1、课例自评·· 教师是教学的主导,教学的每一个环节都需要教师去调控,当有生成性学习的良机出现的时候,教师一定不要轻易放过,要善于捕捉。教学实践证明,对生成性学习时机的正确捕捉,能使一堂课收到意想不到的效果 。 · 我们 教师要在教学中树立以学生为本的现代教育观念,给每个学生提供思考、创造、表现及获得成功体验的机会。做到这一点,教师要学会欣赏每一位学生,发现每一位学生的闪光点。学生在老师的关注中,不仅会喜欢老师,喜欢上课,产生融洽和谐的师生情感,还会在课堂上积极表现,快乐愉快地去学习。· 在英语教学中还应该注重教学手段多元化,充分利用直观教具、电化教学辅助设
2、备和多媒体设施等进行英语教学,使英语教学过程变得更为生动、形象、直观,帮助学生直接理解和运用所学的语言,加深印象、强化记忆,为教学提供各种情景和真实的交际场面,创设语言环境,促进学生直接用英语思维。· 集体的智慧是无穷的,我们要以本次磨课以契机,在今后的教学中发挥集体的作用,让我们共同努力,为英语教学工作贡献自己的青春和力量.课例自评 “三次备课两次打磨”是一个研修组共同进步的见证,它是一个集集体智慧于一身的活动。本次磨课我们整个研修小组全员参与,群策群力,共同商讨确立研讨课题,制定详实的磨课计划、认真进行任务分工,小组成员尽最大努力发挥各自的潜能,真正体现“团结就是力量”的团队精神
3、,真是众人拾柴火焰高。本次磨课老师执教的是外研版英语七年级下Module6Unit2这一课,她注重关心每一个孩子,课堂上设计不同层次的任务,让不同层次的孩子都有事可做,人人参与课堂,不做课堂的看客,他还比较注重培养学生主动学习的意识和习惯,增强“我能行,我要学”的强烈愿望,以我校“问题课堂”为载体,小组合作的教学方式为基础,课堂上学生通过自己动脑发现问题解决问题,从而轻而易举地获得知识学习知识,这也是提高学生自学能力的重要途径之一。韩老师在课末总结时,让同学们谈一谈这节课有什么收获?获得什么技能,使课堂知识得以拓展并加以应用。本次磨课活动我们全组成员,分工无遗漏,全员参与观课、评课、总结活动。
4、大家相互交换心得和体会,营造了浓厚的教研氛围,为今后开展教研活动打下坚实的基础。这次磨课的确磨出了意志,磨出了情谊,磨出了进步。课例自评1、轻松自如教师教态亲切、自然,英语口语流利,给学生创造了良好说的氛围,使学生能够在轻松愉快的氛围中感受英语语音,体验英语语音。这一点非常好,值得我学习。2、教学扎实陈老师整堂课的思路非常清晰,活动扎实有效。在新课教学中围绕几个动物的名称展开扎实有效的训练,以猜谜语游戏、词图搭配游戏、运动会入场式等把课推向了高潮,使学生学的很有劲,也很扎实。3、活动设计有层次性本课中在出示了动物玩具后,王老师先让学生拿实物说,然后通过多媒体课件让学生猜动物,同时初步感知了单词
5、的写法,然后运用手中的单词卡多种形式的对比练习,学生很快掌握了动物名称及单词的认读。拓展部分运用所学内容自由对话,挖掘学生创造使用语言的能力,从教师的语言输入转为学生的语言输出,符合语言的习得规律。需要探讨的地方:1、对学生的小组活动需加强指导,所布置的任务不够明确,小组活动合作性不强。2、整堂课放手给学生的时间少,如果能增加生生对话,小组活动,可以给少数性格内向羞涩的学生提供更多口语练习的机会。课堂实录 八年级上Module8 unit1Module8 unit1I .Warm-up1.Show some pictures: The green lights mean going.The r
