酒店客房设计说明书

1、-. z.客房是酒店获取经营收入的主要来源，是客人入住后使用时间最长的，也是最具有私密性质的场所，对城市酒店而言尤其如此。我国酒店建筑设计中的客房平面布置，经历了十几年长期的相互模仿、式样单一的阶段，使很多本应该充满活力和创造性的酒店客房被克隆成了十分相似的、通俗的面孔。在这种通俗酒店中，客房免不了是最通俗的局部。 这种现象的最坏效果是在认识上影响了一大批酒店建立投资人和经营者，也影响了很多国的客人。大家长期被这类通俗酒店客房培育出了一种相当结实的视觉习惯，或者说已经形成了一种定势心理：只有这种刀把型的客房才会看得惯；只有这种客房里的黑洞式的卫生间才使得惯；只有自己在这类客房里见过的、熟悉的家

2、具才用得惯。相反，只要有一处不同，有一处未曾相识，有一处有点怪，就无论如何承受不来。而不承受的原因则经常是没见过，未必客人认可等等。总之，就是不放心。至今，但凡国机构投资而未邀请国际酒店集团管理和国外设计师参与的酒店工程，在客房设计上仍存在着很多来自投资者或管理者的习惯思维的阻力。 事实上，客房设计具有完整、丰富、系统和细致的容，这已经是世界上很多优秀酒店几十年经营管理经历的结晶；同时，随着时代与技术的进步，以及人类生活与消费观念的更新，又使客房这个与旅行者个人关系最为密切的privatespace(私人空间)，面临着不断的、新的变革与新的需求；而在设计责任划分上，客房设计也并非只是室设计师的

3、工作，建筑师对客房平面的最初布置是客房设计的第一步。 建筑师在进展建筑平面方案设计时就要考虑到为客房提供尽可能恰当的位置、空间、尺寸和景观方向，尽可能节约的公用面积，尽可能缩短疏散距离和效劳流程的交通布局，尽可能防止旧的卫生间布置，以及尽可能完整而合理地布置好客房里所有电源和开关的位置，等等。室设计师的工作则首先是深化所有使用功能方面的设计，然后是选定客房的风格，明确客房的文化定位和商业目标，并为客房创造特色，选择正确的用品和设品。一个酒店客房的未来命运，很大程度上就取决于最初的建筑设计与室设计是否准确、恰当，是否有经历、有修养、有远见。 酒店和度假村的客房室设计有三个主要容：第一是功能设计，

4、第二是风格设计，第三是人性化设计。 在设计的流程顺序上，功能第一，风格第二，人性化第三；但在设计的整体构思上，三项容则要统一思考、统一安排，不分先后，不可或缺。功能效劳于物质，风格效劳于精神，而人性化研究是对物质与精神融合以后实际效果的检验与深加工。这三项工作的共同目的就是要为酒店赢得品牌和经营上的真正成功。 功能设计有缺陷，风格设计再突出也是短命的；功能设计很全面，但缺少风格上的魅力和特点也不好，因为这会降低客房的品味和价值；而功能和风格都不错的酒店客房，如果没有用人性化的标尺再仔细衡量一下，再补充些更细致更深入的设计，也许就会留下遗憾，就不则完美，不则精致。把握好这三个设计的尺度，充分发挥

5、这三个设计的作用，客房设计的质量就有保证了。功能设计是客房设计的根底工作，包括根本功能设计和细节功能设计。 酒店客房的根本功能是：卧室、办公、通讯、休闲、娱乐、洗浴、化装、卫生间(座便间)、行存放、衣物存放、会客、私晤、早餐、闲饮、平安等。由于酒店的性质不同，客房的根本功能会有增减。为根本功能进展的设计主要表达在客房建筑平面、家具平面、水电应用平面、天花平面的布置中，以及在这些平面设计中已经定位的门窗、家具、洁具、五金和主要电器设施的选择，当然还要有必要的设计说明。 在酒店客房的建筑设计中有多种性质的平面选择经历，这里举几例供读者参考： 1、5星级的城市商务酒店。这种客房的空间要：宽阔而整体；

6、布置要：生动、丰富而紧凑；平面设计尺寸是：长9.8m，宽4.2m(轴线)，净高2.9m，长方形；面积41.16。现代大型城市的高档商务酒店客房一般不要小于36，能增加到42就更好。而卫生间干、湿两区的全部面积不能少于8。 2、城市经济型酒店。这种客房只满足客人的根本生活需要。平面设计是以长6.2m，宽3.2m(轴线)，建筑面积19.84来构成的，这差不多是中等级酒店客房面积的底线了。但尽管这么小，仍然可以做出很好的设计，满足根本的功能要求。但这种客房的卫生间设计最好有所创意，力争做到小而不俗，小中有大，比方利用虚实分割手法，利用镜面反射空间，利用色彩变化，或者采用一些趣味设计，都可以起到不同凡
