13、 “海事劳工符合声明”一词系指规则5.1.3所述之声明；gross tonnage means the gross tonnage calculated in accordance with the tonnage measurement regulations contained in Annex 1 to the International Convention on Tonnage Measurement of Ships, 1969, or any successor Convention; for ships covered by the tonnage measurement in

19、 or bareboat charterer, who has assumed the responsibility for the operation of the ship from the owner and who, on assuming such responsibility, has agreed to take over the duties and responsibilities imposed on shipowners in accordance with this Convention, regardless of whether any other organiza

26、seafarer sign-on against valid identification documents to ascertain if the holder of certificate is him/her。 When the documents not being in conformity with the holder physical attributes， or forged document， master should inform shipowner as soon as possible so as to take appropriate measures by s
