2、学习效果提升战略。每个学生的学习效果都是可以提升的。一项学习效果提升战略能够对一个学生有效，而对另一个学生无效，由于学生的学习风格、学习条件不同。根本背景学习效果概念起于1970年代世界上学习效果第一部专著出版于2000年世界上学习效果第一篇博士论文完成于2003年我国台湾地域从2005年开场全面推行学习效果研讨我国大陆地域从2007年开场出现学习效果研讨，2021年第一个研讨工程获教育部同意，由报社北京研讨院承当目的战略目的错误的危险目的错误的危险英国文化委员会公布了2007年全球IELTS雅思考试成果排名：倒数第一：沙特阿拉伯倒数第二：中国阐明学习目的的意义1、有利于课程的规范化： 1提供
