12、水管,是近年开发的新型排水管,具有优良的综合性能。静音性能优越,具有高强度、绝缘性好、吸水率低、热变形温度高(可长期承受95的热水排放)、密度小、结晶度高等特点。有着良好的耐溶剂、耐油类、耐弱酸、弱碱等性能。还具有高度抗蠕变和应力松弛能力,优良的耐磨性,自润滑性,无毒、环保可回收,是其它工程塑料不能相比的。PP pipe, the full name nanometer ultra mute flame retardant high temperature resistant polypropylene drain, is in recent years, development of new

14、ith the commonly used PP pipe fittings parameters, be helpful for precast the most concise PP pipe connection section, not only save tube and improve the efficiency of pipe installation.5、管道安装方法 Pipe installation methodPP管采用橡胶密封圈柔性承插连接,安装方便快捷,接口紧密,不使用伸缩节(每一个连接管件即相当于伸缩节,如图2.2管件结构图所示),既降低安装费用,又可避免水流冲击

17、处理管道预插入Pipe ends processingPipeline preliminary insert1)按所需长度用专用割管器切割管材,去除端口毛刺,再使外沿倒角15-45°According to the length with special pipe cutter cutting tube, remove port burr, and then make outside the edge chamfer 15-45 °2)去除管件内密封圈,将直管预插入管件承口底部,在接口处用黑笔一次标记。Removed within pipe sealing ring, wi

20、头将管件打入至直管二次标记红线处。Fittingalignment straight pipe, use wooden hammer will fitting into to the straight pipe secondary mark in the red line.6、施工工艺 construction process 6.1、施工准备 construction preparation进场前的施工准备要做好,施工前准备是施工管理的重要环节,准备工作的完善与疏漏直接关系到工程施工能否顺利展开,为避免施工管理中的盲目性、随意性,确保高速、优质、安全、低耗、圆满地完成施工任务,我公司根据本工
21、程实际情况,周密地根据施工组织设计作好施工前的人员、材料、技术等各项准备工作,做到科学组织,合理安排,计划在先。 Entering the construction site, preparation prior to construction is an important part of the construction management. 24、ipment and tool preparation1、 工具要求妥善保管,工具报废后,不能随意抛弃,搜集归类后,统一处理;Tools require proper care and when the end-of-life of the tool, you can not discard, collect and disposal uniformly ;2、 材料存储地配备不少于2具、不多于5具的手提式干粉灭火装置。The place where the materials are stored, equipped with not less than two and not more t

Detailed approach see node graph2.测量定位 measure positioning根据施工图要求,以厂房定位轴线为基准,尺量地下排水管位置线,以细沙标示碎石开挖位置线According to the requirements of the shop drawings, consider the shop positioning axis as the benchmark, measure line position of the underground dra
28、inage, use the fine sand to mark position line of gravel excavation3.挖碎石diggingthegravel 碎石开挖采用人工开挖,碎石槽开挖宽度应一边比排水管大100mm,用撬撬开压实的碎石,平铲铲出碎石,槽底留一定坡度, Gravel excavation adopts artificial excavation, excavation width of one side of the gravel trench should be 50mm larger than the drainage pipe. Use the p
29、ry to open the compacted gravel and use the flat shovel to shovel gravel, left certain slope at the bottom of trench 4.铺细沙fill in sand 碎石挖好之后,再在槽底铺100mm厚的细沙,压实,以保护管道,为了达到更好的压实效果采用有一定湿度的细沙Gravel digging a well, and then spread on the bottom of the channel 2 cm thick sand, compaction, in order to prot
30、ect the pipeline, in order to achieve better compaction effect with fine sand with a certain humidity5.管道安装pipe installation 管道的安装严格按照管道的安装方法和施工规范执行,管道坡度符合规范,规范标准如下:pipe installation should be carried out according to code for construction and the installation method. 36、水之后,用彩色笔画线标示水位,观察15min,水位无水位降,管道连接处无漏水,表示合格。Use the hose to get water from the temporary water points, use the pipe cap to seal the low end of each hidden pipe, irrigate from the high end. after filling with water, draw the line to mark the water level with colored pen, observe 15min, when no water
37、level drop, no leakage at the pipe connection, which means that is qualified.6.管道验收 pipeline acceptance 管道施工完毕后根据国家规定邀请甲方和监理进行管道施工验收工作。After finishing the pipeline, invite the first party and supervisor to carry out the pipeline acceptance according to the national regulation. 7.填细沙、碎石回填fill fine sa
