Redirect recyclable recovered resources back to the manufacturing process. Redirect reusable

36、施工室内空气质量管理 (施工期间)目的:防止由建造/改造工程造成的室内空气质量问题,长期保证施工人员和住户的健康和居住舒适。 要求:制定并实施施工阶段和入住前阶段室内空气质量(IAQ)管理计划:保护现场存贮或安装的吸收性材料不受潮湿环境破坏施工期间保护空气调节器不受环境污染。如果需要施工期间空调,每个回风端都必须使用最低有效值(MERV)为8的过滤媒介。在入住前置换所有的过滤媒介,新的过滤介质的最小效率报告值MERV至少应为13 。施工责任人负责收集材料,定期交给绿色顾问。包括提供18幅照片施工期间3个不同时期的6幅照片说明每幅照片中所使用方法; 参考:施工期间IAQ管理计划第36页,共53页
37、。Construction IAQ Management Plan (During Construction)Intent:Prevent indoor air quality problems resulting from the construction/renovation process to help sustain the comfort and well-being of construction workers and building occupantsRequirements:Develop and implement an IAQ Management Plan for
38、the construction pre-occupancy phases of the building as follows:Protect stored on-site or installed absorptive materials from moisture damage.Protect the air handlers from the pollution during the construction. If permanently installed air handlers are used during construction, filtration media wit
39、h a Minimum Efficiency Reporting Value (MERV) of 8 shall be used at each return air grille. Replace all filtration media immediately with new MERV 13 one prior to occupancy. The construction responsible person should deliver relative materials to green building consultants according to the schedule,
40、 including 18 pictures :6 pictures for each phase (3 phase in all) and illustrating the method used in each picture. Reference:Construction IAQ Management Plan第37页,共53页。施工室内空气质量管理(施工期间)推荐策略风管安装完毕及时包扎,防止受施工作业污染挥发性材料,比如油漆、涂料、溶剂等产品进场,应单独保存,与其它产品分开。可吸附性材料(比如过滤器,多孔介质)进场,注意覆盖保存,不要被施工扬尘污染。特别注意不能与挥发性材料一起保存。

47、sRequirements: Develop and implement an IAQ Management Plan for the construction pre-occupancy phases of the building as follows:FLUSH-OUT(Recommended)After construction ends, prior to occupancy and with all interior finishes installed, perform a 100% building flush out by supporting a total air vol
48、ume of 4267m3 of outdoor air per m2 while maintaining an internal temperature of at least 15 and relative humidity on higher than 60%. If occupancy is desired prior to completion of the flush-out, the space may be occupied following delivery of a minimum of 1067m3 of outdoor air per m2 and the venti
49、lation condition should be maintained after occupancy. Or AIR QUALITY TESTINGAfter construction ends and prior to occupancy, using testing protocols consistent with the United States Environmental Protection Agency Compendium of Methods for the Determination of Air Pollutants in Indoor air.
