3、已经八点多钟了，我们已经看不清道路了。在那段日子里，我和同志几乎从早上七点忙到晚上七点，有的时候还要熬夜工作，有的员工双手被冻的红肿、有的员工为了节约抢修时间，以沙发为床，为棉瓦为被，在这样的条件下过夜。还有的员工早上四点钟来这里上班，晚上摸黑回家。班里有一个员工顾不上孩子的病情，然后上妻子带着孩子到百里以外的医院治疗。还有一个员工，忍受着自身的冰冻，坚守在岗位上。但是冰雪压不垮我们中国电信人钢铁一样的精神。在与冰雪抗争的日夜，是我们中国普通的电信人的坚守，我们获得的成功。无论是98年的洪水，还是20_年的sars，还是20_年的地震，还是20_年的风雪，我们全体员工经受住了一次又一次的惊险的

4、考验，同时我打心眼里体会到我们的工作的重要，更深深感受到我们自身的价值。我们班组是电信企业的窗口，我们深知在重要的时候保持先锋，在平凡的工作当中保持本色。要把客户当亲人，增强效劳意识，让客户真正感到满意。诚信是中华民族的传统美德，也是优质诚信的根本。这是我们全体员工的共识，在长期的效劳工作当中，我们全班员工认真履行工作承诺，自觉做到三统一和五个一的效劳标准。效劳好不好，客户最有发言权，客户是评价效劳的标准。我们外抓效劳质量的监视，以社会的监视力量，促进效劳质量的改善。20_年我们落实预约效劳承诺当中，客户的预约效劳率到达百分之百，收到的客户表扬信12封，锦旗两面。记得一天上午，有一个客户到我们

9、了一批优秀的员工，员工朝春江，技能高超，评为九江市十大青年标兵，班组18名员工，可以百分之百掌握宽带的安装和电脑的应用技能，班里有五人获得大专毕业证书，还有六人提交了入党申请书，80%以上的员工到达会一门，学两门，懂三门。我们班组已经成长为一个重要的文明窗口，效劳学校，创新基地，人才摇篮。在九江电信产生了一个劳模带动一个班组，一个班组影响一个企业，一个企业畅想一座城市的良好的效应。我我的老总请示，要求选派优秀的员工，集中到我们_班。后来发现这个想法是错误的，假如_班都挑选优秀的员工的话，能向外复制吗，我向领导请示，一些后进的员工进入_班吧。我们班组有一个员工叫做魏葵勇，来到班组进步非常快，已经
