14、片管。热水器出水分三部分,第一部分供AQC锅炉锅筒使用,第二部分供SP炉的锅筒。第三部分供闪蒸器。AQC锅炉锅筒设有两套玻璃水位计(一套石英玻璃水位计和一套石英管双色水位计),两套水位平衡容器和一套电极点式液位报警器接口,以便于对锅炉水位的观察与监控,确保锅炉安全。Of tube-panel structure, this boiler is composed of, from top to bottom, over heater panel, two evaporator panels and two water heater panels, with heating surfacing o
15、f spiral extended surface tube structure. Water coming from water heater is divided into three routes, one for steam drum of AQC boiler, the second for steam drum of SP boiler, and the third for flasher. In order to facilitate monitoring water level, AQC boiler steam drum has two sets of glass type
16、water level gauges (one is quartz glass, the other is quartz pipe and two colors), two water level balance tanks and one connector for electric pole type liquid level alarm.AQC余热锅炉为水泥窑余热发电系统中回收水泥窑废气余热的重要设备,其安装于水泥窑熟料冷却机废气出口至收尘器间的管道上,因此其简称“AQC”余热锅炉。该锅炉设计入口废气温度355,废气流经过热器、蒸发器、热水器后,废气温度降至113.8左右,然后再进入熟料
17、冷却机原有的电收尘器并经风机排入大气。AQC waste heat boiler is a key equipment applied mainly for power generation through cement kiln waste heat recovery, which is installed on the cement kiln pipeline between the exhaust gas outlet of the clinker cooler and the dust collector, thus called AQC waste heat boiler. The
18、design temperature at the exhaust gas inlet of the boiler is 355. The exhaust gas temperature will drop down to 113.8 after the gas passes the superheater, evaporator and water heater. The gas then enters the dust collector installed on the clinker cooler where a fan discharges the gas into the atmo

26、5t/h热水(水温180)引入蒸汽段锅筒,然后自锅筒引出,经下降管后流入蒸发器,在这里被加热后的汽水混合物再引回锅筒,而后从锅筒引出饱和蒸汽进入过热器,在过热器中被加热后生成额定压力的过热蒸汽。锅炉的热源来自水泥窑窑头熟料冷却机排出的废气,其废气温度较低(380),粉尘含量一般(20g/Nm3),运行中受热面的磨损较严重。锅炉过热器、蒸发器、热水器换热管采用环向绕翅管,能在较大程度上减轻磨损,延长检修周期。受热面全部采用错列布置形式。1.1.4 结构简介Brief description of the boiler construction1.1.4.1 锅筒内径为1500,材料SA-516
27、Gr.70。主要锅内设备有:一级分离器、二级分离器、给水装置等。进入锅筒的汽水混合物,先经一级分离器进行一次分离,再经二级波形板分离器和匀汽孔板进行二次分离后引出。此外,锅筒上还设置了加药管和排污管等。1.1.4.2 过热器由进口集箱、出口集箱和管束组成。集箱由219.112.7的钢管制成,材料为SA-106 Gr.B;管束由383.5的管子(材料为SA-210 Gr.A-1)加焊环向绕翅片制成。绕翅片规格:螺距6.35mm;高度21mm;厚度1.2mm。1.1.4.3 蒸发器由进口集箱、出口集箱和管束组成。集箱由219.112.7的钢管制成,材料为SA-106 Gr.B;管束由513的管子(
28、材料为SA-210 Gr.A-1)加焊环向绕翅片制成。绕翅片规格:螺距6.35mm;高度24mm;厚度1.2mm。1.1.4.4 热水器由进口集箱、出口集箱和管束组成。集箱由168.310.97的钢管制成,材料为SA-106 Gr.B;管束由383.5的管子(材料为SA-210 Gr.A-1)加焊环向绕翅片制成。绕翅片规格:螺距6.35mm;高度21mm;厚度1.2mm。1.1.4.5 炉墙 The boiler walls锅炉采用轻型护板炉墙,炉墙材料采用硅酸铝耐火纤维板。1.1.5 锅炉汽水质量标准 Quality standard of boiler water and steam1.1

37、锅炉。180给水通过省煤器后引入锅筒,经下降管流入蒸发器,在这里被加热后的汽水混合物再引回锅筒,而后从锅筒引出饱和蒸汽进入过热器,在过热器中被加热后生成额定压力的过热蒸汽。本锅炉的热源来自水泥窑窑尾预热器排出的废气,其废气温度较低(335),粉尘含量较大(70g/Nm3),运行中受热面的积灰较严重。为了防止积灰,锅炉采用机械振打装置予以清灰。1.2.4 结构简介Brief description of the boiler construction1.2.4.1 锅筒内径为1500,锅筒总长大约4650,材料SA-516 Gr.70。主要锅内设备有:一、二级汽水分离器、给水装置等。进入锅筒的汽
38、水混合物,经一、二级汽水分离器分离后引出。此外,为了进一步提高汽水品质,锅筒上还设置了加药管和排污管等。1.2.4.2 过热器进出口集箱规格为219.1,材料为SA-106 Gr.B。过热器蛇形管束为光管结构,顺列布置。管子规格384,材料为SA-210 Gr.A-1。1.2.4.3 蒸发器由进口集箱、出口集箱和蛇形管束组成。进出口集箱规格为219.1,材料为SA-106 Gr.B,蛇形管束为光管结构,顺列布置。管子规格423.5,材料为SA-210 Gr.A-1。蒸发器管束共6组,每组管束与进、出口集箱在现场焊接。1.2.4.4 吹灰及检修Soot blowing and the maint

51、开闭灵活、严密无漏。2.4 各测量仪表和控制装置的位置正确、完整无损坏、畅通。2.5 汽包水位计完整无损坏,指示准确,汽、水等放水阀开关灵活。2.6 汽水系统、排污系统、冷却水系统的阀门灵活好用,各部完整,开关指示正确。2.7 挡板完整严密、传动装置完好、开关灵活、位置指示正确。2.8 无积灰及杂物,脚手架已拆除。2.9 锅炉内部检查完毕后,确认内部无人工作时,关闭各人孔、检查孔。2.10 检查传动装置,明确下列各项:2.10.1 各风门闸板开关灵活、方向正确、传动装置牢固可靠。2.10.2 各传动、减速机构,装置完整,并有适量的润滑油。2.11 检查转动机械应符合下列要求:2.11.1 各转
