3、过程引见 一、RRC衔接过程当RNC接纳到UE的RRC CONNECTION REQUEST音讯,由其无线资源管理模块RRM根据特定的算法确定是接受还是回绝该RRC衔接建立恳求,假设接受,那么再判决是建立在公用信道还是公共信道。主要参数:Initial UE Identity:初始的UE标识,如IMSI,TMSI等参数,用来让网络识别发送该建立恳求音讯的UE;Establishment cause:建立缘由,有多种类型,PS业务为registration。Protocol Error Indicator:协议错误标识,用来标明能否有协议错误发生。丈量IE:给出在Uu接口上的丈量结果;Initi
