OA3.0 （Win8）说明？微软公司在2012年10月26日发布了Win8操作系统，针对各品牌电脑厂商预装Win8系统的机器，其OEM版本激活机制与原有的Win7系统采用的激活机制（OA2.1）发生明显的区别。OA3.0（Win8）引入数字产品密钥的概念，即把原本贴在机器底部的微软产品密钥转变成数字格式，存放在每台机器的BIOS中，所以出货的每台Win8机器的Win8密钥都是不一样的。客户购买到Win8系统的机器后，机器在上网后才会

4、正式激活（没有网络可采取电话激活方式）为什么要使用OA3.0 USB导入工具：Win8系统机器一旦主板出现故障，如果更换主板的话，机器的Win8密钥（存放BIOS中）就丢失了。所以，要使用OA3.0 USB导入工具把新的数字密钥导入到更换后的主板，以保证客户的Win8系统可以正常激活（需客户上网或电话激活）。This document is the intellectual property of Acer Inc, and was created for demonstration purposes only. 10、 not be modified, organized or re-utilized in any way without the express written permission of the rightful owner. 更换主板后，首次启动USB导入工具，需要先使用程序自带的DMI/OA Key功能，修改主板信息（机型，序号，品牌），重启后再次启动USB导入工具，才可执行RDPK导入工作注意：1.修改品牌，第一个字母要大写，例如：Acer，Gateway，Founder2.型号按机器底部的机型的大小写编排3.机器序号：全部大写字母和数字4.“OA Key”选择请按机器出厂预装系统进

21、型档案 ITW机器，之前没有送修过同型号机器，备件部门没有在CSS系统建立机型档案解决方法：在CSS的问题反馈系统中，反馈此问题，后续会转给备件部门及时建立机型档案2.Win8机器维修更换主板，CSS系统申请主板后，点击“下载RDPK”，出现提示“RDPK”库存不足，下载文件失败，可能引起的原因：CSS系统内的RDPK库存用完，导致无法下载解决方法：在CSS的问题反馈系统中，反馈此问题，后续会转给备件部门及时采购新的RDPKThis document is the intellectual property of Acer Inc, and was created for demonstrat

25、ay without the express written permission of the rightful owner. 5.在何种情况下需要使用改版BIOS？2种情况： 客户是Win8的机器，维修更换上的主板BIOS是Win7的（v1.xx），则需要使用v2.xxS的改版BIOS，变更主板的BIOS到v2.xx（Win8版本） 客户是Win7的机器，维修更换上的主板BIOS是Win8的（v2.xx），则需要使用v1.xxS的改版BIOS，变更主板的BIOS到v1.xx（Win7版本）6.客户Win7系统自行升级Win8系统，需要使用改版BIOS，升级到Win8 BIOS吗？不需要，使用改版BIOS，BIOSv1.xx版本同样可以支持升级版本的Win8。只有预装版本的Win8系统才需要使用到v2.xxS的改版BIOS7.客户Win8系统自行改装Win7系统，需要使用改版BIOS，变更到Win7 BIOS吗？不需要，Win8 BIOSv2.xx版本修改设置后，一样可以安装Win7系统，只需在BIOS中把“Boot Mode”中的设置由“UEFI”修改为“Legacy BIOS” 注：有些
