2、织召开学校平安管理工作会议,定期汇报、分析p 、研究平安管理工作。4.负责学校内部人防、技防、物防建立,开展平安隐患排查整改工作,提出整改与防范措施;负责协调相关部门开展校园周边治安综合治理工作。5.负责催促、检查、指导老师开展学生平安教育工作;负责全校师生校内活动和学校组织的大型校外活动的平安监视管理工作。6.负责学校内部治安防范和落实重大节假日平安值班工作;加强与属地派出所的协调,强化校园警务室建立,建立长效工作机制。7.负责处理校园平安事故,协调有关部门开展事故调查工作,及时向上级有关部门报告事故处置情况。8.负责校园巡防队的组建和管理,做好学校内部重要时段和重点部位的巡防工作,维护正常
3、的教育教学秩序。9.负责学校平安管理工作、“平安校园”建立等资料搜集、整理、归档、保存工作。10.完成学校交办的其它工作任务。陈 贵:全面负责平安办公室工作,其职责详见学校平安办公室主任工作职责。孙孝英:协助办公室全面工作,分管综合治理、平安校园创立,学校网络平安,突发公共事件应急处置与报告,分管校车及道路交通平安学校平安保卫、周边环境整治李建强:协助办公室全面工作,分管法治建立、调解含信访,与档案管理台帐,校园设施设备平安,学校水电平安,重大平安隐患督查,疾病防控、平安管理资讯等工作。联络 :军:协助办公室全面工作,消防平安管理,体育与卫生平安,化学药品使用及易燃易爆危险品平安,学生逃生演练
4、,全校平安教培训。联络 :1.巡查时间:2.巡查点安排两大校门内外:、3.巡查工程:学生平安、楼层通道平安、校园设施设备平安、消防平安、用水用电平安、网络平安4.各教室、年级组含分部、专用教室、科室、食堂含锅炉房、宿舍、配电房、体育设施设备、学生接送车队等重要部位的平安巡查由各自第一责任人全权负责安排或巡查。.学校平安管理办公室联络 :09315461036学校平安办公室主任工作职责学校平安办主任在校长吴明礼领导下工作,详细负责学校的平安管理工作,其主要职责如下: 1.制定学校平安年度工作方案、平安预案,完善学校平安工作的各项规章制度。2负责学校师生的平安教育,进步广阔师生的平安意识。3负责学
5、校的常规平安工作,对学校平安进展全方位的监管,对学校存在的平安隐患及时发现、及时报告、及时整改。4领导保卫科工作,负责保卫科工作人员的考核。协调相关部门进展平安常规检查和突击检查。5组织领导学校护校队、义务消防队工作。6指导、催促食堂等重要场所的平安管理,对食品的进货、保存、加工、留样等进展检查处理,对学生宿舍的平安、消防进展管理。7配合处对重大违纪学生的调查、处理及教育。对“后进”学生进展帮助,落实“育人至上,和谐开展”的办学理念。做好预防和减少青少年犯罪工作。8负责落实平安月报制,接待上级部门检查,联络上级对口部门,积极开展工作,确保学校广阔师生生命财产平安及学校正常的教育教学秩序。9做好

8、群殴。三、调动本班学生做好平安保卫工作的积极性,充分发挥少先队的整体作用,配合学校做好本班的平安防范工作。重点催促做好“五防”防火、防班级伤害事故、防打架斗殴、防课间做一些危险动作、防季节性流行病与传染病、 “三关”关门、关窗、关灯工作。四、催促做好季节性流感等其它疾病的预防工作并及时上报。五、经常进展平安巡查、登记、消除平安隐患、搜集有关资料,及时反映情况。六、集体活动时,协助本班老师维护好秩序,防止发生意外事故。七、本班平安员实行课间平安检查制度,平安员要特别注意本班平安盲区的情况,如:厕所、楼梯下面及后院活动场地原那么上是本班卫生区划分的场地,但在其它地方假设发现有学生违纪情况也要及时向
