汽车设计的重中之重,而发动机的设计又对我们的想象 能力,制图能力,分析计算能力,查阅各种工具书的能力无疑是一次很好的锻炼,因此,,保证咼质量的去完我们要充分利用这次课程设计的机会,认真对待,做好充分的准备 成,这也为以后学习打下了一个很好的基础。2结构参数计算2.1已知条件平

3、均有效压力:0.81.2 MPa 取Pme=1.0 MPa活塞平均速度:Vmv18m/s,取Vm=16m/s2.2发动机结构形式1.4L汽油发动机设计,参考杨连生版内燃机设计设计为4缸4冲程汽油机,冷却方式米用水冷。2.3发动机主要结构参数S由 SX3.14X D2 =1.4L 取一=1.0 得 D=76mmD则 S=1.0X D=76mm (S 与 D 均取整)参考杨连生版内燃机设计 的取值范围在0.81.2之间,DPe=0.07854 PemVD2/.0785443.172 二74kW T =V 取 =10 ;由 Va =Vs +Vc则气缸工作容积Vsr =0.35L4Va =0.389L

4、 Vc =0.039L n=30Cm =6316 r/minS角速度 3 =二=3.14X4700-30 =661.07rad/s30S曲柄半径 r=38mm23热力学计算压缩始点的压强 Pa =0.80.9 Po ;取Pa =0.09 MPa3.1多变指数的选择压缩过程:取压缩冲程终点(设为B点),从A点(压缩过程始点)到B点的压缩过程看作是多变的压缩过程,压缩多变指数范围为n1=1.281.35 ,取n1=1.30 膨胀过程:取定容增压的终点(设为 C点),从B点到C点看作为定容压缩过程,膨胀多变指数范围为 n2 =1.301.40 取 n2 =1.35由P1V1n=P2V2n可计算得到压

8、力传给 曲轴。连杆小头与活塞一起作往复运动,连杆大头与曲轴一起作旋转运动,连杆杆身作复 杂的平面摆动。连杆主要承受气体压力和往复惯性力所产生的交变载荷。由于受力比较复 杂并且需要实验来指导,因此设计时应综合考虑。6.1连杆主要尺寸的设计6.1.1连杆长度的确定1连杆长度由杆比A来说明,而A二丄,几值越大,连杆越短,则发动机的总高度越小。r参考杨连生版内燃机设计设计,A值范围为-。取A =0.3,3.23.8I =42mm 子 0.3=140mm6.1.2连杆小头尺寸的确定连杆小头位于活塞内腔,尺寸小、轴承比压高、温度较高。本次设计汽油机的连杆材料选取为45钢,密度P =7.85g/cm3.连杆

9、小头的内径,参考杨连生版内燃机设计设计,虫=0.25-0.3,Dd1 =0.3D =22mm,连杆小头的外径,参考杨连生版内燃机设计设计,=1.2-1.35, dD1 =1.25d =32mm,连杆小头的宽度,参考杨连生版内燃机设计设计,L-1.4B1 =1.2d1 =26mm,衬套外径,参考杨连生版内燃机设计设计,pl9=1.05-1.15,d取 d =1. = 24mm 6.1.3连杆大头尺寸的确定连杆大头的结构与尺寸基本上决定了曲柄销直径D2、长度B2、连杆轴瓦厚度等等,对曲轴的强度、刚度和承压能力有很大的 影响。大头的外形尺寸又决定了凸轮轴位置和曲 轴箱形状,大头的重量产生的离心力会使

10、连杆轴承、主轴承负荷增大,磨损加剧,有时还 不得不为此而增加平衡重,给曲轴设计带来困难,因此在设计连杆大头时,应在保证强度和刚度的条件下,尺寸尽量小,重量尽量轻。连杆大头内径,参考杨连生版内燃机设计设计Do=0.55 0.65,取DD2 =0.58D =46mm连杆大头外径,参考杨连生版内燃机设计设计,D2/= 0.60 0.68,取 D 2 D=0.62D=50mmC/ D 2 =1.2 1.25,连杆螺栓孔间距离,参考杨连生版内燃机设计设计,C=1.2D 2 =62mm高度H3,参考杨连生版内燃机设计设计,H3 / D 2 =0.35 0.4,取H3=0.38D 2=20mm高度H4,参考

11、杨连生版内燃机设计设计,H4/ D 2 =0.38 0.44,H4=0.4D 2=21mm6.2连杆强度的计算6.2.1连杆小头强度的计算衬套过盈配合的预紧力及温升产生的应力 +筑P =d1 (D12+d21 (d2+d12)式中d2 小头外径,为32mmdi 小头内径,为22mma衬套材料的线膨胀系数,对于青铜,可取a=i.8xi0r c0 ; a连杆小头材料的线膨胀系数,对于钢可取a=1.0天10- ( 1/c0 );卩,d 泊桑比,一般可取 卩=1 =0.3 ;E连杆小头材料的弹性模数对于刚,E=2.2x 105 N/mme衬套材料的弹性模数,对于青铜,E=1.15x105N/mm计算得
